Clean, nicely finished and very well equipped. Nice touch with dog blanket & treats. Would stay again. Exterior gave wrong impression as grass overgrown and untidy.

Such a nice stay overnight at the apartment, much needed after finishing the West Highland Way! Thank you so much to Joanne who communicated so well throughout. Building was very easy to access and was a very short walk away from the main high street. Such a comfortable apartment and great washing and drying facilities too! Thanks so much :)

The location of the property was ideal, also it had everything we need and more. The information book was brilliant as well. And contact with the owner was fantastic.

Nothing to complain about, just a couple of notes. A small amount of mildew on ceilings in bathroom. a tumble drier would be useful ?

It was a lovely little apartment in such a good location right by Ben Nevis and a few minutes drive from town. Very comfortable and good self catering facilities. Unfortunately the water temp/pressure was not working for our stay but we were warned of the issue with good notice and offered a 10% refund for our trouble which was a kind gesture.

The pillows could look to be updated but that’s me being picky

It was just simple, clean and perfect for what we needed as a base.

10-15 Min walk from town and no other good pubs or restaurants nearby.

Bedroom had too many beds in it. When trying to move around kept hitting our legs into the bed corners. Beds were very lumpy. Shower pressure was really bad. Trying to wash my long hair was not easy. Also the water keeps going hot and cold. Didn’t think it was fair to ask us to strip beds before leaving.

We were in apartment N°4. It contains everything you would need. There is a parking spot right at the location. Though the apartment is next to a busy road, there weren't any noise issues. The kitchen was fully equipped.

It's not a small apartment, but somehow, it is too small. There is no space in the bedrooms for suitcases. There is no space in the living room for a dining table. The beds have a footboard, and if you are a bit taller than average, which I am, and which my son is, that is a problem.

We loved our stay in Fort William! Excellent location and wonderful host who communicated really well with us. The house was clean and so comfortable. We will definitely return if we are ever in the area again! Thank you for our lovely stay.

The accommodation is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It has a washer and dryer, which is a real plus when you’ve been traveling for several days. It is also well-located—without being right in the very center of Fort William—and serves as a great base for visiting the Glenfinnan Viaduct to watch the Jacobite train pass by.

La ducha era horrible, muy pequeña, el agua caliente funcionaba fatal… supuestamente era muy nuevo pero la sensación no era esa, olía mal el baño, las camas ocupaban toda la estancia y la moqueta del suelo nada higiénica.

Apartamento muy completo y bien equipado con una cocina con todos los electrodomésticos. Estuvimos en el estudio 3A y la habitación es bastante amplia. La limpieza era muy buena. La ubicación es buena para visitar la zona de Glencoe. Aunque no conocimos a las propietarias, han estado muy pendientes y comunicativas. Repetiría sin duda y lo recomiendo totalmente.

La disponibilité du responsable, la propreté du logement, et surtout la machine a laver !! Le coin salon est super sympa pour se poser après une journée de balade....le coin douche et toilettes par chambre est un vrai plus !!

Le chauffage de l'eau chaude dans la SDB de la chambre du fond est compliqué à gérer....mais apparemment c'est courant en Ecosse....

El apartamento para dos personas está genial, para tres adultos no, tendría que ser la tercera persona un niño/a porque es una cama supletoria incómoda

De locatie was top, niet ver van het centrum en vlakbij alle supermarkten. Onze honden waren welkom en er is ook gratis parkeergelegenheid. Joanne is een geweldige gastvrouw die heel snel reageert.

Wij zouden persoonlijk meer verlichting of een extra raam voorzien in de kamer omdat deze nogal wat donker kan zijn.

Die Lage ist super und die Wohnung ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut ausgestattet.

Die Matratzen waren teilweise etwas durchgelegen. Der Geruch im Bad war etwas unangenehm. Da war es ratsam das Fenster geöffnet zu lassen.

Location - despite being near to a busy road it was very quiet inside. Good off-street parking. Clean property, very comfortable lounge and beds. Extra provisions provided by the host. Host was very responsive and helpful when I had a query.

Fold-out dining table. Slight smell (sometimes) in the bathroom.

Neil, the host was amazing! Any questions were answered prompt response and support. The apartment was set up in a very nice way the kitchen was fully equipped, including washing machine. And sofas in the living room were super-comfy. Parking was included, and we were even allowed to park our car while we walked the WHW. The location is walking distance to town centre, and dogs were not only allowed, but welcome!

We loved it

1. In my opinion, the apartment is too small for three adults. We had to rearrange furniture anytime we wanted to eat together by the table. 2. Many things were dirty and/or broken. For example, the pan was scratched beyond being safely usable. A pot lacked a handle. The small freezer’ door’s handle was broken. We would be unable to use it anyway, because its door wouldn’t close due to amount of accumulated ice and snow in it. Even a toilet brush was broken. 3. The mugs, plates, pots, a kettle… anything we wanted to use in the kitchen, we had to wash it first. 4. The washing machine was dirty and smelly. 5. On our arrival we had to put bed linen on one set of bedding and were requested to remove the linen from all the sets on departure. 6. The mattress tops and pillows had yellow stains. 7. And of course we had to take trash out before checking out. Summarizing, we spent 2 nights in the property and we spent our time cleaning on days of our arrival and departure. We did not contact the owner to resolve the issue, as there were too many problems to be addressed. Including a deep cleaning of the apartment and replacement of some of the provided equipment.

Well maintained and Cozy with all facilities. Location is perfect. Clean and Neat. Positive vibe.

Absolutely perfect as a base for a walk up Ben Nevis. Nice, modern, clean with a decent kitchen space to sort ourselves. Friendly clear comms from the owner, and picked up the phone when we needed to check something. Only a mile and a half from the Ben Nevis car park and easy 10/15 min walk into town for some food and a pint afterwards.

This is a nice spacious property. It was comfortable for our family of four. The kitchen was stocked with basics, although we only used what was needed to make coffee in the morning as we were out during the day.

The entrance to the parking area off the main road can easily be missed so pay attention to property's parking instructions. This is also not in located in a walkable area to the restaurants and city center.

It locates at a quiet area. The kitchen is well equipped with new washing machine and dryer. Very well cleaned and nice and helpful staff!

The shower temperature was unstable. We added one extra bed which made the usable space smaller, but minor issue.

It felt so homey! The facilities were fabulous after a long day of hiking. The location was also great, very easy to get into the town centre / restaurants as well as big supermarkets.

Parking spots felt a bit narrow (especially if others had parked wonky!)

Location - too far & the walk to the town was on a narrow busy road. Didn’t like all the rules…. Strip your bed, don’t put tumble dryer on late or early Empty your bins Clean your dishes…. This should just be common sense but felt like I was being dictated to.

We had six of us in this apartment and it was a bit tight, so it's better suited for five adult people and a family with children. The apartment overall was clean and comfortable and was fine for one night. The entrance to the apartment was a tad odd to figure out at first, but we did and it worked out. The people who stayed above us were extremely loud and kept some of us up most of the night. There weren't any wash cloths and it would have been nice to have had more towels. Our experience would have been better had we not had the people above us come in so late and making noise until almost 3am. The apartment was nice and well taken care of.

The main bedroom with a double bed was quite small. Reception for the tv was poor I think due to the bad weather. An other shower room would have been welcome.

The amenities were exceptional. We had everything we could ask for—washer, dryer, iron, TV, comfortable beds, you name it. We also appreciated that we were in walking distance to the station, town, and Ben Nevis.

Gute Lage, modern eingerichtetes Appartement mit allem was nötig ist. Getrennte bequeme Betten. Sehr guter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, einfacher check-in / checkout. Schöner Aufenthalt, wir würden wiederkommen.

Mit 3 Betten relativ eng im Zimmer (aber dafür sind es 3 vollwertige bequeme Betten, also durchaus ok).
