Old hotel but decently upgraded. Small but very clean gym with good equipment. Pool area and Cabana restaurant surrounded by well cared for plants and trees, pleasant area to enjoy a meal. Friendly and helpful staff. Dinner in Cabana was very good with an exceptional server, (Enu?) There were 8 of us, all ordering different drinks and meals, with special requests and he went from memory not writing down our orders. Offered seperate bills and all were correct. Very impressed with his memory and in addition he has a pleasant personality with a good sense of humour. He is an asset to the hotel.

Breakfast not provided. Had a very nice breakfast at a 10 percent discount. Staff very helpful.

Honestly for the price i was quite surprised they didn't serve simple hot water and coffee in the lobby all day. I've stayed at less expensive places and coffee and hot water is available for guests It's a very simple thing to provide and to only have it available until 8am is ridiculous. I also read that You could sit in the Cabana and order food from brixx but apparently that is not true either The elevator to the ground floor rooms was very small and it felt like you were going into a dungeon. The ceilings were very low and it was hard to move the cart out of the elevator. Our room was okay as we had a little balcony that overlapped the dry Creek. The room was okay but I really think that they need to focus on cleaning the walls, especially in the bathroom and behind their doors.

Im Innenbereich befindet sich ein Pool neben dem Restaurant. Das an sich sehr schöne Restaurant in diesem Innenbereich möchte man deshalb nicht nutzen, da die Luft nach Chlor wie in Hallenbad riecht und die Badegeräusche auch entsprechend sind. Schade!

The air conditioning blowing air in my face for three nights.

The hotel has a unique tropical atmosphere with lots of greenery, which makes it feel relaxing and different from a typical hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect after a day of exploring, and our kids had a great time there. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Vernon.

The staff were fabulous.

The elevator is quite far from many of the rooms so be sure to check where your room is if you struggle with mobility. One of the mattresses was uncomfortable but the other was ok

There was no power in tv and the lamp on one side of the room. After running back and forth and changing batteries we gave up. We were offered a different room, but at 10 pm we were too tired to do that. So no tv at all. Went to sleep instead. However no compensation, not even apologies and no note when we were checking out.

Hospital rates were great, staff was extremely understanding and helpful! Rooms were clean and comfortable, both restaurants had good food!

The air conditioning of the room was not very good given the temp outside was 31C. The meal I had in the Cantina was not very good.

This is my 4th stay at this incredibly beautiful oasis. The peace and calm I experience every time I'm here and the incredibly wonderful staff are just 2 of the things I love about this place. The food is wonderful at both restaurants, the pool is amazing and the atrium is the most beautiful place to be even if you don't swim.

The room was very quiet. The beds were comfortable. The a/c kept the room at a comfortable temperature. I really liked having an electric kettle in the room. There was also ample parking available at all times.

The lobby smelled like chlorine. The room coffee makers should be updated to Nespresso-type machines. I wish that the TV was able to connect to streaming platforms.

The property was stunning

The restaurants were really good. But the Sunday breakfast buffet was horrible… basically a continental breakfast for $30 for an adult is insane. All there was, was scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, potatoes. Not worth $30.

This hotel is unbelievable and the staff is amazing beyond amazing i have never been to a hotel where they were so helpful and never seemed annoyed . The indoor pool is the coolest ,very clean , the restaurants great . Parking no problem very central to everything

The atrium area was a nice space to sit in and enjoy visiting with friends. The pool and hot tub were fun.

Beds old and uncomfortable, pillows old, lumpy and uncomfortable, room on first floor smelt a bit musty, hard to cool the room down and was quite hot at night

The beds are very comfortable! The atrium is cute, and a real creek runs through/under the property

The hot tub is a bit small and not very strong/hot. The pool is small. The restaurants aren’t very good. The Brixx is mediocre/not great on food. The Cabana (inside the atrium) is not great- though the ambiance is nice.

Me and my wife got the classic breakfast which was very tasty and no complaints on the portions either (I would say average, not skimming and not huge portions). A not as they dont say on the menu which kind of hasbrowns they have. they are not shredded or little cubes. they are those mini gem potatoes quartered BUT they are very good. Just dont expect shredded or cubed or you will be disappointed.

Paid breakfast in the atrium (not horrible that it is paid but obviously I would like there to be a complimentary option). And there was sadly no casting device in the room and the tv was not a smart tv. Was not really impressed that there was no way for us to watch what we wanted in the room. There are pics of the menu on google for this place and my daughter was excited for waffles but they dont have them anymore. (please remove pics of old no longer valid menus) then on top of that my daughter chose banana pancakes and took our order and then 15 mins later they informed us they were out of bananas first thing in the morning to make the pancakes she wanted. (obviously as this was first thing in the morning that means they simply did not go buy bananas the previous day).

Would be nice to have some charging stations for electric cars at the hotel. One doesn't need high-speed stations for a hotel, just J1772's would be great.

Restrictive eating and swimming hours for child. As we wanted a swim before supper-We had to leave to find a restaurant. Front staff did not give a “Glad to See and Hear” atmosphere . Picked up a more - Customer walking into a strict office cool environment I’m too busy for you. Why don’t staff smile? Wish a coin dryer or compressor for bathing suits could be provided. - unsatisfactory to haul wet clothing the next day on trips. There were 3 of us (1 child) in the room but only 2 towels & 2 wash cloths available.

Two groups of junior hockey players running wild in the hotel at all hours disturbing other guests and not being challenged. Same groups tried to enter a family member room to take chocolate gifts for a planned family reunion. Children in pyjamas in adult only areas late at night. Price and poor quality of Sunday breakfast buffet. Double charged for same food expense - had to drive back to hotel to have it corrected/removed from the account.

A bit of a hike to downtown. Screaming kids due to the pools - the noise level was at times unbearable. Kids as they are. It’s just normal!

The staff were uniformly excellent. They accommodated changes with a smile and made us feel spoiled. After six months of travel, it was a delightful experience that stood out from most of our recent experience.

Prices have crept up across the world but it still hurts to pay so much for a short sleep.

Unconventional interior courtyard pool design with it's own natural creek running through it. A fabulous family hotel.

When I booked it was suppose to a certain price but when I checked it was quite a bit more which effecty credit card limit which caused some embarrassment

The room was quite small. Room was advertised as having two queen beds, it the beds were smaller than a standard queen size. Beds were very firm. No extra blankets in toom.

Brunch for 27$ was horrible. It’s the same shit best western serves for free. TV was from 2010 and barely worked. Bed was old and soft. Location is horrible.
