I wish the covers on the bed could be changed each day

Very clean and my room I was able to put the thermometer in my room down to 67-68 degrees which I feel a lot of hotels cap you now. Also it was very quiet so no disruptions.

The staff is wonderfully nice. I stay here quite often for work and everyone is so welcoming! Brenda is the best at breakfast. Always cheerful, always helpful, and just a joy to see and catch up with when I’m there! I travel a lot for work and the staff at this hotel are the nicest of anywhere I stay. You will feel like you’re part of the family when you stay here!

Having stayed here for the past 4 years this Tru will not disappoint you. Super clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds and a good breakfast served with a smile and a hello from Brenda. The entire staff from the front desk to custodians and hotel keeper will also great you with a hello and a smile. Always felt like my home away from home.

The room was very clean, there were plenty of towels and wash clothes, the AC in the room worked very well, and it was a nice quiet stay.

The breakfast could have been a bit better. Most of it was a bit soggy from sitting out or not a lot of variety.

I am a Hilton fan and had never stayed in a Tru before. When you enter the lobby it is clean and smells fresh. We were welcomed by smiles and fast, friendly service. Being we had never stayed before they explained everything. A microwave is not provided in the room but they have one in the lobby for use, breakfast is 6-10, check out is at 12. Our room was on the fourth floor and on the way to our room was cleanliness and that same fresh smell. Entering our room, it smelled fresh and was very clean. I used wipes to clean the high touched area and the wipe was still white. All linen and pillows smelled fresh and the bathroom was spotless. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in dispensers a wonderful touch. The bed slept comfortably and the TV was a nice size. If you need ice there is an ice machine on the first floor across from the work out room with ice buckets, cups and purified water to fill water bottles. Breakfast was good and had plenty to choose from. The pancake machine is cool, you wave your hand and a fresh made pancakes drops right on your plate, with lots of toppings to choose from. Also provided were eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurt, bagel and toast. I will never forget the kindness of the staff here, they were all friendly. I wanted to mention Craig, he went over and beyond to help us when our car battery died. Tricia(I hope I am spelling her name correctly) she was so friendly and was a source of comfort when we had our car towed. It was our anniversary weekend and the two people mentioned helped us to made lemons into lemonade. Thank you Tru by Hilton for our wonderful stay.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast set up.

Construction going on intermittently at 1 and 3 am with dumb trucks woke me through the night. Rooms not very sound proof

It was clean , good snack choices and the free breakfast was delicious. Great common area we were there for a wedding so we all hung out in the there playing pool afterwards .

No microwave in the room

Made last minute reservations to stay so that I was close enough to get to work during a snowstorm. Service was Superb, Tricia took very good care of me with her warm, welcoming personality. She made being away from home unexpectedly, feel like it was planned out. Thank you all so much for a wonderful stay. The entire staff was welcoming. Clean, convenient and comfy!

El aparato de climatización de la habitación no se podía desconectar ya que las ventanaas no podían abrirse e indicaba que no podía deshabilitarse para garantizar la ventilación, pero era muy ruidoso y para dormir era incómodo.

No coffee maker in the room (unless I just didn’t see it). Also, why do we need a glass shower? No one can use the toilet if someone is showering.

Good spaces

Stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer are dirty, mold spot on washer. Dishwasher has previous leftover food residue, stove burners are very dirty and smell and smoke polluted the room. The AC cooler is not working and AC filter are filled with dust.

Brenda is the best! She is always so kind in the mornings. The oatmeal she prepares is my favorite as I try to eat as healthy as I can on my work trips. Brenda is always in good spirits and always asks how I’m doing. The customer service at this hotel is why I continue to stay here. When I’m far from home, I’m treated like family and as a single woman traveler, I always feel safe and looked after by this Hilton team. Keep up the great work!

We do a decent amount of car traveling, and Tru hotels have become my first choice for overnight stays. The Burlington location is our latest stay, and definitely lived up to our expectations. The rooms and lobbies are clean and modern, and I love the lemon toiletries. Breakfast is always good variety and quality, with friendly staff available to help when needed. The rates are very competitive—it’s good, consistent value and we’ll definitely be back!

Exceptionally clean and elevators worked! Very quiet even though our room was right by the elevators and the hotel is located just off I40/I85. Room was large and everything was convenient. Plenty of places to open suitcases and not have to put them on the floor. Roomy bathroom. Lots of reasonable snacks, food, even drinks & beer available in the lobby. Coffee & hot water always available. Fridge in the room & microwave in the lobby. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and the breakfast was terrific! I want that yogurt machine! Also had a clean and nice workout room. Pool table. Best two day stay I’ve had in 50 years and that includes the Ritz and Weston in Atlanta. We will book this hotel every time we visit the area!

The breakfast was good and the location was very good since it was right off the interstate and close to restaurants and other places in Burlington that were necessary.

Highly recommend this hotel- Dawn, the hotel concierge was wonderful (friendly, informative, responsive)- she helped us situate the business center printers, find board games for the family, recommending local eateries). Hotel itself was clean, had activities for all as well as great amenities. Will come back again when in the area!
