Drury Inn & Suites Burlington

The breakfast is always nice.

Wish you would only charge a pet fee if the pet makes a mess

The hotel provided a clean environment, friendly and helpful staff, as well as an excellent breakfast and snacks.

I was unable to extend my stay because the hotel was completely booked.

The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

I would like to have had bacon instead of sausage at breakfast.

Property was exceptionally clean and parking area well lit.

N/A

Always a very friendly and caring staff.

Nice all around

Breakfast and happy hour food are too greasy. Need healthier options. Drinks use poor sugary bases with food coloring.

Crazy prices for any weekends with events at Elon Uni!

Always a professional and friendly staff.

I was a bit disappointed to find no extra blanket in the closet area

We absolutely love this place and really wished they had them on our way to New England. We would definitely stay again. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very kind and helpful We were so surprised as an extra bonus. They provided what they call 5:30 snack time but really was almost like a dinner time that included two alcohol drinks. Such a surprise for my husband’s birthday.

Nothing negative to say just very pleased with everything

Everlo gut

Everything was very clean. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent! The popcorn, drinks and dinner meal was an extra bonus that was so delicious. We would definitely recommend Drury hotel!

Rooms were nice, beds very comfy, bathroom very nice

Could hear people talking through the walls

Very professional and friendly staff. Everything was clean - room, bathroom, lobby, eating area.

Can't think of anything that didn't meet my expectations.

Great accommodations and friendly staff! I recommend this place everytime! Breakfast, dinner and two beverages with a great price! The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable! I’d stay again and again!

Loved this hotel! Great breakfast, popcorn and soda in the lobby! Who doesn’t love that. Pool was ok, I'd like it a little warmer. Hot tub was wonderful! Room was nice, comfy bed. The price of the stay was a very good value. Will definitely stay at a Drury hotel again if it’s near our destination!

Management and staff was excellent

We stayed at the Drury Inn in Burlington, NC. The staff is very friendly, the rooms and hotel are clean. We love the free breakfast and evening meal/snacks. The pool and hot tub were nice. The kids loved that the pool was half indoor and half outdoor.

Breakfast was good

Water from the sink was brown

Quiet. Breakfast was adequate/ok. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We appreciated that staff allowed us a late check-out.

The hotel should have a courtesy wheelchair available for mobility-challenged travelers. The room did not cool down enough for us. The room could use an update. The breakfast bar food was OK, but could be better.

Staff was great, the facility was very clean

I didn't like that the same room was cheaper if I had. Waited later to book.

Dinner was great.

Bacon for breakfast.

Great service, kick back drinks and snacks, the food for dinner and breakfast is amazing

Na

Dinner good, breakfast ok clean very good. Location very good.

I liked the rooms and the stores that were surrounded around us. I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner that was served. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

The pillows were uncomfortable.

Our stay at Drury Inn & Suites was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We had a great experience and truly have no complaints. We always know we can count on a consistently great experience, and that's why we keep coming back.

Cleanliness and the staff members.

Cant think of nothing

The room was clean, free food and drinks , great location

The hot breakfast is excellent and having the happy hour and heavy snacks every night is a great perk not found at many other hotels.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and courteous staff. Large room with a very comfortable bed, good lighting, and a large bathroom. Good breakfast selection. We had a wonderful stay.

nothing.

Location and the amenities

They changed the rate during check out.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast and happy hour was excellent, great choice of food and drinks.

I love the amenities! Breakfast, dinner… included!

The AC in my room wasn’t working properly so it stayed warmer than I preferred.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Norhing

El Personal, muy amable, todo muy limpio, buen servicio

No tengo ninguna queja, todo fue espectacular.

Very clean and attentive staff

Everything was great the pool good employees was on point

I had ask for extra towels bt didn’t get them bt that was ok I forgot I had packed me a extra one

The outside/inside pool was the best& Happy hour.

Room 209 had bed bags & I was bitten pretty bad by them.

We like the fact that the hotel includes both a hot breakfast and, although it's not marketed as a full meal, supper. We took a king room with a sofabed, because we knew we would be there for several days. It was very convenient to have a living area where we could sit to relax. The room was very clean, and the bed very comfortable. They serviced our room daily, even though we told the front desk that was unnecessary. (Not a complaint, just an observation!) Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The refrigerator in our room (416) froze the cans of soda I'd placed into it.

Rooms were great, big and clean and well organized. Breakfast was delicious and all the staff were extremely helpful, warm and friendly.

At the entrances/exits, (not the main entrance) they allowed people to smoke right outside of the exit door, very unpleasant.

Didn’t have enough employees

Everything and everybody was very nice and polite . They were all very helpful and informative.

Everything

Na

This is one hotel that that is centered around customer service! We always feel at home when we come back.

Everyone was super friendly

Everything

Nothing

It was a fairly nice stay. Ask for a room away from the elevator. Don’t get the complimentary meal! It’s not worth it. The food was terrible! Go to a nearby restaurant & do yourself a huge favor.

Clean, reliable, excellent customer service!

The staff was very friendly to us and our dog.

Staff is always great. I sleep so well at this hotel. I always stay here whether for business or pleasure. Close to Greensboro for big events and shows.

Nothing

First time at this hotel. Everything was perfect! Friendly staff. Complimentary food at dinner time and breakfast was great! Even complimentary cocktails! Room was very clean. Highly recommend!

Parking for large vehicles and vehicles with trailers

Nice clean rooms and the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was just ok. Front desk clerk needs to be helped.

I went for a weekend sorority mother/daughter event at Elon University. The Drury is so convenient to the campus and the interstate. I have stayed here quite a few times and have never been disappointed! The staff is always friendly and helpful, the lobby and rooms are clean and well maintained. The amenities are unbelievable, full breakfast, drinks at 5;30 and a full dinner! I have not been able to sample the dinner menu but the breakfast is a good variety of hot and cold items. I always try to book my stay at the Drury Inn but you have to make a reservation way in advance because the secret is out and many times there are NO vacancy!

Muy alto costo para lo que ofrecen

Nice and quiet

The food could be better let's have some bacon sometimes that instead of the sausage patties all the time the evening food is terrible need to change that food they have the same food every time I have stayed there the evening food I do not like it could be better and it should be better I know it has been some complaining about that food was terrible.

Staff was exceptionally friendly, especially the front desk staff and the bartender on duty the night we stayed. Free drink & snack coupons were a huge plus. Breakfast was pretty good. Walked to Texas Roadhouse for dinner.

I enjoyed the hotel and staff

My room was extremely hot despite calling the front desk my room was still very hot

This is a great hotel and I highly recommend it. For what is essentially a roadside hotel, they really do a great job. The rooms are both clean and impeccably maintained. The beds are more comfortable than typical in this class and there are no loud window HVAC units. The staff are friendly and helpful and the free breakfast was good. My only critique is the decor is a bit basic but I would happily stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

It was all good pricey and high deposit that takes days to get back is are the downsides

Deposit and pricey

Burlington NC is a great stay ..great hotel clean rooms great food great staff ..very nice hotel

Room appeared clean but had a musty smell and just felt dated. Plastic shower curtain in bathroom. Mattress on pullout couch was stained and kids felt the springs on their back.
