Everything about my stay was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the service was outstanding. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Shanghai and very convenient for exploring Nanjing Road and the surrounding attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment agréable et la situation est très belle. Malheureusement, l’expérience est quelque peu gâchée par certains services proposés au sein de l’établissement. Un point qui m’a particulièrement déçu concerne le service de blanchisserie. On vous laisse penser qu’il s’agit d’un service de lavage des vêtements, sans vous expliquer clairement les tarifs à l’avance. Et ce n’est qu’après avoir confié vos vêtements que vous pouvez vous retrouver avec une facture très élevée, ce qui est franchement désagréable et donne le sentiment d’un manque de transparence. Je trouve également que certaines réceptionnistes manquent clairement de politesse et de professionnalisme. L’accueil et la manière de communiquer avec les clients devraient pourtant être une priorité dans un hôtel. C’est vraiment dommage, car l’emplacement est très bien et l’hôtel a du potentiel. Avec davantage de transparence sur les services et un personnel plus accueillant et professionnel, l’expérience pourrait être nettement meilleure.

Location is very nice, you can find most popular shopping store nearby hotel. Room was very very comfortable and clean.

Breakfast should be more varieties. there was no any kind of olive and cheese option was very less. Breakfast generally based on chineese, should more universal.

Breakfast is very good. The Staff at Check inn is very cooperative but must needs to understand English.

Needs to take care of Halal food. This must not be close to Pork or any other meat. The Items for Egg Omelette are closely kept with Pork and having high chance that people mix them or use The spoon present in pork. I would like to Request to separate the Frying pan. The Staff preparing the Eggs does not take care and does not understand English. Shows attitude once you tell that how you want the eggs to be prepared.

great location. 5 min from metro. good restaurants all around. shopping. just a very happening place. Mr Sameer , manager at the restaurant is a real asset to the hotel. he attends to each person individually. i ahve been traveling for last 40 years. he stood out for me.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Shanghai. We stayed in room 1419, and overall, we were very satisfied with our experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything we needed for a pleasant stay was available. The bed was comfortable, which was especially important after long days of exploring Shanghai. The bathroom was also clean and tidy, and the housekeeping service was good. We would also like to mention the hotel staff. Everyone was polite, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist when we had questions. The location of the hotel was another advantage. It was convenient for getting around Shanghai and visiting different attractions. After a busy day in the city, it was nice to return to a comfortable and quiet room. Overall, we had a great experience and were happy with our stay in room 1419. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Shanghai and would recommend this hotel to other travelers. Thank you to the hotel team for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable!

The room is in good size as we got upgraded. The staff at the front desk "Una" is very helpful and gave us good services. The location is great.

The smell of perfume in the room is too strong and I don't like this smell. The Indian family beside my room was very noisy and their kids run in and out the room early in the morning which their parent did not stop and the sound really disturbed me

The room is clean and the location is great.

I don't like the smell of the perfume in the room. The smell is too strong and it's similar to the perfume that Indian and Arabian use. The Indian family beside my room is also very noisy, they let their kids run and play around inside and outside of the room.

Everything was amazing I stayed with my family a wonderful stay 😍❤️👌🏻 the reception staff are so kind specially Ella she is amazing and so kind 🥰❤️ for sure I will come again

Staff weren’t supportive and helpful when asked for assistance, and they have cancelled my booking for another room in which I have already pre authorised payment, unprofessional

Location was decent. Not right on Nanjing road, but just 2 mins away. However, its smack in the middle of the two train stations, about 10mins walk either direction.

Facilities were not 4 star level. Gym, pool, missing. In this day and age they really need to have at the minimum a hand bidet in the toilet, the better hotels have the Japanese equivalent.

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Shanghai Nanjing Road. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its excellent location. Nanjing Road is just a short walk away, so there’s no need to take a taxi to enjoy one of Shanghai’s most famous shopping streets. The area is full of shopping malls, restaurants, massage centers, convenience stores, and everything you might need during your stay. For Muslim travelers, the location is especially convenient, as there are several Arabic and halal restaurants nearby, making it easy to find suitable dining options.

The room was clean and comfortable, but it was a little small, especially if you’re traveling with several large suitcases. Another thing I didn’t like was the bathroom design. It has an open-concept layout, which doesn’t offer much privacy. I personally think a fully enclosed bathroom would be much more comfortable, especially when sharing the room with someone else.

The staff were all very warm and friendly, especially Ella, who accommodated us during check in after a red eye flight. She made sure we were comfortable and assisted us with an earlier check in. Mia also helped us with a late check out since we had a really late flight. The staff often helped us with our parcels, and were all super warm. The location is amazing, right outside nanjing lu, and they had robots to deliver your food delivery every night. I would love to stay here again the next time i'm back in Shanghai!

La habitacion aceptable aunque estuve en otras mucho mas amplias y comodas en otras ciudades de china por precios inferiores, esperaba mas. Servicio malo, no tienen baño disponible por la noche y te envian al baño publico de enfrente, no hay piscina, vestuarios ni servicio de ducha para una persona que tiene que hacer el check out temprano o espera para ingresar a su habitacion. El desayuno deja mucho que desear, por el mismo valor desayunoas en cualquier restaurante de la nanjing road con mayor variedad
