Realy good location, you could walk to many places and tour starting point. Great breakfast, really nice room.

Location is great, however, the parking was not so good. You first have to unload your luggae outside the hotel, if you can find a space to park to do so and then drive again (5-10 minutes) depending on traffic to the car park. There is a discount on the parking fee with the hotel, however, we didn't expect any of this hassle.

Again the parking. Also one of the receptionists on the monring we were leaving was quite unfriendly about holding our luggage. However, her colleague made up for this as he was extremely kind and helpful

Ich habe wahrscheinlich im schlechtesten, laut der Managerin, aber auf jeden Fall am wärmsten und lautesten Zimmer (117) des Hotels geschlafen. Ich kann nur unterstreichen, was schon andere geschrieben haben. Ein extrem kleines, dunkles (die Fenster sind verklebt) Zimmer. Direkt nebenan die Wäscherei (man hört ständig ein Brummen). Bei geöffneten Fenster zu schlafen war auch nicht möglich, weil auch von draußen ein ständiges Brummen zu hören war. Außerdem wurden am späten Abend (ich war zwei Nächte dort) gegen 23:00 Uhr sämtliche Flaschen in einen Behälter entleert, der direkt unter meinem Fenster (das in den Innenhof geht) entsorgt. Wegen der Wärme im Zimmer hatte ich bezüglich der Klimaanlage nachgefragt, die eigentlich laut Buchung im Zimmer vorhanden ist. Man sagte mir, dass die Temperatur von der Rezeption aus zentral geregelt wird und auf meine gewünschte Temperatur reduziert wird. Da dies, nach mehreren Stunden immer noch nicht erfolgt war (es war immer noch so warm im Zimmer) habe ich moniert. Daraufhin sagte man mir, dass die Klimaanlage gar nicht funktioniert. Man hat mir dann ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Da aber schon alles ausgepackt war und es spät am Abend war, habe ich das Zimmer nicht gewechselt. Nach einem Gespräch mit der Managerin wurde mir zugesagt, dass ich das Frühstück an den nächsten beiden morgen nicht bezahlen muss. Das war zwar keine wirkliche Entschädigung für das miserable Zimmer, aber besser als nichts. Insgesamt muss ich sagen, dass ich dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen werde. Schon allein die verklebten Fenster lösen ein Gefühl des Eingesperrtseins aus. Das ist für mich ein absolutes No Go. Wahrscheinlich hat man hier versucht, den hässlichen Blick in den Hinterhof zu kaschieren. Aber da hätte ich lieber diesen Ausblick gehabt als gar keinen.

Tolle Lage mitten in Galway. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber, die Betten sehr gemütlich. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut.

Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es nur in einer Tiefgarage ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt, Kosten € 12,00 pro Nacht

Location was great for getting to the heart of the city. Nice surprise to get a discount for parking at the recommended car park. The room was very clean and comfortable, had a really good night’s sleep.

Not much to dislike. TV was a bit far from the bed, which trivial as everything else was fine.

Staff members were great especially Alans and Peter. They did everything possible to make sure my stay was great.

The location and the very kind personnel. Also breakfast was ok.

The shower was barely working, the doors are very old and light and noise filter from the hallway, the glue holding the tiles is all breaking apart.. for the money you really expect much more.

Walls were thin- could hear other guests moving/talking in hallways and moving around their rooms. There was a weird smell in the room and an overwhelming smell in some of the hallways as if trying to mask a previous smell. Our “king” bed was just two full beds pushed together so there was a funny lump in the middle that was uncomfortable. The towel rod heater didn’t work. But of a maze from our room to the lobby/exit.

The right hand shower door was hanging off it's rail The toilet paper holder was hanging off because it had not been screwed in correctly The noise in the hotel disturbed my night's sleep. I understand that because of the location of the hotel there would be noise outside but this was not a problem. The problem was the noise inside the hotel. People running up and down on the floor above us and constantly slamming the room doors. The quality of the breakfast was poor. The bacon and black pudding were extremely dry. A hotel with this price tag should have given it's customers freshly cooked bacon, eggs, black pudding etc not food that had been standing there for a considerable amount of time

The location was the best! Loved being so near to the shops, food places and the train and bus station. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was larger than I expected. Breakfast buffet was quite satisfying. A good place to get a slice of pizza right is right across the way (Lil Bros) that I highly recommend.

The lighting was dim in the rooms which made it hard when applying make-up. The carpet looked like it needed a good deep cleaning, but that is common I have found so I always travel with a pair of flip flops to wear around the room. The bed wasn't quiet as comfortable as I had hoped, but was spacious for 2 people.

Terrible service. My EUR 50 meal went bad because the referigerator wasn’t plugged in properly. I told the hotel about it and requested them giving me a partial refund on my payment as compensation. It would have been find for them to refuse but they didn’t even bother responding.

Room was much larger than expected and the extra space was very welcome. The Hotel location is perfect, right on Eyre square, and central to everything. The staff were very helpful and very nice to us at each encounter.

Great location nice staff. Unfortunately my father got 3 hours in the hotel before he ended up in a and e. My father is 79. While I appreciate it was non refundable his niece explained he literally checked in and barely there before going to a and e . They explained they could do nothing. Felt at least an effort could have been to try or appear to try and do something.

Excellent and tasty breakfast selection every day. Hearty breakfast is always a good way to start the day! We picked this hotel because of its location and walking distance to sights and transportation needs!

The location is perfect, right on Eyre Square and a few minutes walk you have the shops and bars etc. If location is your priority, then this hotel is ideal as a base to explore.

We weren't aware that luggage storage wasn't available, despite it saying it was complimentary on their website. We were leaving that evening, so had to bring our suitcases to a private luggage storage place a few minutes walk away, which was payable per bag. Not ideal. The breakfast wasn't great for the price - plenty of breakfast options near the hotel so would advise going there instead.

The position is great since the hotel is situated in Eyre Square very close to the railway station and to the city centre; comfortable bad; spacious room.

The window could not be opened, and the opaque glass made it impossible to look outside; bad smell coming from the toilet; walls were not soundproofed (one night we were kept awake for hours by noisy drunk neighbours); mediocre breakfast. There is no storage for luggage in the hotel.

Le service est de très bonne qualité. L'emplacement est extraordinaire, quasiment dans la rue la plus animée de Galway, mais pourtant aucun bruit une fois dans l'hôtel.
