Everyone was super friendly. The room was immaculate. Was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was even though we were right beside the highway.

The games room was pretty cheesy. The place was pretty expensive. The loft suite relatives stayed in was cheaper than our king suite. But all in all the stay was pretty good

Large spacious room. The hotel felt busy but was big and we weren't disturbed by any other guests. Everyone was friendly and plenty of parking.

Bed was very uncomfortable! Your air conditioner was so loud & clunky sounding that we didn’t sleep well at all!

Came here with kids… the moment after checking I saw dried pee on the toilet seat. Staff came and offered to clean it but I had already did it myself because my kids needed the washroom and my daughter wanted to shower after a long trip. Then there was blood on one of the pillow cases and some other stain on the mattress. Don’t know if it was blood or what but it’s disgusting. I asked for a refund and was offered a free night in the future and that’s unacceptable because that room should have been cleaned to begin with and there would have been no issue

Had another great stay in Vernon! Staff are welcoming, there is enough room to have our dog travel with us, beds are comfortable and shopping and restaurants are only a short walk away and the ice rink is also close by for those visiting in the winter to watch some hockey.

I’ll start by saying I normally don't write reviews but had a fantastic stay at the Prestige Vernon Hotel. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but what really made my visit memorable was the outstanding customer service. I especially want to recognize Naiya at the front desk. Every time I stopped by, she welcomed me with a genuine smile and was always happy to help. Whether I had a question or just needed a recommendation, she was knowledgeable, approachable, and made every interaction feel personal. It's clear that she truly cares about the guest experience, and her kindness didn't go unnoticed. The entire front desk team was friendly, professional, and consistently welcoming throughout my stay. It's refreshing to stay somewhere where the staff genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. A special thank you as well to the general manager Melissa. It's obvious that great leadership is reflected in the team. Everyone I encountered was warm, attentive, and committed to providing excellent service, which speaks volumes about the culture she's created. Thank you, Naiya, Melissa, and the entire team at the Prestige Vernon Hotel for making my stay such a positive one. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Vernon and will be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We also appreciated the ability to bring our bikes into the hotel and lock them up. Nice well equipped gym.

My room was challenging to access alone with luggage - far from the main entry, no automatic door openers, lots of ridges to navigate on the floor and no clear directions. A clock alarm went off at midnight. I really resented the disrupted sleep.

Lots of space in the room with the upper level.

Beds were too soft

If you think you are booking at the Prestige hotel that has a beautiful atrium with a creek running through it, you're at the wrong hotel as I discovered too late. This here is the Prestige Hotel. The other, nearby, is the Prestige Vernon Lodge with the atrium.

Bed was uncomfortable - not flat

Convenient location, pleasant staff, large rooms, quiet even though on highway, restaurant on site was OK. No charge EV charging and free wifi.

Restaurant morning hours were not as convenient as hoped. Advertised as 7:30 start which is a bit late for a breakfast for a working day. But one day wasn't open until 8 as the restaurant had a tour group first. No harm done as there was another restaurant directly across the highway that opened at 7. It was early summer season but seemed a bit expensive but maybe that is just the way it is in a summer tourist area.

Conveniently located hotel, very clean, friendly and helpful front desk staff. We stayed in a king bed room that was very spacious and well appointed. Really comfortable bed!! Didn’t have time to try the restaurant but would definitely return.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, though there were a few areas that could be improved. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable, which we appreciated very much during our stay. My husband also really enjoyed using the gym facilities. The hotel itself was comfortable, and we had a relaxing time overall. However, the housekeeping service was not what we expected. We did not sign up for the hotel’s green program, so we were surprised that on our second day we had to call just to request clean towels, coffee refills, and trash removal. I even had to put the plastic liner in the garbage bin myself. Unfortunately, the check-out process was also disappointing because it was not handled correctly the first time. We had to return to the hotel so my credit card could be swiped properly and to obtain an official receipt, which took additional time. From my observation, the front desk staff at that time did not seem fully confident with the process. Overall, we enjoyed some of the hotel amenities, especially the pool, hot tub, and gym, but housekeeping and front desk service could definitely be more attentive.

Breakfast was good. All of the Staff were friendly. Facility was clean and tidy.

Being woken up before 6 a.m. because of the extremely loud banging noise of the water (I guess going through the pipes) when the guests next to our room were taking a shower. This is why I would not stay here again.

My daughter and son live in Veron. The location was was easy to find and fast in and out when going to her house. Easy private access to my room. Beautiful shower. No tub which sucked.

No bath tub. We travelled 8 hrs and the front staff haves us hassle over my credit card. I was tired, exshausted and hot and they wouldn’t have given us the room I booked had I not been amazing and recalled numbers. Not cool.

Spacious room and comfortable beds. Good breakfast with freshly cooked to order omelette. Restaurant on site and easy walk to others. On main route through town so easy to access.

4 overall as I like hot tub jets and cleanliness and love Bourbon. But please just accommodate one who likes quiet as person above me yes was a stomper. Was unsettling up to almost 11 pm and again early am. I did ask upon arrival and just hard to believe I got last room in the entire hotel on lowest level. Thr hot tub was a savior though at 8 am but didn't sleep great with worry and concern on selfish others around me. Not very soundproof either.

Nestor! He is an outstanding receptionist who truly goes the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. And we also enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub facilities with our kids.

The hotel mattresses were far too soft for my taste, so I did not have a good night’s sleep. I would also suggest redoing the sealant around the bathtub, as it looks moldy and cannot be properly cleaned.
