Clean, well appointed and close to all the cafes, restaurants and pubs on the harbour.

The location was great. Close to the waterfront restaurants.

The bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable. Unfortunately our room was right above the pub which had loud music until about 3am and it sounded like they were in our room.

We were in room 210. A lot of items did not work and require maintenance: 1. The Coffee machine leaks water onto the bench and floor - worn seal? 2. The Balcony sliding door doesn't slide (almost impossible to open - needs new wheel on tracks?) - made Balcony inaccessible. 3. Sliding cupboard doors need adjustment doors come of tracks 4. Clothes dryer doesn't work - starts and then stops almost immediately, The door closed switch is worn...if you manually pushed and held the door closed (at 6 o'clock position - where the door switch is) it would work. Also The televisions are extremely old (Dinosaurs) and do not have any access to any streaming services (you can't log into and use your own accounts for Netflix/YouTube). You cannot even use your phone for streaming services and cast it to the screen.

Loved the location and the room was very comfortable

House keeping and Reception were very accommodating and helpful.

Outdated decor. Bed was too hard..general property maintenance should have been well kept.

We did have n issue in the first room due to noise. The staff were mazing and changed us to another room without hesitation. This made our sty so much better. The first night we were above The Fox and the band played until early hours in the morning. The staff were truly amazing and we really appreciated the change of room.

Very noisy, fights happening late at night both in and out of hotel. Both our rooms had issues with hot water cylinders meaning that we had cold showers. Blood splatter stains in one of the bathrooms. The male staff member was very apologetic, and did fix the issue with hot water cylinder, but I also feel a discount should have been offered. We were offered new rooms but was at 11pm, so not very practical, the staff member in the morning didn’t seem phases when we bought up the blood and brushed it off as nothing.

Location was good

1 teaspoon - three saucers, one bread plate. Frypan fit for the landfill. Didn't match 4 star The only arm chair was well beyond it's use by date - springs gone - substandard, couldn't use it. Two seater couch in similar state. Leaking refrigerator with sticky substance dripping on our food. It was cleaned on our request. Noise from bars/nightclubs below until 1.30a.m. for our 4 night stay was extreme. The accommodation was tired.

Amazing staff, both accommodating and thoughtful. Even noticed my partner wasn't well and provided him with water. Room upgrade great. Location great for harbour access and CBD shopping.

The location was great. Viaduct at your doorstep.

The room did not have a nice feel to it. Very disjointed. The room was not connected to the rest of the apartment. Had a musky smell. Very dated. Lots of wasted space and the layout was terrible. The bedroom felt cramped with one sliding window that looked directly into another apartment. Overall felt dirty and not well maintained. Did not look like the photos posted.

The location is perfect with amazing views. Close to city centre and restaurants located right there too.

The location to the Viaduct is great.

Property and rooms are dated, really needs a good update for the money you pay. Breakfast is not in the hotel, it’s a seperate restaurant outside and the add on price is exactly the same, FYI not a buffet, but set menu. Pool and gym is across the road, also not in the hotel.

The band below our room until, we are told, play until 12.30am. We cannot sleep at all There was also no parking available

Location was great for what we needed.

The rooms are tired and need updating and maintenance. One of the 5 rooms booked had blood on the walls and another room we checked into had previous guests rubbish and wet towels still in the bathroom, clearly had not been serviced. Very disappointing as we had a large group booking of 5 rooms. The standard of rooms for the price is lacking and I’d be embarrassed to have international tourist stay in some of the rooms our party had. The hotel did profusely apologise with a fruit platter.

The location was fantastic.

We were originally booked (2 rooms) for a city view room - this was looking into a high rise carpark! We asked to be moved then were moved to another side of the hotel having a slight view of the sky tower. Was very noisy outside at night and in the hall ways, you could hear all the talking. Not sure if was double glazed but both our rooms commented how loud it was.

It was close to the event I attended

I had requested prior of the date of my booking for a viaduct view and bath in the room and didn’t get that, didn’t get a respond either only a respond to parking. The guy at reception was rude and judgmental. He had said don’t touch the fridge or mini bar as you have to pay for it as if I had no money. The parking situation was terrible when it came to the guy he tried to charge $100 if I didn’t have a Visa card otherwise said $40 for parking with a Visa card. Then spoke to a lady who said I had to pay $50 from my visa when the guy said $40. It was a terrible experience and because I’m young they judged me and tried to charge more money out of me. Won’t be coming back again.

Friendly staff. Clean room, close to everything.

The location, for us, was excellent.

There was no milk in the fridge, the phone in the room did not work, it did get fixed on day two, the shower head sprayed water all over the place, the TV would intermittently stop working, the coffee cups where left in the dishwasher rather than in the cupboard so I had to make a phone call to find out the where abouts of the cups.

It was close to restaurants and cafe very central and beautiful views.

Better pillows felt them uncomfortable.

Loved the location. Loved the facilities around, restaurants, bars and close to water.

The property has aged and needs refurbishing. A single complementary biscuit would have been nice. Forgot to mention on leaving that toilet in 206 was leaking water into bowl.

Location is the best thing going for it

It's dated and old. Carpet is terrible. Bathroom was yuk. The noise from the nightclubs was the worst. The place is amazing if you want to get NO sleep

The receptionist and the room wasn’t very nice even when we payed extra for the queen suite marina view

The bed was so comfortable the unit had heaps of room did all our washing and walking distance to everything

Nothing honestly the club downstairs was going all night and till 5am but you honestly didn’t hear it, it was like having the tv on all night so didn’t bother us

Love the views. The room was spacious and clean.

First staff member wouldn’t let me in till an hour later full made us wait before handing the keys the second staff member was nice but that first guy was not it because why are you talking to me in that tone! Rude as hell there was definitely no need for his sassy attitude snapping like a queen!

eine sehr schoene wohnung mit einem tollen balkon, einem sehr bequemen bett in perfekter lage

die ausstattung der kueche zum kochen war eine frechheit. es gab einen kleinen topf (ein schaeppchen) in dem man 2 eier heatte kochen koenntn. SONST NICHTS!!! wir mussten uns alles erfragen und erbitten und es hat uns knapp 1 1/2 stunden mit warten verbracht bis die sachen (pfanne, groesserer topf, toaster, muesli schalen, salat schale,, .... gebracht wurden. das ist ein NO GO wenn eine ausgestattete kuechen angegeben wird. es gab kein oel und essig, kein loeffel zum kochen. kein messer zum schneiden, keine schere, kein ..... das war die schlechteste kuechenaustattung auf unserer gesammten 9 monatigen weltreise. sehr schade!!!

My booking included breakfast. They didn’t have a restaurant so no breakfast available.

Excellent location for a short stay in Auckland Walking distance to numerous eateries and the Maritime museum

We got a bit lost looking for the hop on hop off bus starting location

Kitchen was a bit dated but otherwise the room was lovely. Small balcony was nice to sit on in the evening and on the morning. Great views of the marina

We had a 1brm suite on the 3rd floor right above the Fox pub. My son who slept on a roll away in the lounge said it was very loud all night.
