Conveniently located close to the highway, old but traditional and clean hotel Room was spacious with all the basic amenities Bathroom was clean and well designed

Beds were decently comfy, and checking in was fast and easy. There were good amenities overall.

Sheets had stains, and only 2 bottles of water is criminal in the summer. We asked for water that night and nobody came up and we were severely dehydrated. Please increase to atleast 3 bottles of water minimum. Also parking should not be paid whatsoever in a hotel. Also, food is extremely overpriced in the hotel and the sound proofing could be better.

Check in was such a pleasure with Harpreet. We've been to the hotel many times and had good experiences but have never been treated so nicely as Harpreet treated us. We felt like such royalty with her friendly service and full attention. She's a definite asset to your hotel!

I was particularly pleased at the location; it was about a 3-minute drive to Highway 403, which made access to the City easy. I was also pleased with the comfort of the infrastructure available. Overall, the staff were exceptionally nice and warm.

The rug in the room could use a wash. We stayed in a room that had to be used by families, and the rug was kind of sticky when you walked on it without slippers.

The beds were the worst we requested the sheets to be changed but we came to find the same sheets were tucked, there was hairs and stains. There was no shower gel after we told the front desk to please have it topped off we came back late that night and came to find nothing was done, the night manager had to give us a new room the in room fridge was also not working. We paid 960 for 3 nights but we were disappointed a lot.

Saubere Zimmer, tolles Schwimmbad mit riesiger Rutsche. Gutes Restaurant. Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Barkeeper mixt auf Anfrage Cocktails, die nicht auf der Karte stehen.

Zimmer sind in Jahre gekommen. Wir hatte mehrere Mängel (Klimaanlage klappert, Kühlschrank pfeift, Wasser läuft nicht gut ab). Wir haben ein neues Zimmer und Points zur Entschädigung bekommen. Die Nähe zum HWY 401 macht es abends recht laut. Wasser im großen Pool war milchig trüb.

The shower faucet is always leaking a little bit, you need to turn it off really hard to stop it.

Came to check in , staff wasn’t helpful atall ….had to cancel my reservation and leave ….. Never again will I book at the Hilton @ the Meadowvale location though I have stayed previously many time , staff were different and very pleasant to deal with, but now , it’s different …staff don’t care anymore !

This is a Hilton and you cannot find too many issues. The room was very clean, the breakfast was absolutely amazing.

A bit far from downtown but very well located for heading to Niagara Falls.

La habitación estaba muy limpia, la cama impecable y muy cómoda, además la tv cuenta con Netflix donde el huésped puede ingresar su cuenta fácilmente. El personal de la recepción muy amable y hablaba español, lo que se agradece.

Que el estacionamiento se paga aparte y no tiene tarifa preferencial para huéspedes.

The location is great, and the swimming pool with the slide made the child's stay unforgettable. The restaurant offered nice meals, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Usually, Hilton has very clean rooms, but this time, we were not that lucky. There were several long black hairs on the floor of the bathroom, and that was pretty gross. Also, there were 2 containers of hair conditioner but no shampoo. Not that I would rely on the hotel hair products, but other guests might find it inconvenient. We were too tired to complain about these things, and I just picked up the hairs and threw them away. By the way, the garbage bag in the bathroom didn't have a plastic bag. This is another thing that I didn't like.

Loved the location, the options they had on site but most of all Duncan.

The hotel stuff is kind.

Breakfast is too expensive for such a limited choice. Artificial eggs and no salat at all. I couldn’t find the switch for the light in the room.

The pool was great fun for the kids, they loved the slide! The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. It was cozy! The food at the restaurant was great and very reasonably priced. The Staff everywhere were fantastic, helpful and friendly. The Grab and Go team especially Ivan worked so hard all weekend and were lovely despite the long hours they worked!

We were there for a dance competition and the bathrooms could have used a bit more attention and garbage cans emptied more frequently. That's about it, it was just a very busy area.

I love the fact that this is one of the few hotels in the area that you have access to a balcony in your individual room. It is the reason why I continue to stay at this hotel.

I find it quite insane that they charge separately for parking. I understand the parking lot is owned by a different parking company, but realistically, I always feel that parking should be included when you’re staying at a hotel.

The vibe

The hotel itself was good with a lot to offer for dining, pools and the grab n go.

There was only a trickle of hot water coming from our shower, the pressure was only good for freezing cold, but as soon as you tried to set it to even Luke warm, the pressure dropped to where you couldn’t even shower.

Everything was exceptionally clean. Location is right off the 401. Restaurant staff were kind and accommodating special menu.

Parking includes using an app. I didn’t dislike it and they do hand out a pamphlet with information - however we still had to go back and get additional info from the front desk.

Noisy. Can hear voices, notices, etc from other rooms/floors. Road noise was very noticeable.

Room was not cleaned - mold and debris in washrooms, dead skin on table next to bed, chips under bed . No power for outlets in washrooms Faucet on tub broken and tub was filthy , plug broken Banging on door and walls all night - sounded like a group of boys running around . Yelling outside door at 1:00am. We paid extra to upgrade and this is what we received. Far from acceptable, we were disgusted to even stay there.

The fitness facilities are a well equipped bonus. — A full big box gym with a connected hall to the hotel.

The convention had a very loud dj on a Monday night.

The pool and slide area were great.

Towel bins on a Saturday and Sunday were empty both times we went. We ended up having to go upstairs dripping and cold. The front desk staff asked “and would you like breakfast?” No mention of cost. I was distracted by my kids and du to the way she asked, I assumed it was like all the other hotels I’ve stayed at and it was free. The continental breakfast was the same quality as any free hotel breakfast but it cost us $72 for the four of us. If we had known that we would have gone to Tim’s. We had been thinking of hosting birthday parties there with the waterslide but after all of the up charges, we won’t consider this as they seem insincere.

My booking mistake. I thought it was a Hilton closer to airport. $75 cab ride from Airport. No shuttle service. Restaurant has buffet menu. No a la carte. Three days? Tiresome. Late January blizzard conditions, so limited access to much of anything. I had called prior to making reservations (as in 24 hours before) to make sure pool was open. I was assured it was. Stuff happens. It was closed for maintenance. Check in very slow. I had booked on booking.com. My surname / first name was transposed. Confirmation number from Hilton didn't cut it. Busy hotel. Long check in line ups. Nowhere for disabled seniors to sit while in "slow long line". Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable. TV a challenge. Heating system in Fahrenheit (hotel is very old), loud, and I am not sure if it was accurate Windows were expansive and bitterly cold. Deck screen was loose and banging incessantly. Corridors to elevators were bitterly cold but the corridors between the “towers” and main lobby? You needed heavy winter clothes on to go to from your room to reception, restaurant or locked pool and gym. Industrial carpet in halls was clean, but dragging luggage has its challenges. There is no porter. The adage you get what you pay for is not always accurate. $300 a night? not really 2 Star motel pricing. The front desk can't match online pricing. But.... elevators were fast. Difficult to read, they have shifted to Disneyland motif in decor and control panel. Like typical hotel rooms? There is little lighting. Light over room entry door was modest? Then, the best of luck to you in finding the next lamp switch on the bedside night.

Spacious with food options and great pools. Quiet and clean.

The front staff person, named Saira I believe, when I checked in was awful and unprofessional. She told me to run my card, I had already paid. I saw an amount that was significantly higher than what I paid and asked. Apparently it was the full bill and a security deposit. The fact I had to ask and she didn’t explain first what to expect is a downer. Then she got completely rude and kept arguing. I even told her she was argumentative. The arrogance was off the charts. Interestingly she was rude to the person ahead of me with shooing him off to the side in a demeaning manner. The look on his face told me he didn’t think much of it either. Called the manager who didn’t care enough to call back. So I’ll put it all on social and Google and other review sites

The bed was very comfortable and staff very friendly, they really tried to rectify all the situations, however, I just felt the hotel itself really did not meet my expectations, especially being Hilton.

Odor in one room, then got moved, AC was rattling and so loud, couldn't sleep with it on ( and it was hot), they tried to get an engineer to help and he did as best as he could. No smart TV, phone was not working, indoor pool under maintenance and in room service not working.
