So convenient to mid valley n other places. Loved that there was a fan to switch from air- conditioning

Bit small. But, not so bad as we were out most of the time. Single bed was really narrow. But managed to get a good night's sleep.

The locality of the hotel was very strategic, making our stay and route to other places ideally and comfortably easier

The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The staff were also helpful.

The bathrobe provided in the wardrobe was dusty. It would be better if it was kept clean and properly covered before use.

Breakfast was so so. I had breakfast in the hotel only on the last day, the hotel is like 30 seconds from the MidValley Mall, I loved the location, it's so near a temple, the mall has so many eating options, room was comfortable, it's just that the staff could take feedback about the cleaning which they don't.

I like the brightly lighted room. It made the room transparent and welcoming and we like this straightforward honesty. The shower pressure was excellent. We will definitely look forward to staying at the hotel again.

I can't think on anything I didn't like about my stay. It was excellent value for money. All the staff are courteous and helpful. The room was cleaned well each day. Keep it up.

Cititel is connected to mid valley mall. It is very convenience, easy to buy gift and all kinds of foods during my stay. Relatively closer to the airport compared with hotels in the city area.

The coffee sachet is no taste and too little. There is a higher tile between bathroom and the passage to the bed. This make me trip n hurt my feet.

Room was very clean and comfortable. I like the consciousness of protecting the environment by providing water dispenser instead of bottled water. Spread of food at breakfast table was very good and staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. Location is easily accessible and convenient.

I would suggest lightings at corridor leading to rooms be slightly brighter.

I stayed in this hotel every 2 years when I’m back in KL. The room was big and comfortable, toilet newly renovated. The location was perfect, it’s attached to the shopping mall ( cinema, hair salon, boutique, karaoke, restaurant and many more… ). This hotel is in the centre, it is not far to go to KL city and Petaling Jaya to look for local good food by Grab car. Bellboys were friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning wasn’t cold enough, so I had to turn on ceiling fan :( I smelled cigarettes smoke!!!!!!

The location of the hotel next to the Mid Valley Mall was excellent. I found that the rooms were clean and taken care of extremely well.

酒店🏨房间清洁没异味，床又很舒服，床单枕头感觉都是新的😆而且不贵且值得来住。 美中不足就是没食堂餐馆(在装修)，一早起来只能去楼下的Coffee Bean,其他餐馆都还没开店🤣 还有拿到的会员固本(免费咖啡/茶)，都没能使用😅 这次我是搭火车🚆从JB sentral 抵达KL Sentral来参加HR培训的；再用RM 1.50搭轻铁LRT(Rapid) 去Abdul Hukum (2个站)，只需5分钟就到达Mid Valkey/Mega Mall/Garden Mall。过后再走路去酒店Cititiel(1楼)，不懂路就问人😅我是第一次来完全不熟路的🤣结果在广场Mall里绕绕走走了好久才找到酒店😂 第一次觉得，来KL可以住这里，因非常方便，而且这里广场Mall人潮多很热闹🤗 还有一下楼就可以Shopping购物和吃喝😍 下次真的还有机会来KL, 会选择再住Cititel😎

前台再多点笑容😊吧😆 虽然我懂英文，但我喜欢中文😆 所以看到前台是华人，就只想说中文，因这让人觉得亲切感🤗

On arrival, I was shocked to find that my booking did NOT include breakfast, even though I had paid for it. For staff were not helpful and in fact quite dismissive. When I walked into the room I was again shocked at how small the room was. I have stayed in many hotels in KL and had a room MUCH larger for half the price Cititel was charging. Cititel was NOT value for money. No facilities. The website mentioned that parking and use of a pool was available but did not mention that they were at extra expense! For the last 4 days of my stay the noise from room renovations directly above my room was extraordinary! Drilling and the noise of a jack-hammer is not acceptable in a hotel. If they are renovating a room then the rooms directly below should not be in use. The staff were not very helpful with this complaint and it was not until my 7th visit to the front desk that action was taken. The manager was also not able to see me at the time!!!

Location is prime area and close to public transport. Connected to midvalley and the Gardens mall.

The pillow was really hard. My neck hurts. One of the towels had some old stains.

Has 2 Malls within walking distance.

Not worth on Breakfast buffet as the choices are limited. Listed items does not match the actual food menu. And almost same dishes on daily menu.

Mid vally Citidel is my favorite hotel in Malaysia and this is favorite for many reasons, Shopping mall access, movie, food choices, super market, and all best brand H&M, Sports-Direct and Pandi and many more….It is always a value many location thou my trip was short 2 nights I cannot imagine no other hotel and shopping can be done in 24 hours. Love it and will be always keep coming back.

The bathroom was quite small, and the breakfast menu was the same as what I had during my previous stay last month.

Small room, but clean and tidy.

Poorly equipped bathroom. Difficulty in keeping the entrance door open. As the door was narrow it made it difficult to enter with a large luggage. When I did i broke my new Lacoste T-shirt as it got hooked on the door lock.
