Reviewed Jul 2, 2026The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating
The room had a lot of dust in the corners and up against the walls. There was a grip mat in the shower and I lifted it up and it was filthy underneath. The room smelled heavily of perfume, and it gave me a headache.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Anita at the front desk is not only so welcoming but I can see she also helps with maintaining and cleaning the motel, which were spectacularly clean and spacious. It was also very affordable: the most affordable accomodation on our 2 1/2 week road trip. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Vernon. Thanks Anita and staff!

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026The reception made us feel so welcome and stated several times just to ask if we needed anything else or had any problems. She even carried my suitcase up to our door without asking as we were on the second floor and a retired couple. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable bed. Lovely shower. A good location to the town and nice community center and park like walkways behind.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026We asked for a late check in and they approved it but when we got there, no one was at reception to let us in. We literally had asked for late check in and we cam before the time we had selected too yet they weren’t there. No one to let us in and i kept calling but they hung up on me twice then started ignoring my calls. Had to reach out to Booking.com so we can stay somewhere for the night or we would’ve ended up sleeping on the streets.
Barely any space for parking, terrible reception/customer service. Money hungry motel.

Reviewed Jan 17, 2026It was clean, warm, secure and everything worked. The lady who owns or manages it really cares about her job and seeing guests are attended too.
It was dated and could use a face lift. But was comfortable and would stay again.

Reviewed Sep 30, 2025There isn't breakfast at this location.
The parking is a bit of an issue. Seems like not enough stalls for the rooms. If you don't get there by a certain time at night then you may have to find parking down the road which is not safe. Other than that we like the motel and staff very clean rooms and very friendly staff .

Reviewed Sep 22, 2025This was a throwback to our family road trips when I was a kid, except the room was super clean and the proprietors are super nice. Also, the room was spacious with a kitchenette and dining area. The familiar hum and occasional rattle of the air conditioner - the original white noise machine! - kept the room comfortable on a hot and smoky day.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025The room was very clean, and the staff tried their best to be attentive and welcoming. The location is also very convenient and close to everything we needed.
The property is very outdated, which made it a bit uncomfortable to stay in. The decor, bedding, curtains, and bathroom feel like they are from the 80s. This motel has great potential thanks to its service and location, but it really needs renovation to make the stay more pleasant. * Photos taken at the end of our stay, before check-out.
