The beds were comfortable.

1. There was no hot water in the shower and it could not be fixed during our stay. 2. When brought to staff attention, they entered the room without waiting for permission to enter. 3. the hot breakfast was cold (and we were the first to arrive at the meal). 4. there was plastic material in the sausages that were served. 5. Saying "sorry" was insufficient.

Really clean and tidy Guest house. Rooms comfortable and tidy 10 mins walk into town and a Wetherspoon pub for a cheap meal. The town is lovely. Breakfast was so huge with a lot of options in buffet style. If you’re a James Bond fan. Only a 40 min drive to skyfall road.

Es war sehr sauber und die Betten waren gemütlich. Der Frühstücksraum war nett eingerichtet und alles war ganz frisch zubereitet.

Wir hatten uns etwas anderes vorgestellt. Wir dachten Destillery Guest House, wäre etwas gehobener mit Destillery, in der man abends evtl. Whiskey kosten könnte. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und die Flure sehr eng. Kleines Zimmer. Wir hatten uns nicht wohl gefühlt, weil wir etwas anderes erwartet haben. Und es liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Aber wenn man darauf vorbereitet ist und vielleicht nur eine Nacht bleibt, ist es ok.

Within walking distance to town centre(20minutes) Breakfast was really good,nice dining room,plenty of food choices,nice juices and coffee. Comfy bed. Heating was on in the room when i returned ltr in the day and being a bit damp from the September rain was very welcoming.

The breakfast was very good

There wasn’t anyone to greet us on arrival, another family had been waiting even longer. Eventually someone appeared. The basin taps were rubbish, the plug didn’t seal the basin to help ld water, the shower tray leaked which made the notice to keep the floor dry a bit of a joke. There wasn’t a bath/shower mat, difficult to see how the owners could demand we keep the floor dry.

Dingy building in poor state of repair - even the name is falling off the outside wall. No provision for disabled parking. Small room with multiple things broken in the bathroom. Very basic breakfast buffet. This would not be so bad if we had paid for a basic place but the price led us to expect a better quality establishment.

The carpet was filthy. We had to get the lady to change our sheets as they were dirty. The noise from the road makes it very hard to sleep. The room was very small and so was the bathroom.

Posizione strategica, poco fuori dal centro di Fort William che si raggiunge in circa 15 minuti a piedi e 5 minuti in macchina. Ottima colazione inglese, stanza spaziosa con letti abbastanza comodi, silenziosa e dotata di bollitore per thè e caffè. Parcheggio disponibile nei pressi della struttura e facilità di check-in.

Bagno in stanza un po' stretto e con ventilazione non funzionante.

The buffet breakfast was well cooked, adequate and well presented. The one member of staff (seen) throughout our four night stay was hard working and friendly.

My wife and I stayed in Room 4 and for being charged £765 for a four night stay we expected at best a room with a separate bathroom and not a room with a sink. Alongside the room was a 1m x 2.5m closed windowless 'cupboard' that contained a small shower unit and a toilet. We did note that most, if not all, of the other rooms had separate bathrooms. During our entire stay there was no evidence that any member of staff had entered the room apart from when we asked for the shower soap to be refilled. Coffee, tea or milk was not replenished and neither were the towels. We made up our bed every morning.

Pas grand chose à part l'emplacement proche du centre ville de Fort William et le parking a côté de l'établissement.

Personnel inexistant, réception fantôme...une personne est apparue à 14h pour nous remettre les clés sans un mot(ni anglais, ni français ni espagnol...) puis terminé plus personne de tout le séjour!!Nous n'avons jamais vu ça !!La chambre était petite mais propre, salle de bain minuscule, douche qui a tendance à se boucher au fur et à mesure que l'eau coule, impossible de régler l'eau au lavabo. Petit déjeuner très approximatif,pas de choix,le strict nécessaire ..TROP cher pour une prestation aussi mauvaise!! Je déconseille.

Hôtel un peut loin du centre ville . L'hôtel est vieillot et la chambre est très petite. Il est situé sur une rue passante et pas loin d'un rond point mais cela ne nous à pas impacter. Mauvaise literie avec un matelas à ressort . Nous avons mal dormis.

The ambience around the house, terrace and breakfast room was nice.

The place was completely overpriced with approx.200Euro per night. The sink was the size of a piece of paper, only cold water, the room ambience was quite aged.

La camera e il bagno sono piuttosto piccoli. Le tende lasciano passare troppa luce e dalla nostra stanza si sentivano molto i rumori provenire dalla trafficata strada. Visto il costo di 189 GBP a notte, ci aspettavamo una qualità ben maggiore

im großen und ganzen hat alles gut gepasst. die unterkunft war sauber und die ausstattung war gut. das frühstück war überschaubar, war aber trotzdem gut und sogar ich als veganerin hab mir was gefunden (obwohl die auswahl da dann natürlich nicht so groß war, aber sowas wie sojamilch gab es zb schon). was ich sehr toll fand war, dass ich mein gepäck sowohl vor dem check-in als auch nach dem ckeck-out in der unterkunft unterbringen durfte, dadurch konnte ich noch ein wenig die gegend erkunden:) die damen, die dort arbeiten, waren außerdem sehr hilfsbereit

Das Frühstück geht nur bis 8:45h. Da das sehr unüblich ist, sollte vor der Buchung darüber informiert werden. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein. Kein Platz um 2 Koffer zu öffnen.

We were on a road trip so it was a good and central place to stay for a night.

Abbiamo passato una notte nella struttura durante il nostro road trip della Scozia. Struttura accogliente,facile da raggiungere e molto vicina al centro di Fort William con una passeggiata di cinque minuti circa. Gestori molto simpatici e disponibili, che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Fiore all’occhiello è stata la colazione, preparata al momento secondo la tradizione scozzese.

Die Lage war mit 15min Fußweg in die Innenstadt super. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Personal war freundlich.

Absolut in die Jahre gekommen, sehr hellhörig. Zimmer viel zu klein. Beim Frühstück gab es nach kurzer Zeit kein Brot mehr. Preis-Leistung super schlecht und sehr enttäuschend.

BF was good could have been better with variety of different menu daily.

The location is excellent, just a short distance from the centre of Fort William, making it very convenient for exploring the area. There is plenty of parking available, which was a big advantage. The views from the property are beautiful, and the breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection to start the day.

The room was quite small, and the bed was a little too compact and not very comfortable for two people. The bathroom, especially the shower area, was very cramped, making it less comfortable to use. The interior feels a bit dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. There is no lift, and the staircase is quite narrow, which can make carrying large luggage difficult. The room also does not have air conditioning, so it can become warm during the summer unless the windows are kept open.

La Michela i el Walter van ser encantadors i molt atents amb nosaltres. L'allotjament és funcional, còmode, molt net i amb pàrquing gratuït.

Per moure's sense cotxe està una mica lluny del centre de la ciutat, tot i així és una zona bona i tranquil·la.

De fietsen mochten binnen in een afgesloten schuur. De kamer was klein met een krap bed, maar functioneerde redelijk, er waren 2 ramen die ver open konden voor de ventilatie. De inrichting was redelijk gezellig. De badkamer zag er vernieuwd uit en functioneerde goed. De WiFi was net voldoende. Het was schoon.

De eigenaar was niet erg vriendelijk. Het hotel lag aan een drukke weg, dus er was tot 's avonds laat en 's morgens al vroeg veel luidruchtig verkeer. Het ontbijt was niet bijzonder. Ik vond het veel te duur voor wat het bood.

Fick ett väldigt litet rum. Gick inte att öppna resväskan när den stod på golvet. Fönsterna var täckta så man kunde inte se ut. Frukosten var bra. Badrum var bra.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut, da man in wenigen Minuten im Stadtzentrum ist. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und der Check-In unkompliziert. Parkplätze waren in ausreichender Menge hinter dem Haus vorhanden.

Das Gästehaus scheint sehr in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Renovierungen sind hier nicht zu bemerken. Es sieht ganz so aus, als würde hier nur das Nötigste repariert, erneuert wohl weniger, wie z.B. ein nicht funktionierender Warmwasserhahn, sowie ein ausgeleierter, wackelnder Toilettensitz. Dies ist auch deutlich an den durchgelegenen Matratzen zu bemerken. Eine Verdunklung der Fenster gibt es gar nicht, d.h. es ist bis in den späten Abend und schon sehr früh in den Morgenstunden hell, sodass vermutlich nicht jedermann viel Schlaf finden kann. Das Frühstück ist, selbst für ein englisches, wenig attraktiv. Es gibt keine Rühreier, frisches Obst vermisst man ganz, dafür gibt es Industrie-Obst-Cocktail aus der Dose. Frische Wurst und Käse vermisst man hier ganz. Der Orangensaft schmeckt, als wäre er mit Wasser zu einer Schorle gestreckt worden. Ich schließe mich einem meiner Vorgänger von hier an und bemerke, dass hier wirklich noch viel Luft, sowohl in der Qualität, als auch in der Vielfalt, nach oben ist. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt hier auf gar keinen Fall, wie auch die Bilder auf Booking.com. Die angepriesenen Holzmöbel auf der Veranda existieren so nicht.

The bed was decently comfortable

The hotel was very outdated. The shower was angled in a way that you can only stand up in one spot without hitting your head, also there was no shower curtain so the floors became slippery. The walls are very thin and the stairs creak loudly, you can hear everyone enter and exit their rooms

il letto è fornito di solo piumone. Chi come me è poco freddoloso magari gradirebbe avere anche un lenzuolo per coprirsi tirando via il piumone. Ma questa è oramai una caratteristica comune a molti alberghi e comunque a tutti quelli nei quali ho alloggiato in scozia
