Close to punch. Transport. Spacious room with a big comfortable bed. Bath and shower were good. Fridge in room and coffee maker.

The location is good if you have a car, it's next to the highway so very convenient to go anywhere, and it's close to a go-train station.

1. Internet was really garbage, I had nearly 0 wifi when close to the window at floor 5. 2. Each room is only provided with 2 bottles of water with no drinking water available in the room. 3. The cleaning staff seems to purposely forget providing essentials: toilet paper, coffee (3 coffee each day) unless asked. 4. Electricity was accidentally out early in the morning though quickly fixed. 5. The floor carpet was extremely dirty: socks got black after walking a few minutes in the room.

Was noisy so no sleep. When I booked i asked if the hotel was close to the airport, was told yes. Took over 30 minutes to get to airport.

The entire experience

Gotten to the hotel ,after l have paid online and also paid for deposit the hotel attendant still took $200 out for each room l got for security deposit, l was also charged for breakfast $21 for each after l was deceived online that breakfast included,,is a lie breakfast not included ,l was forced to pay for all the breakfast and l left the hotel next day to another hotel cheaper and all inclusive ,l moved to Hyatt place opposite this hotel ,I can never lodge at this hotel anymore

Breakfast was charged from my account separately after l was told online that breakfast inclusive ,POOR MANAGEMENT AND POOR PRESENTATION

The location and last moment availability.

- The bathroom was dirty. There were hairs on the bathtub of previous guests. - The Queen bed had spring mattress and was making noise when you change sides and also it was so horrible that end up getting back pain when I woke up in the morning. - Also the toilet seat was so close to the bathtub that you don’t have proper space to sit. You have to sit in an awkward position. - Also the toilet paper used were of very low quality. - The coffee cups were not fresh. They were the same as used by previous guests.

A lot of noisy sports teams and the shower rode was falling down.

Everything was just as expected and very neat and clean.

Couldn't locate an ice machine. Noise level in lobby made it difficult to understand the staff.

Very close to Meadowvale Go Transit station. The micro-oven is in the room.

The bathtub drainage is clogged.

Excellent location, right off the 401. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Plenty of free parking but apparently they've had cars stolen out of the lot.

This hotel is looking a little rundown. Room did not look very clean. They did not replenish the coffee packs in the room every day and there was none in the hotel.lobby either. The walls are thin, we could hear kids screaming in the middle of the night from the room next door. For this price, we could have found something better. Will not be staying at this property again.

Wish there was outdoor pool. Also wish there was closer walking restaurants that were open late on weekends. Not enough towels for each gueat. 1 for body ,1 for hair ( not included)

There are not close-by eating areas or restaurants, even though the Hotel had a restaurant, but you still need to go for some additional options.

While the room was clean and good, there weren't any slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush

The fridge was not working. The TV channel options are horrible. Not even basic cable or an option to sign into a streaming app.

I LOVE when I come to visit my son and his family, we all can have a swim in the pool! My grandkids call it Granny’s pool. The bed is soooo comfortable

One elevator was out of service. I was on the same floor as a girls baseball team. It was fun to hear all the laughter.

The lobby was pretty

The elevators were down we had to climb the stairs with bags. Noise complaints and when I went to the lobby to complain the lobby was flooded with cops and lots of people yelling

The only working elevator kept acting up! My family and I got stuck in it! The second one was completely out of order! It took about half an hour to get to our rooms because of the queue for the only half functioning lift that could only take 3 people at a time!

When we walked in the front mat was dirty and the ATM machine was not cooperating with my bank cards from the Bahamas . Also both sides should have USB & charging sockets.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I only stayed one night, mainly to rest, but the room was quiet and I had a good night’s sleep.

I didn’t have enough time to fully explore the property or use amenities like the pool, since my stay was very short.

It was a standard room. I would have liked it if it was a king size bed but there was only 3 rooms left when I checked in.

Clean room with all the basic needs for a few nights. Good breakfast with friendly staff. Very close to the airport with quick links to the motorways
