There was no breakfast included, and no restaurant, but there are lots of places nearby

Die Lage ist super, etwas am Rand aber trotzdem zentral. Das Zimmer hat eine gute Grösse und alles ist grundsätzlich sauber.

Die Zimmer bräuchten so langsam mal eine Renovierung. Auch wenn alles noch funktioniert, der 90'er Jahre Charme ist dann doch zu alt.

We had a wonderful stay at Listel Hotel in Whistler and would happily stay here again. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is fantastic — everything we wanted to see and do in Whistler was conveniently close by, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was another highlight. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, a great combination of comfort, cleanliness, excellent location, and friendly service. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Whistler!

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und hat für ein Hotel die üblichen Ausstattungen (Wasserkocher und Kaffeezubehör). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und morgens gibt es kostenlosen Kaffe. Parkplätze sind an der Unterkunft für ca 18€ die Nacht verfügbar. Wer nur eine Nacht bleibt (oder Tagsüber unterwegs ist), kann den Nachttarif des naheliegenden Konferenzcenters nutzen ( ca 4.20€ für 17 Uhr abends bis nächsten morgen um 10)

Great location right in the heart of Whistler Village. The bed was super comfortable, shower powerful, and the coffee and toiletries were good quality. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Although the room looked renovated and modern, the bathroom was original and probably also due for an upgrade.

Hotel centraal gelegen in centrum van Whistler. Winkels en restaurants aan voetgangers gebied op loop afstand. Liften op loopafstand. Ruime kamer met goede bedden Hotel beschikt over eigen parkeer garage, tegen betaling. In Whistler zijn een hoop activiteiten en is veel te beleven in winter en zomer.

Ontbijt was niet inbegrepen.

Front desk was gracious and helpful. Room was fresh and clean. Location of the hotel was good. No breakfast was included.

The room was a stretch for our budget but I would guess a good rate for the Whistler area.

The location was perfect for walking around the Village and exploring the local restaurants and activities at the base of the mountain. We were in the hub of it all, without being in the noise of it all.

We had a free room upgrade and was able to check in earlier than the supposed time!

Although my stay was very short (Only being a 1 night stay with my partner) We both very much enjoyed our time here. I want to give a special shout out to the front desk lady who helped us out through out our entire stay, being Kate. She was very kind and accommodating from the get go. This is a perfect example of how efficient staffing makes a huge difference in someone’s overall experience. She even went out of her way to see if they could find my lost item, which ended up being found later. The bed and room were very clean and tidy and the AC was working perfectly fine too. The TV was also massive which was nice to watch shows on. I also have to mention how close this hotel is to the whistler village, as it’s essentially less than a 5 minute walk and you’re there. I also appreciate how this hotel is just sort of off to the side so it’s not in a crazy busy area, it’s abit more lowkey. The hot tub was also very nice to experience, and although we didn’t use the Vodka tasting room, it’s nice that it’s there. They also have a coffee and water station in the front desk lobby.

I really don’t have many complaints, I’d love to stay there again. I should mention that parking per night is about $30 CAD. This seems to be the standard rate at most of these hotels in whistler. The good thing is, you’re able to leave your car in the parking lot until 3pm of the day youre checking out without any additional charges. My only minor complaints are, the parking area did not seem too nice. It seemed like a warehouse parking lot and didn’t have a very good vibe in general. I didn’t really feel 100% safe leaving certain belongings in the parking area, but in the end everything was fine. The cleaning staff also seem to knock quite a lot in the morning, so my partner and I were disturbed more than a few times while asleep due to obnoxious / persistent loud knocking asking if we needed cleaning, which I understand is their job but if you don’t want to be disturbed during your sleep, I’d recommend leaving the “Do not disturb” paper hanger outside your door. All together though these things didn’t bother me enough though to deter me from coming again. More so just a heads up to anyone going

Great central location. Staff were helpful and we stored bags on arrival before check in. We booked last minute so were pleased with the room and facilities given the short notice

Met our expectations and the location was great. The staff at the front desk were dealing with a massive line at check in and were very polite and calm.

The pillows were a bit too big! But that was it :).

Die Lage ist sehr gut, da nahe am Zentrum ,aber in der zweiten Reihe, dadurch kein Lärm in der Nacht. Der Raum ließ sich kühlen, die Anlage war zwar älter, aber nicht so laut wie in anderen Hotels. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin am Frontdesk (sogar in deutsch)!

Das Zimmer und Bad war sauber, aber am Geruch merkten wir, das der Teppich in die Jahre gekommen ist. Da die Garagenklimanlage durch läuft, konnte wir das Fenster nachts nicht öffnen. Es war sehr laut, obwohl wir schon das Zimmer 204 auf der ruhigen Seite hatten.

When we checked it, we were told our room wasn't ready. This was fine as we were a bit early. The staff gracious said we could park in the parkade etc. When we were parking the staff came down to the parkade and said our room was ready and brought us the keys. I thought this was amazing.

The bathroom was a little dirty behind the door / in the corners.

Okay no big dea,l but the hotel does not offer breakfast for individuals only groups.

Staff was outstanding and allowed us in our room early to avoid delays from a large bus tour. It allowed us to put our things away, not worry about coming back to check in and enjoy Whistler. It was greatly appreciated.

It’s in the whistler village so you can walk to all the shops and restaurants. Parking is convenient.

The bed mattress is too soft. Thin doors that can’t keep hallway noises outside.

We only stayed one night. The hotel is good for Whistler. Has parking and free charging for your vehicle but you pay for parking. Had the hot tub for ourselves.

The walls are very thin (probably like every wall in North America). We had a room that had a connecting door to another room. Couldn’t sleep without ear plugs as we heard everything from the neighbours.
