Perfect location

Amazing place. The view from balcony is skytower which is pretty amazing. The tower is lit up in the night. It’s even visible from the bedroom. Very spacious and easy to checkin

It maybe a new zealand thing but there is no free parking onsite. It’s always a paid parking right in-front of the property.

The location was excellent and the room was spacious and clean.

It was dated and the bathroom wasn’t great (there was a hole in the ceiling).

No netflix or movie channels like to relax and watch a movie at night

Brilliant location and perfect for a weekend away. Rooms are tidy and the property is well maintained. We will stay here again on our next trip.

Nothing not to like, it's not flash but it's comfortable.

Late check-in was easy. The room was fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry machine and dryer, dining table, and a small living room. The location was alright too. The staff was also really nice and gave me extra laundry detergent when I requested for one.

Some of the facilities were in questionable condition; the hairdryer was sticky with hair, and the towel rack handle was loose.

I always like staying in the executive apartments because they are clean and have the best view of the sky tower, I also love that there is a massive balcony which is something I look for when staying at a hotel

The door and some of the walls could do with a re paint and also big gap under the front door allowing wind to come into the room

Close to everything right in the city had everything we needed in our room loved that we could do our washing was very quiet service was great

The car park terrible and the bed was slightly too hard falling through the gap

Receptionist hard to understand. Mould in the shower & wall above. Shower leaking water out the sides when used. Staff hair left on bathroom floor. It was not there on day 1 & I had no visitors. Kitchen tap leaking onto the bench. Kitchen knife not clean.

Location great, right next door Te Paepae theatre and Sky City. A nice roomy laid out apartment . Loved the church bells on Sunday morning, and mostly the perfect view of the Sky Tower.

Had to fix the toilet seat - wing nuts just needed tightening. We didn’t experience any issues, just creating awareness City Mission is across the road.

Noisey neighbours didn’t get much sleep from loud music and noise on the balcony next door throughout the night. Bathroom sink water took a long time to drain out

Bedding was a bit thin for comfort- I ended up having to turn up the heater overnight

The apartment is great and looks like a home. Also, very well located.

For many times there were no staffs in the front desk. And there were a couple of days with no housekeeping.

We had an upgrade to the penthouse suite and it was stunning - huge lounge massive balcony and very comfy bed

The property was in a bad location, the homeless outside the hotel room, hanging out, even asked me to be let into the hotel, the apartment was not staffed for very long. didn’t feel safe there at all. the rooms was hard to be let in as the swipe card didn’t work a lot of the time. the underground car park was a nightmare to get into felt like an old dungeon. we ended up leaving as we didn’t feel safe and then asking for a refund for the days we were not there, no one answered calls or emails the worst place i’ve ever stayed in.

Friendly staff & location was perfect in terms of being very close to supermarkets, restaurants etc. I would definitely be staying there again in the future.

Room comfortable for my needs, great sleep in bed, great shower, great to see washing machine and dryyer - I didn't use but know for next time. Lots of eateries and convenience stores with 20m of the front door. Subway and small grocery store next door.

The room was a bit cold even though the heat pump was on 30 degrees. My neighbour said she was cold too. I'm unsure of problem. I will ask receptionist. Not a big deal. There was a spare duvet in the cupboard.

Lo primero, que nos dejaran el apartamento antes de la hora, después de 30h de vuelos lo agradecimos muchísimo. Es un apartamento amplio, cómodo y limpio, con nevera, cocina y zona de estar aparte del dormitorio. Está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la parada del autobús del aeropuerto y de Queens street, la principal calle comercial. Tiene un supermercado justo debajo.

Es un poco ruidoso, las ventanas no aíslan del todo el ruido de la calle. El baño en invierno puede resultar un poco frío.

Good location close to the SkyDrive bus coming from the airport, and the rest of the city. My studio room was a good size, comfy bed, kitchenette with dining table, bathroom with a washing machine and dryer.

My room was a bit run down - the carpet frayed at the bathroom entrance and my air-conditioning did not work, which was not great for 2 cold Auckland winter nights. The hotel put a small electric column heater in the room but it did not help. The reception is only manned 8am-6pm weekday and 9am-5pm weekends so there was no-one around to ask for help wth my air-con or a room change when I returned to my room at 730pm after being out all day. There is a phone number you can contact “in emergencies” if needed.

Location was close to all tourist sites. Large room, good shower pressure. Washing machine and dryer a big tick.

Across the road was a homeless community and it was often a bit sketchy getting into the hotel. Very rarely ever anyone at reception.

Liked that it had a lounge, two tv's and washing/dryer facilities. Lounge was great size. Bed was great size.

Everything was great but the blankets arent very thick so I was a little cold at night but I didnt go searching for additional blankets.
