Quarto e localização excelentes! Check-in e check-out muito rápidos e práticos! A pessoa que nos recebeu foi muito simpática e nos passou todas as informações. Adoramos a nossa estadia nesse local.

Gentillesse du personnel à l’accueil, toujours serviable, agréable, de bons conseils et chaleureux. Emplacement parfait à south beach à 2 pas de la plage. Literie top. Chambre parfaite pour 3. Restaurants et coffee shops à proximité.

Eau en bouteille payante dans la chambre. Ménage et lits non fait tous les jours ou approximatif mais globalement ok.

Sie lag sehr Zentral zum Boardwalk. Sie war sauber, das Personal war sehr freundlich und es hat ein gutes Restaurant.

Chambre spacieuse, hôtel bien placé. Propreté ok.

Pas de parking disponible, j'ai dû me garer plus loin et payer beaucoup plus cher que prévu. Rien n'a été simple à l'arrivée... Par ailleurs, restaurant fermé pendant notre séjour. Chambre mal isolée en termes de bruit.

Vraiment un très bel hôtel, le mieux situé que j'ai fréquenté depuis que je vais dans la région de Miami, soit depuis 1986... Belle grande chambre avec balcon. Directement sur Ocean Drive mais à l'extrémité donc en retrait de l'action très intense et du bruit, à quelques pas de la plage (100 m). Bon resto en bas, personnel sympathique et serviable. Belle terrasse sur le toit, peu fréquentée d'ailleurs. On ne peut pas vraiment demander mieux comme situation géographique. C'est là où ça se passe à South beach. Pharmacies très proches.

Seul petit enjeu: température de l'eau de la douche difficile à ajuster et variation dans celle-ci.

The location is fantastic, at the quieter end of the hustle and bustle of Ocean Drive and the beach. The welcome we received on arrival was great, friendly, with lots of useful local info, including a fab dinner recommendation (away from the tourist traps). Rooftop pool area looked lovely, but sadly we didn't have the time to enjoy it as we only had one night in Miami. Great restaurant downstairs - fab food and a nice buzz.

Front desk service via Whatsapp was good, but a little slow to reply.

Pas d'ascenseur à notre arrivée, difficile de monter tous ses bagages par une cage d'escaliers rendue étouffante par la chaleur.

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Schon im Eingangsbereich ist es gemütlich, die Zimmer sind mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich. Die Ansprechpartner im Haus waren sehr liebenswert und hilfsbereit. Der Sitzbereich auf dem Dach war einfach großartig. Das Hotel befindet sich für uns in perfekter Lage. Nicht laut, doch zentral zu den Einkaufsstraßen, Supermärkten und dem Meer. Liegen und Schirme sind am Strand inklusive…ein Traum. Wir haben einen kleinen Supermarkt um die Ecke gefunden, der tolles Frühstück und Burger im Angebot hat.

Nous sommes totalement ravis et charmés par notre séjour au Local House. L’emplacement est idéal, directement sur Ocean Drive, à quelques pas de la plage et de l’animation de South Beach, tout en bénéficiant d’un environnement étonnamment calme et reposant. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la décoration méditerranéenne raffinée, l’atmosphère intimiste et chaleureuse ainsi que le charme de cet hôtel à taille humaine. Le restaurant est également une très belle découverte, avec un excellent brunch, savoureux et généreux, que nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir à partager en famille. Une mention toute particulière pour l’ensemble de l’équipe, toujours accueillante, souriante et attentionnée au quotidien. Et surtout un grand merci à Anajulia pour son sourire, sa gentillesse et les petites attentions qui contribuent réellement à rendre le séjour spécial. Une adresse pleine de charme où nous nous sommes sentis merveilleusement bien et que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Miami !

Anajulia qui s'occupe de ce petit hôtel a été adorable durant tout notre séjour. L'hôtel est beau, propre et très bien situé. La chambre est spacieuse, le lit très confortable et malgré la proximité d'Ocean Drive les nuits sont calmes. La piscine sur le toit de l'hôtel est très agréable. Tout notre séjour a été parfait. Nos recommandons vraiment ce lieu.

Stayed here when visiting for the World Cup - the reviews were accurate - a nice hotel with a great location - very close to but just off the strip / ocean drive. Friendly staff and nice food.

Perfect experience. Room was clean and comfortable. I was worried about noise but it wasn’t an issue. The staff was top notch, took care of everything we needed and were extremely friendly.

From the warm welcome, to the friendly people at the bar, the service was a highlight. The rooms comfy, the rooftop a hidden gem, brunch and happy hour we kept coming back to. Also loved the partnerships for beach lounging and yoga classes. And location, of course.

We enjoyed our overnight stay! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was super cute and comfortable. If we are ever back in the area we will be staying here again!

Excellent location. We wanted to be close to main Ocean Drive area while prioritizing silence during night hours, because we went with a baby. And this hotel is exactly at that place. So, you'll enjoy main tourist area very close to you while at night you can rest comfortably without any noise close to the hotel. Room was big and very comfy, it made us feel at home.

After 10PM, there's no one anymore in the hotel. Unfortunately, our flight delayed for 4 hours, so we arrived at 11PM. Hotel still contacted through phone/message to coordinate the late arrival. Instructions were clear regarding how to enter the building and enter the room. Still, I'm accustomed to hotels always having a reception, even after late hours. Overall, this is a minor thing that just impacted on arrival; hotel always made the best to ensure I would be able to enter building/room.

Tout. Cet hôtel est idéalement placé. À deux minutes du centre d’Ocean Drive sans les nuisances. À 100m de la plage. Avec piscine sur le toit et service bar restauration. Un restaurant de qualité très très supérieure. Des chambres très bien aménagées et tenues ainsi que le confort de celles ci. Un personnel réellement aux petits soins et d’une amabilité exceptionnelle. J’ai ADORÉ.

Close proximity to the beach and lots of restaurants

The room was beautiful and very clean, and the rooftop/pool area was really nice. I also loved that beach chairs and umbrellas were provided for free at the beach as part of the stay package.

Did not love the "security deposit" I had to pay at the beginning of my stay. It was refunded, but was I charged an extra $100 per night upfront, which added a level of unnecessary stress to my stay.

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt am Ende des Ocean Drive. Strassenlärm war nicht wahrzunehmen. Das Hotel ist sehr stillvoll eingerichtet. Die Chefin, wie auch das Personal waren sehr freundlich. Wenn man mit dem Auto ankommt, wird dieses abgeholt und weiter weg geparkt. Man kann es sich aber jeder Zeit wieder bringen lassen. Am Strand stehen einem zwei Liegen mit einem Sonnenschirm kostenlos zur Verfügung. Wir waren am Beginn unserer Florida Rundreise 2 Nächte und am Ende der Runde wieder 2 Nächte im Hotel und haben das keinen einzigen Tag bereut. 100% zu empfehlen!!!

The Local House is clean, beautiful, next to the beach and all the action , yet quiet. The staff is exceptional. I will definitely be coming back!

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. It’s 5 minutes walk from the beach. The Wi-fi actually works in this hotel compared to other 5-star hotels. The main restaurant down stairs had excellent breakfast, main course and desert.

The light+ventilation sensor in the bathroom was behaving strange. The light was turning on and off randomly. For a short stay it wasn’t that annoying.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Local House in Miami Beach! The highlight of this hotel is without a doubt the rooftop — a true hidden gem. The pool area offers stunning views over the ocean and the iconic Art Deco buildings, making it the perfect spot to relax at any time of the day, whether for a morning swim, sunset drinks, or a quiet evening. The location is ideal: just steps away from the beach, yet tucked away enough to feel exclusive. It’s the perfect balance between accessibility and tranquility. Our room was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail throughout the hotel really makes a difference and adds to the overall experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile and great recommendations.

Excellent accommodation just down from the main action on Ocean Drive on corner of 4th. We had a large corner room with balcony (room 3) and could see the ocean through the building gaps. Lovely hosts. Spotlessly clean room and most importantly - very comfortable bedding. Quiet at night.

Die Lage ist einfach toll. Dicht an dem Art Deco Viertel und trotzdem nicht viel Trubel. Die Dachterrasse mit Pool ist ein herrlicher Rückzugsort.

Das Mobiliar ist an der einen oder anderen Stelle abgewohnt und bedarf Reparatur.

Everything! This is the perfect location, quiet yet with easy access to the beach, South Pointe Park which we love and all the fun of Ocean Drive and surrounding streets a short walk away. We loved our room with a balcony and the roof top pool too and this hotel is light, bright and airy and beautifully clean.

After reviewing this place. It seemed ideal. We love a boutique hotel. The service you get you just don’t at big resorts. The little perks you get make you feel special. This place just missed. Check in was simple. You do it on an iPad. Was weird. But whatever. A woman helped us. Told us about the hotel. The amenities. Our room. She was fantastic. Our room was deluxe king with partial ocean view. It was exactly that. We loved the room. Huge for Miami. So cute. First night was great. Very comfortable bed. But man the pillows stink. Next night we could hear a baby cry. Not hotel fault. But then we could hear our other neighbors talk. So realized it was just paper thin walls. Our shower was leaking and we found some ants so we told the gentleman. He said he would tell housekeeping to get us extra towels as the floor good slippery and to clean the area where we found the ants. Nothing was done. That’s a shame and never happens at a boutique hotel. The beach setup is great. It’s like a block from the beach. They are affiliated with a company who will give you chairs and an umbrella. Awesome. They give you a bag with towels in your room. Also awesome. Location is a 10/10. Restaurant downstairs also awesome. Overall I can see why many love this place. For us it just missed them mark and the lack of service was shocking. If you get a room with neighbors who don’t talk loud and aren’t in the deluxe room you will prob love it.

This is such a wonderful boutique hotel. It's perfectly located right next to the historic art deco district, 2 park area, the ocean front bike/running path. Close to everything but in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The rooms are large and the staff is so friendly and helpful.
