Navjot was very nice throughout the weekend we were here. The food was delicious and the service was fast and efficient at the Bistro Bar.

The cleaning teams are not doing a good job..also the bathrooms and the toilet needs to be fixed..the fan in our room and my kids room wasn't working..the toilet kept clogging and took a long time for the water to be filled again.

Receptionist who was female when we first came was not welcoming at all.There was not good room service, Coffee machine don't make hot coffee. Over all not much good experience.

I thought this Marriott looked nice from the outside, but our stay was a nightmare. From the moment we arrived we felt unsafe. The room had visible mold, and the window lock was broken, so we could not secure the room window properly, and we were too frightened to sleep for fear someone might break in. During our 2 night stay cars in the lot were broken into. Our Lexus SUV parked on hotel property was broken into overnight. Cars ransacked and glove compartments pulled out.Hotel Parvez Khan told me to “call my car rental” because I am a black woman(even though it is my vehicle) and gave no meaningful help. When I asked for assistance, managers Aditya Mehta and Parvez Khan were unhelpful and dismissive. Meanwhile, other guests received more prompt assistance. Because of how we were treated, we felt singled out and disrespected. At one point someone used a key to open our door and tried to enter our room about three hours after check‑in, despite the Do Not Disturb sign being on. When confronted they claimed they “wanted to clean the room.” This is extremely scary and unacceptable. Hotel rooms smell moldy! Our rooms were not properly cleaned. Found a baby floaty in one of the rooms which belongs to the previous customer. The security cameras at the hotel either don’t work or are not used to protect guests. staff refused or failed to provide footage and offered no real security. Aditya Mehta told me that it Courtyard Marriot Hotel policy not help us since the cameras and the parking lot don’t belong to their facility. If you are traveling here from the U.S., or staying overnight, reconsider! We would never stay here again. This was a dangerous, violating experience and the hotel staff did not keep us and other customers safe. Their local Police Department did not respond when called. They promised to call us back but never did. Hence I went to them to file a complaint. If you stay here, document everything, insist they preserve any CCTV footage, and file a police report immediately. I’m writing this to warn others: don’t risk your safety or your vehicle. It was a traumatic experience for my family. They ruined our vacation!

My experience was great. Staff was welcoming and polite.

Not a safe hotel at all. My car got broken in to the very day I checked in. It happened in their parking lot. The hotel did not even acknowledge anything. I didn’t even there any follow up from the hotel Manager The hotel room does not have a safe ln the room. I was told front desk can hold valuable in the safety box. I gave everything for them to hold safekeeping. When I went retrieve the items front desk person told she does not know how to access the box to retrieve the items. She made me wait over half and hour to retrieve my valuables. Not professional at all. The staffs has no clue what they are doing and doesn’t know anything. There is no manager on duty when you ask for one. The bathroom shower handle keeps coming off and the room is not very clean. I didn’t feel safe staying in the hotel. There is no security person in the building as well. Do your self a favor do not stay in this hotel. I will never go back.

Comfortable rooms, warm staff. Cafe staff led by Manan is top notch. And front desk evening check in guy Marcus is professional, friendly and efficient.

Room wasn’t clean enough. The staff who processed our check in lacks customer service skills. He is not helpful enough.

**DO NOT STAY HERE. Cars are stolen from this property frequently.** We drove from the U.S. to Canada for a wedding and parked our car on the property. The car was locked, and the next morning it was gone. After speaking with family in the area and reading other reviews, we learned this is apparently a common issue at this location. What made it worse was the lack of accountability. Staff were not helpful and told us this “happens all the time.” If that is true, guests should be clearly warned before booking. There should be a notice on the hotel website or booking page that vehicles are at high risk of theft here. Guests should not find out only after their car is stolen. A stolen car is not an inconvenience. It is a huge disruption. If this is a known issue, the property should have stronger security, cameras, warnings, and real accountability. Please be careful and do not stay here.

The facility was nice.

I didn't like paying $5.00 for a standard cup of coffee. We had just had a wonderful breakfast at a restaurant in Toronto - lots of bacon, 3 eggs, 2 pieces of toast, hashbrowns. and coffee for 12.95. In your restaurant we paid $17.00 for 1 piece of toast, two eggs, and no hashbrowns, plus $5.00 for a plain cup of coffee. I felt like we were being gouged.

Everything was perfect! Great location, near the airport. Staff was friendly. And the food and the amenities were great.

This hotel is very convenient for my work and it is near by our office. The room is spacious, the breakfast i could order as what i like although it was not in the menu. The associates were friendly. I feel good when i stay in this hotel.

They gave NAYA water bottle. The tap key worked and didn't get deactivated when next to a credit card. The room was clean and spacious for 5 people. The beds were comfortable and they brought up a microwave when we asked for it. AC was working and didn't take long for room to get cold. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Balcony was nice to chill outside.

The screen door needed fixing so couldn't leave patio door open or all the bugs would come in. No free breakfast.

I’m between moves. The hotel is in front of the Access Storage location, where I keep my stuff. This is my 13th week here, this year. I’m here on business. The atmosphere is fresh. My room is very clean, and smells really good. This is a business area and there are too many people here on leisure, they are increasing the rates for business customers. The customers are disrespectful to each other in the restaurant and lounge - they do not keep their voices down. As this is a business hotel, the management could tell customers to lower their voices in public areas. Staff members Aadi, Manan, and Janvi are very competent in their jobs and deserve an excellent rating.

The room was crisp, clean with really good choices of lighting and electrical outlets. The cafe/lounge had a decent selection for breakfast and dinner. I was extremely impressed by the service level offered by Manan in the cafe, he went the extra mile.

Family friendly, calm atmosphere, very clean rooms (you literally smell the fresh scent of a clean space everywhere). The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Janvi from the bistro and front desk staff were all very nice, patient, and welcoming!

This is was my second time staying at this hotel, and I have to say that the experience was amazing. The atmosphere is great, family oriented, rooms are well layed out and clean, low noise level, not much traffic in the area, exceptional services and staff are very friendly and helpful, such as Mr. Manan that works there. From my expericnce I would definitely recommend this hotel, great value for your money

Had a great breakfast at Marriott Hotel this morning. The egg white scrambled eggs were fresh and perfectly cooked, paired really well with the crispy breakfast potatoes and toasted sourdough bread. The guacamole with arugula and cherry tomatoes added a fresh and flavorful touch to the meal. Special thanks to Jaanvi for the warm and attentive service — she made the whole experience even better. Would definitely come back for another breakfast!

The staff was great and were very accommodating to anything we needed or any questions we had. But car theft taking place from the property multiple times had us questioning our safety here.

Our second night, a bunch of cars of our family and friends who were also staying at this hotel got broken into and stolen from the property parking lot. Their security camera wasn’t even working so they didn’t even have a video. Apparently the crime rate for car theft is at an all time high in this city. We felt unsafe and checked out the same day.

weird location for TV since it did not turn for you to watch from bed, Pillows were horrible and need replacing, Bathroom was not as clean as it should be. There were marks on the walls beside the sink and on the mirror. The shower glass area along the bottom needs to be cleaned a lot better. Try a scrub brush.

I’m staying at this Marriott in Canada for a business trip, and I had a really nice experience. I especially want to mention the 1st floor bar — Mawan Janvi was so kind and helpful. I’m not very comfortable with English, but they were really patient and helped me order breakfast without any stress. It made a big difference for me, and I really appreciated the kindness. Thank you!

The hotel is renovated. Clean and convenient. The location is by a main highway so it’s a bit noisy in the night. Manan who’s managing the breakfast is so good, fast, efficient and helpful. Overall good stay. I’d recommend for business travel

The hotel itself is good, average as to what you’d expect from a Courtyard Marriott… the bistro food was good but Manan at the hotel bistro was great! He was helpful, friendly, kind and pleasant to order breakfast, dinner and drinks from. Always greeted me with a smile, was patient with my indecisiveness and helpful! A smile goes a long way in my books, but he backed it up with patient assistance and kindness.

I don’t normally post reviews. I felt compelled to for this hotel based on the staff, and overall appearance of the entire hotel. Wow! The staff treated us like family. The manager was there, a wonderful man, we were happy to see him smiling, and having a quick laugh with his team. The environment invites us to stay there time and again. Warm, welcoming, and we felt very safe there. The beds… EPIC SLEEP!!!!! So comfortable!!!!! There’s really no issue I could share. I would share it if there was one hahahaha Shower was hot! Parking was ample! Very quiet in the halls! If you’re looking at this review, I assure you, the hotel is worth staying in, and you’ll be happy you did. Just fyi… the hotel is NOT expensive!!!! And, it’s close to YYZ and on the Go Line!!!!! So easy to get to Toronto.

Unfortunately, the pool water wasn’t warm. We even bought swimwear to use it, but ended up deciding not to.

The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was exactly what I needed for my mom who is in a wheelchair. We had a nice dinner and Manan was very attentive and polite.

Ended up crashing here after a WestJet holiday flight series of cancelations. Horrible lead up. But the experience at this Marriott was a shining light literally in the dark. So many flights cancelled am the hotels near airport were full. I booked a room here frantically on one of the booking sites and then called to confirm and he explained I'd booked mistakenly for that"night" (check in at 3pm on the 19th). It was 1:30 am (was tired). Asked if they could cancel - was informed had to do it through the site. But asked if they had for "now". They did. Called the site and they said they had to check with manager to cancel. Knew they probably meant the hotel. By the time I arrived, the front desk night staff had told me they had allowed the cancellation. Didn't get his name but asked this am -was told Madhan. Thank you! Absolute life saver. This morning, despite everything already being cleaned up with their coffee/breakfast Navjot made me two coffees (didn't have to) to fuel us up to hear back to the airport and fight the Good fight. Thanks so much. Really thankful for the kindness and help.

Nice, clean, modern look. Comfortable room. We had an issue with the shower that was attended to promptly. Manan served our drinks in the evening and we saw him again for breakfast. Good service, friendly and made sure we were happy. Everything we needed for a 1 night stay.
