Fantastic location! The best shopping right on your front door. Mins from the bund. Very clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast.

Location right at Nanjing Road was great. The hotel had seen its better days but everything worked impeccably. Good value for money for a 3 person group in an Executive 1BR.

Sound proofing from the corridor and the street. The extra bed provided was unbelievably hard, even with extra bedding provided by the staff.

Parece mentira que en un hotel como este, haya hervidor de agua pero no haya tazas ni cafe ni te. ¿Para qué es el hervidor? Hemos estado 15 días por China y hasta en el más modesto había unos sobrecitos de te.

Die Lage direkt an der Najing Road ist natürlich unschlagbar. Ruhig war es trotzdem. Das Frühstück war wirklich hervorragend.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und sie sind in die Jahre gekommen. Es war zwar sauber, aber der Teppich sollte mal ausgetauscht werden! Für ein Nichtraucherzimmer roch es unangenehm nach Rauch. Sorry das geht nicht. Das Hotel ist für uns keine 4-Sterne Location, weil das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hier nicht mehr stimmt. Man kann nicht immer nur nehmen!!!

Все нравится очень чисто ! Заметно что с заботой убираются в номерах ! Меняют полотенца, средства для гигиены, даже тапочки каждый день меняли ! Белье все чистое , белое , просто супер ! Спасибо з такое отношение к гостям ! На ресепшене тоже встретили тепло заселили чуть раньше положенного. Расположение в центре ! В 2 шагах все основные достопримечательности

Todo estuvo muy bien si no fuera porque al llegar, vimos que había como unas toallas enrolladas junto a la ventana y en el alféizar, lo cual nos pareció raro, pero pensamos que quizá había una filtración de agua pequeña, porque había un cierto olor a humedad Cual fue nuestra sorpresa cuando llegamos al final del día, después de una lluvia torrencial, y vimos que había una CATARATA de agua cayendo por la ventana, que de milagro no nos empapó todas las maletas… claramente sabían que eso ocurría (por eso estaban puestas las toallas cuando llegamos). Es cierto que fueron muy rápidos y al quejarnos nos cambiaron de habitación (aunque nos pusieron en una de fumadores que apestaba, pero bueno), pero mi queja viene porque no tendrían que habernos dado esa habitación en primer lugar, sabiendo ya ellos que tenían una gotera monstruosa y menos en época de lluvias. Esperaba más por el precio que hemos pagado, la verdad

La ubicación es excelente y en general los servicios y comodidades del hotel están muy bien. Buenas camas, buen desayuno.

overall the hotel was very good, very clean, and the employees were all very helpful. the yan spa on the 7th floor was an oasis of coolness. everyone was helpful with a smile on their face ready to help you. the massage was amazing by professionals who know their job. especially monika was an incredible professional she knew exactly what to do and how to help you. don't miss the massage on the 7th floor and ask for monika she is the best

You cannot get better location than this one if you're to stay around Nanjing Rd. The hotel is grand, with great view from the quiet hotel rooms. We arrived very early and the reception kindly guided us for luggage storage while we toured the city. And most importantly, you can count on the reception and the staff for any of your troubles. 10/10

Понравилось все , очень хорошие работники на ресепшен, если не ошибаюсь Алла русскоговорящая , расположение топовое ! Администратор помог , когда с аэропорта в отель приехали на не официальном такси , будьте осторожны не садитесь на Ред Такси !!!!( за рулем была девушка) запросила в три раза дороже оплату , мы попросили помощь на ресепшен , сразу помогли ! В целом чисто уютно , завтраки просто нереально вкусные ! Рекомендую всем !

I had arrived to hotel before check in hour however was very tired due to long distance flight. They could call me when any room available but entered exactly at check in hour. Hotel was very crowded when arrive, waiting are can be have more sofa for customers.

Il soggiorno al Radisson Collection è stato fantastico. Hotel moderno, pulito, centrale (a due passi dal Bund). Le camere molto spaziose e con tutti i confort, letto comodissimo, bagno favoloso. Clazione abbondante e per tutti i gusti. Lo consiglio vivamente.

In alcuni punti si nota che la struttura ha bisogno di una svecchiata: porta del water scricchiolante, rivestimento della doccia macchiato e poi la moquettes da eliminare.

Läget är perfekt, mitt på gågatan med gångavstånd till the Bund och många andra sevärdheter. Dessutom ligger tunnelbanan jättenära. Utsikten mot skyskraporna och tornen på andra sidan floden var fantastisk! Det lönar sig verkligen att betala det lilla extra för att få ett rum på de högsta våningarna och tillgång till loungen på vån 30. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Vi fick jättebra service. Frukosten är riklig och varierad. Jag skulle definitivt återkomma till detta hotell.

Lite mer garderobplats hade varit bra.

Great location, there is a lot to see nearby.

The room had a very strong mould smell, and the bedding also smelt mouldy. The air conditioner was extremely noisy throughout the night. The mould smell was so strong that it made me feel unwell after staying for one night. The following morning, I experienced vomiting and dizziness, which significantly affected my stay.

This hotel is in an absolutely amazing location, right on the Nanjing pedestrian street. Very close to restaurants, shops, metro stations etc. most locations were a walk away - peoples square/The Bund and others were a short metro ride away. The hotel is big and comfortable, lots of lifts so waiting time to go up and down was short. There is a good drop off/lobby area for taxi access and also a separate exit onto Nanjing road for walking. Check in and out was quick and smooth. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom amenities were also high quality, the bath towels and robes were big and soft. The breakfast was a large buffet style with a variety of foods and although expensive and not included in the price of our room it was worth it for a special treat.

Unfortunately there was quite a bad drain smell on and off in our room. Mostly after heavy rain which slightly affected our stay.

Как оказалось, гостиницу мы выбрали в самом центре, на пешеходной улице, которая упиралась набережную. Соответственно, расположение у отеля огонь! Шикарные завтраки. НЕ смотря на то, что это всего лишь 4*, завтраки тут отменные. В Пекине мы жили в 5*, но завтраки там прилично уступали. Вода без ограничений в лобби, либо принесут в номер. Номера комфортные, кровати очень удобные, вид из окна на Шанхайскую жемчужину с 29 этажа бесподобен.

Не понравилось, что очень мало кто из персонала говорит на английском. Спасало наличие переводчика.

The staff were incredibly rude and sexist. I couldnt work from the room because the wifi was so poor and the surrounding area is like a circus.

This hotel has an excellent location and a stunning view of the Oriental Pearl Tower straight from the room. The staff is very helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast is great with plenty of variety. Overall, a good experience thanks to the location and service.

The cleaning service was good. The shower was very large and confortable. The view from the room was incredible. The location was excellent, close to public transportation and inside the city center. The staff were always kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

The room was a bit small, with limited space for luggage.

Our room smelled the sewer.. Requested a small refund they never accepted. Go to another one it was horrible in the room.

Excellent location but very small rooms. Location is Right on East Nanjing road. Loads of shops and restaurants on the main pedestrian road.

Not sure if this is standard for Shanghai but both our rooms were very tight. All other hotels around China have been very spacious apart from this hotel. Night reception staff were not welcoming or friendly. Breakfast was very expensive so didn’t have it.
