Very convenient location with parking, staff friendly, check-in smooth. Our room was very spacious, had a great kitchenette, Would recommend .

The usual loft design of the accommodation and central location of hotel.

There was no room upstairs where the bed was to move around or have your suitcase upstairs. All luggage had to stay downstairs. It was also far too warm in our accommodation when we arrived. Dated a/c units.

I have no idea what is wrong with this place but they must have look for the most unhappy and unfriendly people in the whole BC. And they were successful. Nobody replies to good morning. The first question at the reception desk is “do you have your credit card?”. Elevator from the garage is not working and they do not warn you about it. So good luck carrying your suitcases up by the stairs. Never again.

The staff had horrible customer service. I requested my booking with a pack n play, reminded them 24 hours prior to my stay, AND checking in and had no pack n play until nighttime I had to come down when it was my baby’s bedtime that I still had no baby bed at 8:30 pm. I am a sea to sky local and booked the hotel solely to use the amenities to use the pool, sauna and hot tub and was told 48 hrs to my booking and was pretty upset. At 8pm they opened the pool and did not let me know at this point we didn’t pack bathing suits since we were told it would be closed for the weekend. We checked out early at 6am since there was nothing left to do. Extremely disappointed that there was no email saying it could be open the same day. We would’ve packed accordingly if the pool could be open again.

Centrally located in Whistler Village, parking available but not included in the price of the room. Spacious room with balcony with view on the Main Street. Lots of cafe and restaurant nearby (the hotel is located in one of the Main Street)

The location is exceptional for both enjoying the village and access to lifts. The room had a nice balcony that got sun all afternoon. The kitchenette was also a plus for breakfast. The bed was comfortable. I liked the hot tub and pool area in the adjacent property.

The overall cleanliness could be improved. There was visible mold in the bathroom, rust on the balcony door and windows, walls with scratches and dents, dirty utensils in the drawers, and a broken wall sconce above the bed. We had some additional issues, such as our reserved numbered parking stall being occupied by someone else when we left one day, and we were forced to park in an adjacent building (they said this is a common occurrence, where reserved parking spots are not respected by other guests and visitors). The pool and hot tub were closed during part of our stay. No changing room for the pool and hot tub (you need to walk across the road in your bathing suit and robe). The village stroll can be noisy with people yelling or groups talking loudly in the evening up to 3am.

Unser Hotel-Highlight auf unserer Rundreise. Alleerdings auch dementsprechend teuer - wie alle Hotels in Whistler. Das Zimmer war absolut genial und riesig. Mit allem ausgestattet, auch voll ausgestatteter Küchenzeile, die war allerdings bei 1 Nacht nicht genutzt haben. Betten suuuper ! Freundliches Personal. Parkplatz haben wir gegenüber genutzt, da ab 17 Uhr bis 8 Uhr morgens kostenlos, sehr praktisch.

Pool nicht nutzbar, da nur von 8-17 Uhr auf. Ein erfrischendes Bad nach Ankunft war daher nicht möglich. Für Durchreisende für 1 Nacht wirklich blöde Öffnungszeiten. Daher 1 Punkt Abzug. Bei diesen Preisen sollte man eine komplette Nutzung der gebuchten Annehmlichkeiten erwarten können

We loved our stay! The location was excellent, and the room was very cozy. Having the fireplace lit in the evening made the experience especially warm and atmospheric. We also really enjoyed spending the morning by the pool and in the hot tub. A special thank you to Sam for helping us with the fireplace and making our stay even better!

I really liked the location and how comfortable the room was. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I also really appreciated all the messages before and during my stay—they were very helpful, and the reminders made everything so easy. Overall, I felt very well looked at.

When in Whistler I appreciate having room with nice view, but the hotel is 3 -store building and there is no view to mountain, but this just my individual preference.

Hotel was in a good central location & the layout of the room/ studio was great. Unfortunately we did encounter a number of issues during our stay. The bed was fine & comfortable but on check out we found an old sock (not ours) when we were packing up so we questioned the cleanliness of the room. The sofa bed was extremely noisy, so much so that after the first night we opted to take the mattress off the bed frame & sleep on the floor. Every little movement & the bed would make really loud noise which inhibited sleeping for all in the studio. We inquired about the pool on check in & were notified it was in a different building across town. So you will have to walk outside the hotel to get to it, that's fine no issue there, but you'll obviously be walking over town in your clothes & changing there - not to be walking through town in your swimwear & nothing else. Rang from the room the first afternoon to ask about pool entry & what we would need - we were informed of the code to gain entry & the pool location. Got down to the lobby of the hotel & mentioned we were going to use the pool & the man at reception informed us the pool closes at 4PM! Which hadn't been mentioned on check in, nor on the phone when we rang to enquire about access. It was only around 5PM in the evening when we were going to the pool, 4PM is an annoyingly early closing time, which should be advised of on check in. We opted to use the pool early on the 2nd day of our stay- when we arrived to the other building where the pool is located there are no changing rooms or locker facilities for your clothes & belongings. Rather uncomfortable & strange, we ended up having to change in the lobby washroom 1 by 1 & keep all our things on the porch of the restaurant by the pool - really weird set up. Some of the staff memebers were rather unhelpful.

Die Dusche ist klitzeklein und ohne Trennwand, dadurch wird das Boden immer nass.

De ligging in Whistler was ideaal. Let op: hierdoor hoor je wel de geluiden van de straat/bars. Wij hadden hier geen last van. Concept van de loft kamer is leuk, maar bed staat tegen muur dus in en uit bed niet erg praktisch. Rolgordijnsysteem ingenieus. We konden via het hotel parkeren, maar niet bij het hotel. Dr Whistler village gondola is om de hoek

Er is wel wat 'wear and tear' in de kamers. De lift kan niet altijd tot de eigen verdieping. We moesten bij zusterhotel parkeren, lastiger als je nog iets uit auti nodig hebt.

This hotel is continuing to be our go-to stay with it being pet-friendly and a great location. We are very happy with the staff that they accommodated our suite closest to the elevator. It made our lives easier as we have to bring more items for the dogs. This suite was very comfortable, humans and dogs slept very well!

Location

This hotel is in serious need of a remake and renovation. The property feels old and poorly maintained, and unfortunately, there was mold in the bathroom during my stay. That is not something guests should have to deal with, especially at the prices hotels can charge in Whistler. It feels like when demand is high, some hotels stop paying attention to the guest experience because they know rooms will still be booked. High demand should mean better service and more investment in the property—not lower standards. The location may be great, but cleanliness and maintenance should be a basic priority. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and invests in renovating the rooms and improving its overall standards.

We were so impressed with the full kitchen: a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, stove, and all the cups, plates, bowls and glasses and cutlery. We could sit at the big table, enjoy a snack and write in our journals. The room was so quiet, with a view of tress from the balcony.:

The hotel location in the heart of Whistler village great. The bed itself was comfy, though access was cramped. AC on the main floor was good. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a nice kitchenette, but didn't use it.

The bed was in a loft that was exceptionally hot even when the lower floor was cool. Access to the bed was only possible from one side, so it was difficult in the middle of the night.. The was no table and only a lounge sofa. We had to sit on the deck to be in upright chairs. It was very difficult to use my laptop.

Das Personal ist unfreundlich und macht einen gelangweilten Eindruck. Zu erwähnen wäre hier auch noch, dass dies das einzige Hotel in Kanada war, dass es nicht hinbekommen hat meine Kreditkarte vorab zu belasten. Das ganze Hotel und auch die Zimmereinrichtung ist sehr heruntergekommen und teilweise auch dreckig. Die Lüftung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert, deshalb war es dort auch dauerhaft feucht. Könnte eventuell auch ein Grund für die Schimmelflecken in der Duschwanne sein... In der Ecke des Wohnzimmers stand eine Stehlampe, deren Schirm anscheinend mit irgendwelchen Flüssigkeiten in Kontakt gekommen ist. Auf alle Fälle waren da ziemlich eklig aussehende Flecken drauf. Ob das nun Körperflüssigkeiten oder sonst etwas war werden wir hoffentlich nie erfahren. Das ganze setzt sich dann oben im Schlafzimmer fort. Die Lampe dort ist nicht nur alt sondern einfach eklig. Putzen reicht da einfach nicht mehr.... Hier passt einfach das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

This is a FANTASTIC LOCATION! I loved the outdoor deck and the space. The staff at the desk were great as well.

There are stairs everywhere, which is fine until you’re dragging your luggage around the hotel. We took an elevator to the third floor, but had to go down a level and then up a level by stairs once we got to the third floor. The architecture is bizarre! Make sure you can climb stairs comfortably if staying here. There was no ice machine because it was broken, but the staff brought us ice from their other location.

Great location and a nice, clean room. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the robes were especially cozy. I would definitely recommend adding slippers as a nice extra touch.

First of all, we didn’t receive the digital key on time. Check-in was at 4:00 PM, but we didn’t receive the key until around 4:30 PM. The front desk employee was also unfriendly and not very helpful. I had to ask for all the information myself instead of being properly guided through the check-in process. Another disappointment was finding out that the pool, hot tub, and sauna are located at another hotel, about a 5-minute walk away, and are only open until 5:00 PM. If you’re staying for just one night and planning to relax in the hot tub after a trail or hike, this is not a great option. The same applies in winter—after a day of skiing, it would be wonderful to come back and enjoy a hot tub or sauna, but unfortunately, the hours make that impossible.

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, zentraler geht nicht. Allerdings ist es auch das was man zahlt. Die Tiefgarage wird von mehreren Hotels genutzt und kostet extra - was aber nicht ungewöhnlich ist. Aktuell sind es 30$. Dadurch hat man einen fixen Parkplatz der auch vollkommen ausreichend war.

Das Hotel ist schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die AC am Bett ist schon sehr laut und leider war das Badezimmer nicht sauber bzw. Haben sie wohl ein Silberfisch Problem.

We booked last minute and got a great deal for ~200 per room. The rooms exceeded our expectations. Large, comfortable and serviced. The hotel itself is in the centre of the village. Umbrellas provided at the lobby for use, which was helpful for us.

Super lawaaierige airco’s. We sliepen naast de lift, dit gaf veel geluidsoverlast overlast. Verder denk ik dat dit timesharing appartementen zijn waarbij je geluk moet hebben welke je krijgt. Onze studio was super smerig: schimmel in de badkamer, een grote pluk haar bij binnenkomst, vies keukengerei etc.

Great location in Whistler city center, good room size, very clean and hygienic, quite modern and spacious, very friendly and helpful staff.

The window AC in the room was quite loud and could be a trouble is someone likes to sleep in complete silence… and the window blinds were not complete blackout blinds so the sun does manage to come in, in the morning.

I liked the addition of floor adhesives for the showers. Everything was clean and ready to go. The customer service was kind and attentive.

Locatie is geweldig, midden in het centrum. We wisten van te voren dat we geluidsoverlast konden hebben in het weekend. Dat was zo, maar daar heb je oordopjes voor. ;)

We started with our Credit card company rejecting the hotel because it was charging using the name of Holding company which we were not familiar with. We called to clarify and Austin was extremely helpful and told us to pay on arrival. We wanted to extend our stay and there was no way to do that on Bookings. But Austin organized that for us. On top of that he gave us a room on Mountain Side which was more like a suite. When we arrived, Sam was at the reception. He made a quick call to Austin and we were quickly settled in our room.

Centrally located where the restaurants and shops are. The cleanliness of the room, I would say, is very clean and comfortable. Pets are allowed, and the cleanliness exceeds my expectations. The size of the standard queen-size bed is very comfy for a couple and with a pet.

Ottima la posizione centrale e la possibilità di usufruire del parcheggio coperto, seppur a pagamento. Un plus la presenza di un microonde in camera.

La struttura risulta abbastanza datata e il bagno andrebbe rivisto dato che l’attuale doccia, senza alcuna parete, ne causa il totale allagamento e rende necessario l’uso di un tira acqua, che comunque non permette l’asciugatura del bagno. Il prezzo non è in linea con la qualità ed i servizi offerti (ad esempio la colazione non compresa) tuttavia, tutti gli alloggi a Whistler hanno prezzi elevati.
