Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Our room was behind a door that led to two other doors so it was confusing trying to find our room upon arrival. Reception called our room both days telling us we had to check out but we had two nights and a late check out. We were misinformed about our car park and it was all a bit disjointed. Communication was very poor, and the receptionist was quite rude to my colleague who was also staying.
