Convenient for a short overnight stay

Cheezies in the sofa bed when pulled out. Limited kitchen supplies and little countertop space. Hallwsys smelled old and musty. Carpets felt dirty in room. Windows looked out on construction workers on road

I like the location, very close to everything.

The toilet seat was dirty, with urine underneath it, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The carpet was also dirty and extremely dusty. My nephew lay on it, and when he got up, his clothes were covered in dust. Overall, the room looked old and dull. It wasn’t inviting, comfortable, or well-maintained.

Upon arrival, we found that the second-floor bathroom was clogged so we had to wait a while before we could shower. However, the staff was helpful — they fixed it promptly and waived our parking fee as compensation, which we appreciated. The only downside during check-out was that the elevator was out of service, so we had to carry all our heavy bags down the stairs. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay, especially the private sauna in our room!

The location and the cleanliness. I like particularly that the room has a kitchen and two bathrooms.

Hotel très bien placé dans Whistler Village. Nous avions un loft, très spacieux et très bien équipé. Tout était propre.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel had an excellent location. My only disappointment was that the pool was closed at 5:00 pm which means we did not have a chance to use it. The pool next door was open until 10;00 pm.

The poll closing at 5;00 pm was very inconvenient.

Excellent location with optional (paid) parking. Great size room with kitchen/dining area. Nice size bathroom. My room overlooked the chairlift which was great to sit and people watch!

Excellent location just off the village plazas, but within walking distance of everything. We had a very spacious, clean, and comfortable room. The kitchen was well stocked.

Our room was next to the restaurant's patio. The speaker for their music was right outside our window, making it quite loud in our room. We had to ask them to turn it off when they kept the music going for 45 minutes after the restaurant had closed. They were renovating some rooms near our room, but were respectful and didn't start too early. The room we were in is probably up for a refresh next, as it is looking a bit dated.

Location was good

Rooms in very poor condition. Very dated. 2x TVs in the room , neither operational. A bad , damp stench all through the hallways. No compendium in the rooms to explain the hotel or the room services. Climate control ( heating/cooling) was loud and poor. You couldn’t sleep with the noise. If you turned it off you couldn’t sleep with the heat. Staff in general lacked any interest. For the price, the worst place I’ve stayed.

Fully equipped kitchen

I liked the location, and the size of room if staying for a long period of time. It had a whole kitchen, dining and living area with a large ensuite, and two bathrooms. Steam showers for long days on the cold hills, and it’s right near a bunch of great food options.

Travelling within whistlers village can be confusing if you haven’t been before, and I wish parking was included in your stay…

Effortless check in and the underground parking was easily sorted by the property, given how busy whistler is, very convenient the property has parking onsite. Very good checkin experience and the location was central and close to everything within walking distance. Great place to stay.

Mitten drin im Geschehen von Whistler. Tiefgarage direkt drunter allerdings für Aufpreis. Sehr nettes Personal! Bin erst nachts um 1 Uhr angekommen und freundlich aufgenommen worden.

Man muss gestehen, dass diese Art von Hotels inzwischen in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Badezimmer ist ziemlich abgenutzt. Und auch sonst sieht man die 80er durchschimmern. Renovierung wäre auch für Nordamerikanische Verhältnisse mal wieder nötig. Z.B. USB Ladestellen etc.

Beautiful building - inside slightly dated but rooms had everything you need.

A couple of appliances seemed to need replacing. It would have been nice if the pool area staid open past 5 pm at least in summer. I imagine it people would benefit more from it if they could use it after their day‘s activities.

We had the family suite and it was set up well to accommodate different sleeping schedules and everyone had plenty of space. 2 bathrooms when getting ready to go out is definitely a bonus.

It is an older hotel. The elevator and hallways need an update. But if you get past that and focus on the room and the other amenities -it checks the boxes of budget friendly family hotel. One small complaint -the pool closes at 5pm to accommodate the adjacent restaurant. At the end of a long day it would be nice if there was a solution to have it open a bit later.

Excellent location central to activities and amenities we like. Unfortunately , no breakfast for us. The pool was also handy feature for kids.

Didn't get the room we were promised, Couldn't check in until after 5p.m. Had a bad Chemical Smell that gave us both a headache even with the windows opened. Bed was a Double pull out couch. Location was great to walk to shops and Restaurants.

As a repeat customer I knew to call ahead and kindly request a room NOT facing Blackcomb Way (loud cars, trucks, buses, people, screaming all night long and delivery trucks backing up in the early morning). I was assured I’d have a quiet room but instead was given one facing Blackcomb Way. If you value your sleep, do not stay at this hotel.

Great Location. Ability to bring our new 9-1/2 resue dog. Friendly staff. Comfortable room with kitchen & fireplace -- which we did not need to use as it was summer. We have stayed at this hotel for our daughter's wedding and other occasions. Not new but well kept & clean. Would love to stay there at Xmas but prices to high which is normal. Such is life and we cannot stay with our daughter as her cat might attach our new-found SPCA dog, Darla

Room was spacious and had good amenities such as kitchen, sauna. Great location.

Pool isn’t available after 5pm, so can really only use if staying more than one night. AC was inconsistent in our room and so it was really warm, especially in the loft.

I think the Executive Mountainside hotel would be great for multiday stays because of the well stocked kitchenette and the amount of storage space.

Location. Kitchen was awesome.

A lot, unfortunately. Place was dirty and dusty. No screens on the windows. Windows were filthy. Air conditioner was very noisy and barely worked. Too hot to sleep at night. Bed was lumpy. Gym was ridiculously small. Didn't hit the pool because they close it at 5pm! Hallways and carpet had a pungent smell, on the second floor, anyway... Huge crack in the roof/drywall. Structure is failing. Bathroom had cracked paint, caulking all peeling off, drains were very slow, no water pressure, fixtures barely functioning, toilet was loose and not properly bolted to the floor, etc etc And it was priced just as high as the rest of the local accomodation.

We liked the downtown stair kitchen and leaving aria and upstairs bedroom.

We received early check-in facility and had parking for a few hours even after we were checked out. The room was clean and comfortable too.

I didn’t have any bad experience or comments.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. The room was excellent, and we enjoyed the kitchenette. It would probably be much better if there were toothpaste. We also enjoyed the pool and the hot spa. Overall, our experience was excellent! We'll definitely be going back to your Inn.

Great location

The grout all along the bathtub was grey and crumpling and looked moldy. For the amount you pay per night , you’d expect they could spent $5 for a tube of sealant or grout it about looks cleaner

The room was very cute, with a nice atmosphere and facilities. The parking is not free, but this was advertised in advance, and they also let you stay until 1 pm on the checkout day, which allowed me to spend another half-day in Whistler. The location of the hotel is great - 2 minutes to the gondola, and 2 minutes to the village stroll (where all the restaurants & bars are). Also, the staff for the hotel were extra helpful: the laundry accepted only Canadian coins, so they had no issue selling me some and gave me the detergent for free. I also needed some batteries and they brought some to my room before I was able to go down and get them myself. The hotel restaurant is not very cheap, but was great nonetheless!

This is not such a big issue, but although the hotel exterior and the room interior were both very nice and clean, somehow the corridors look very old and even dirty. Also, they forgot to check the fridge as I found and open tin can in the fridge :(

We love this hotel. It is a great location, the room we had has a kitchen and two full bathrooms. The mandatory pool for our child. It is an old hotel but we love it. We stayed here last year, so we returned expecting the same experience. To our surprise, the restaurant had reopened and this meant they needed part of the pool deck area for the outside dining. This also resulted in the closure of the pool at 5pm. This was a shock. While a pool isn’t a requirement for many people, it is for us. It is summer, we are at a resort location and we have a child. If a pool means nothing to you, this is a wonderful place

Parking could be free for the guests but for some reason none of the hotels there offered free parking!

Great location right in village for skiing/ snowboarding. Good parking for a truck in the underground.

Only one elevator in building so we spent a lot of time waiting for it to come to us only to be full. We just decided it was easier to take the stairs. The lofts are warm up top as there is no window or airflow. We asked front desk for a fan to blow the ac up top and it worked out pretty good. The pool and hot tub is only open till 5pm. Check in is at 4pm. Check out it 11am and I believe the pool opens at 9am. Giving guest staying there one night a very very short window to use the facilities.

Location, friendly staff. Rooms clean. Toiletries were mish mosh not sure why but ok to use. The pool and hot tub are great to have.

The pool hours are terrible. Also most of pool deck is closed for the patio of the overpriced pasta restaurant. Change pool hours to go until at least 10pm. Bring back the deck chairs and the deck so guests can actually enjoy the amenities. There are not enough chairs for guests and because it closes by 5pm there is no time to enjoy the pool in the evening.

The location was the best part of it. Very close to the ski lifts It had a personal sauna in the room. Would be great for after skiing Had a kitchenette, but it needed an update.

It was vary worn out and in need of a big update. Bathrooms especially. Tubs were very worn out and not very clean. Low water flow made it hard to shower. The air conditioner was located down stairs and was very old. It did not cool the loft bed room at all. As it was very hot when we were there that would have been nice. The room did not feel the cleanest. The pool closes at 5pm, which we did not know about, if we did we would not have booked this place because we have kids who love to swim. All in all not impressed

I wouldn't know. Even tho, I had a booking.com confirmation, they told me the hotel was overbooked and the told me to leave.

Getting told there were no rooms left upon arrival. Even though I had booked ,paid, received confirmation, paid for parking and filled out a registration form that was fully processed. I arrived and they proceeded to say they had no rooms and there was nothing they could do. It was after midnight and all the other hotels were fully booked. Thanks for nothing!

Decent price for a hotel in whistler. Large room with full amenities including a kitchenette and eating area. Bed was very comfortable. Located right in the village with easy access to everything.

Great that there is underground parking available at the hotel but it's an extra charge. Bathtub could use an upgrade as it's stained and damaged.

Had to stay here for the night as we were stuck in whistler from a crash on the sea to sky. I made the rezo quite late but the staff were super helpful and kind and gave us free parking for the night. Overall a great experience and I will definitely stay here again

Place is nice. Well equipped and location is good. However staff is not trained to keep customer first. There is hardly any concept of service . Staff seemed college students ,untrained to do their job.

가족이 5명이 이용했습니다. 방 2개, 욕조가 딸린 화장실이 3개라 아주 편안히 잘 이용하고 왔습니다. 특히 거실에 소파 베드가 넓어서 좋았어요. 화장실 마다 드라이기랑 타올이 모두 완비되어 있어서 부족함이 없었습니다. 휘슬러 곤돌라 바로 앞이라 곤돌라 이용하기도 좋았고 주변에 괜찮은 레스토랑들도 많아 좋았어요. 오래된 호텔이라 큰 기대 없었는데 청결했고 주방이 좀 좁았지만 적당한 사이즈의 방에 화장실에 사우나까지 아주 만족스러웠습니다.

Honestly, not amazing, but also to be expected in Whistler. I've been living in whistler for 6 years but needed a spot to say with my dad and let's say that the reputation of whistler's quality of service was on par with it's reputation, as I knew very well. I won't give any hints but one member of the staff was childish, making completely ridiculous accusations about my father's behavior who is a sweet and insanely experienced traveller. When I came down to see what the fuss was all about I got met by a staff member extremely on the defensive that started to act plain rude with me saying that my dad was bullying her and cursing at her which is so uncharacteristic of him it had to be a lie. Then started to warn me to not begin with the same attitude before I could even say a word. When all I asked was : what did he say exactly, he/she couldn't even say an exact word he'd say to he/she, anyways, keep up the quality guest service

The pool hours are terrible. We specifically picked this hotel for the pool and it would have been nice to know in advance it closed so early. Open the pool till 10pm. Bring back the lounge chairs. The restaurant on site was very expensive and not worth going. Also would be good to have staff regularly at front desk especially for the morning time to noon.

Facilities were old and dated, especially air conditioning which was terrible. We were lucky it was a cold start to summer and wasn't crucial.

Sister hotel helped us check in and cut the keys. Super helpful and friendly staff. Outside the Keg and a close walk to Furniture warehouse (let’s be real everything is walkable in Whistler)

Nothing not to like, some features a little older or some minor blemishes here and there but nothing that affects your stay.
