The location is crowded due to the highway nearest the hotel & busy roads with traffic noisy most time, also doors slammed makes noisy, , mixing the 100 deposit with the amount payment is a bit complicated, the deposit should be hold separtly to be refound easily, also they should be flexible for early check in in case need it.the hotel is new renovated but needs to work more on cleaning on each floor on hallways Otherwise everything is good.

Linoleum floors made the room very cold. Synthetic fiber sheets are horrible and poor quality for a hotel that looks this nice. No conditioner even after multiple requests. Poor customer service.

The hotel facilities were also excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. The combination of the clean rooms, wonderful facilities, and outstanding customer service made this an easy 5-star stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

The room was connected to the adjacent room with a locking door and was extremely noisy. Absolutely no privacy for conversation in the room. At night when attempting to sleep you could hear everything in the next room. I am accustomed to some noise in a hotel room however this level of noise was equivalent to having the people in the adjacent room staying in my room. I elected to stay here because I had a conference in this location that started at 7am so it was convenient. Other than the noise the climate was just fine. I didn't eat in the hotel therefore I cannot add anything about the restaurant.

The only complaint was the noise level. You could easily hear people running and yelling through the hallway and doors slamming. Also, the traffic outside. I was just thinking that noise cancelation rooms would be perfect! But everything else was perfect!

Construction ans renovation was underway in lobby, lift and other floors. They should have closed down for the period until they were done with the lobby and lift at least . It would have helped. When we booked online we don't see the physical situation and trust that what we will get will be standard.

Breakfast was cold and bland. Croissants and pastries were what you would get from a bag at Walmart, not freshly baked pastries. Really terrible breakfast with items that compare to airplane food.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Great room, thick windows/walls kept it comfortably quiet despite being near an intersection, good proximity to things I needed to do while in the Brampton area.
We didn't realize when we booked: hotel lobby is under construction, elevators are wrapped in messy protective equipment, parking lot has construction equipment in it, breakfast has been shifted to a conference room on the 2nd floor. Not a good place to meet clients as there's not much space to gather except the bedrooms.

Personally I did not like the place at all. I was traveling from new york and I was staying there. That place is under renovation they should close it during the construction time so that guests should not get disturbed by the construction noise. Second security was very very bad. I checked in at night around 2:30am and around 4:40am my car got stolen from the parking lot of hotel. Can you imagine that I cross the canada boader and with in two hours my car git stolen with all my and my kids stuff in it. When i told the hotel about that there reaction was like it is normal for them. If it was normal thing for them then at least you should inform the person who is coming at your hotel for stay from different country. If they informed me that people are stealing the car these day please becareful or park at your own risk. Then definitely I will be more carefull about my oarked car.
