The location was perfect for our needs to walk to Ball Arena. The rooms are new and clean. The staff was friendly but a little overwhelmed when a Lot of guests checked in at once. The check-in area is a little tight.

Waiting for elevators, almost at any time of day was frustrating. It is also unusual that the cleaning staff use the same elevators. I guess space for elevators was a planning issue.

La posizione, la pulizia e la cortesia dello staff che ci ha preparato la colazione da asporto siccome siamo partiti presto al mattino. Comoda la postazione per prepararsi il caffè e il tè in autonomia e l’erogatore dell’acqua per riempire le borracce.

Tutto, albergo in posizione ottimale al centro della città, servizi impeccabili! Colazione abbondante e molto varia dolce/salato.

Hotel molto comodo, si trova in centro vicinissimo alla 16th Street. Camere spaziose, pulite e dotate di frigo. La colazione è varia e abbondante.

Il parcheggio in zona è solo a pagamento.

The room was really really nice, spacious, very clean. Tv was good, with access to streaming services. Location was really central.

Although it was stated not to book a parking spot, the parking was full and we had to park outside and pay a lot of money and walk the streets with our luggage. Breakfast could be better, things ran out and no one filled them, it was a bit messy. Location is super central, but for us it was a bit sketchy with homeless people roaming the streets. It’s the same hotel as room2 by Hilton, it confused us a bit.

Großes Hotel mit sehr netten Angestellten an der Rezeption. Zimmer war nicht groß, aber absolut in Ordnung.

Das Frühstück. Die Auswahl ist ja noch einigermaßen in Ordnung, aber die Qualität des Essens ist als klassische Industriekost zu bewerten - Eier, Schinken und Würste haben mutmaßlich noch nie ein Tier gesehen. Möglicherweise ist es in Colorado aber auch generell recht schwer zu höherwertigem Essen zu kommen.

The location was within walking distance from our venues and restaurants. The price for the hotel was good.

Parking was horrible! There were not enough spaces for the hotel guests and it appears anyone can park in the garage as it filled up so quickly. We had to park across the street and haul our luggage to the hotel in the rain! There were not enough staff to assist with the breakfast leaving us without cereal/oatmeal bowls, coffee, muffins, bananas and toppings for the oatmeal! We had to wait 10 minutes for coffee and eggs. Tables were not cleared and wiped down.

service, breakfast, orange juice tasted like water with orange juice in it for flavor, turkey sausage was cold and rubbery, eggs were tasteless . We needed an ice bucket, none in the room. (I've always had a ice bucket with a lid in hotels). We called for one and it never came, even though they said they would bring one. My husband had to go get one from the front desk and it was like a flimsy plastic 1/2 gallon ice cream container with no lid. There was no seating other than one desk chair and I felt like I was in a Holiday Inn Express with just enough room to walk around the bed. Hardly any storage for suitcases, open hanging for clothing, no closet. We showered the afternoon before to clean up for the theater and had to use wash clothes from the day before when we dressed to leave. The elevator situation for the garage was irritating because you sent for an elevator and the ones that didn't access the garage kept coming and in order to get the garage ones, my husband had to keep going over and pushing the button to send it elsewhere so a garage one would come instead. Plus, there was a shortage of carts, so we had to make a few trips to our car and it was a hassle. $55 for parking after an exhorbant price for the hotel that the only thing you have going for you is location. Very disappointing stay!!!! I was so excited for this trip to see Sound of Music and was so disappointed with our accomodations.

The hotel itself was fine.

The computer system went down and they could not check us into our room. It was not the staff's fault but it was very incovenient since we were going to a show. There should be better organized back up systems in place for when these kinds of things happen.

We had been waiting over 4 hours to get checked in the hotel. Not the fault of the hotel but job related. Darnell B. checked in our luggage and told us to go get something to eat. We got back and he helped tending to us while the check in cleark proceeded. He offered water and did whatever was possible to help out. I finally got to my room and the TV did not work. I saw him and he assured me he would take care of it. Yes he did. I found out he had only been on the job for a very short time. I would have never guessed. He was so calm, professional, and willing to help. He's a jewel! Keep him!

The room was clean and the location was great

The staff member at check in was not friendly or welcoming. There was not a closet in the room just a few hangers above the mini frig. No coffee maker. There was not an ice bucket in the room. After the concert I went to the front desk to ask for one. A large man at the desk told me he didn't know if they had one. He later came back with a plastic container. When I asked for a liner, he gave me a grocery bag. The guy next to him kept eating his chips and licking his fingers. Deffinately not a professional experience.

Maybe put a few signs directing guests to check in desk. If you have them, I didn’t see them and walked around for a bit trying to find it.

My experience started off very poorly with the check in experience from Rain at the front desk. His attitude was horrible. First off he never greeted me when I entered and walked up to the desk. He was on his cellphone. He refused to check us in without the $600 incidental fee ($100 per night) although there was a contract that stated otherwise. He stated he wouldn’t check me in and then continued on his phone. It took another person, Omar, before we were properly assisted with kindness and attention. If I hadn’t have been there for a conference o would have left. Other than that my experience was great. I thoroughly enjoyed Trin at the front desk, Jen at the bar, and Brian at breakfast. They all went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Those 3 deserved praise and acknowledgment for a great experience and excellent service. I would stay again just because of them.

Took a trip to Denver with the family and Tru was so accommodating! The rooms were clean and everyone was pleasant. My favourite stop was breakfast every morning. Great selection and Latoya was an absolutely gem. She was thoughtful and you can tell she strived to display great customer service. Overall amazing and we will be back!

The room was clean and the hotel was in the perfect location for the event we were attending.

We waited for an hour and a half past check in time for our room to be ready which made us run late to our event. There was not communication prior saying there was a delay in our room being ready. Parking is a little pricey as well.

There was a man named Patrick working in the food area that went above and beyond for my family - we are gluten free and he went out of his way to go to find gluten free breads and treats that my wholen fmaily could enjoy ! I wish he would recive a promotion

The hotel staff called the security on me. All because I used the name of mine which I am going to change it. I explained to them, but she wasn’t ready to hear me. They called the security police to threw me out.

Teeny tiny rooms with little to no amenities. No microwave in the rooms, cold breakfast, no dresser or anywhere to unpack, only one nightstand, no body soap in the whole hotel, majority of the staff was kind of rude, they gave me bath mats when I asked for towels, and the key cards don’t work to use the elevator.

The elevator did not work for 10 mins. I pushed emergency bell . It did not work.

Notre chambre n avait pas de bouilloire et une lampe de chevet ne fonctionnait pas : du coup la personne de l accueil a été très compréhensive et nous avons été surclassé. Hilton confirme sa réputation. Bravo. L hotel est à 2 pas de la 16th : on peut vraiment profiter du centre ville en sécurité.

Les parkings publics sont très cher ( 68 $) mais celui de l hotel est sécurisé et d un prix acceptable ( 45 $ ). C était important pour notre moto.

Lo peor es que el hotel se ha negado a enviarme una factura (la necesito para que mi empresa me reembolse el pago que realicé de mi bolsillo). El hotel me remitió a Booking y Booking al hotel hasta el infinito. Estoy decepcionada con Booking que no ha sabido resolverlo y sólo me contesta "el hotel no responde". Al teléfono me indican "llamaremos en 48 horas", pero no. El hotel es nuevo, pero muchas cosas están rotas: la persiana de la ventana, el dispensador de crema y algunas perchas. No hay armarios ni cajones; no hay una cafetera ni una nevera. En la recepción, sólo atendieron la mitad de mis peticiones al respecto.

I have a good breakfast but more than two days it's monotonous

In the middle of my four-day stay, someone at the desk decided that we no longer had access to our two rooms, the solution took too long, there was a factor of distrust despite showing our IDs and the credit card receipts to cover the $400 guarantee. Unacceptable

The rooms are clean, the staff are so kind and accommodating, and the atmosphere is peaceful. The lobby has a lounge area that is conducive for community gathering (playing games, watching sports games). They have a microwave in the lobby so your leftovers don’t go to waste. The lobby also has a lot of comfortable seating (for large grounds and for solo hanging activities) with MANY charging ports. I also saw they had a bar, and a convenient self-service market for snacks. Ooh also their continental breakfast had a lot of hot food options (in this economy!?! Very appreciated) I went to get breakfast at 9:30 am (they stop breakfast at 10) and saw they ran out of all the hot food. I thought they would just leave it since they only had 30 mins of breakfast service left, NOPE! They brought out fresh trays of bacon, scrambled eggs, and French toast sticks! 10 out of 10 would come back. Free WiFi also a plus. Only this is cleaning service is once a week so I ran out of hand wash. But they replaced it when i asked!

I book this hotel for one night for a transit stay.but one night became the most terrible experience. The staff were irresponsible I checked out on May 8 8:30am and kept my luggage on the front desk. Several hours after checking out, I found my necklace left on the desk of bathroom, I called the hotel and waited for more than 5 minutes, one person just answered, she rejected to find my item, I told her that I will leave Denver this evening, but she said they won’t take any action only if I filled the form in that website. I arrived hotel around 6pm, and told the front desk about my left item, the staff said they didn’t find it and they couldn’t find the housekeeper at that time. The next day I received the email from that website told me the item was found on May 8,on the day I checked out, but I already left US, the only way is shipping the necklace to my address. I have paid the delivery fee but it almost one week, the hotel hasn’t shipped it. Other ridicules thing is this hotel charged me additional fee without any notification. I checked statement and found that transaction by myself. The hotel said this fee is for late check out that my check out time was 12:08pm. Indeed I checked out at 8:30 am in the morning then attended a tour to Rocky maintain. On 12:08 pm I already arrived the bear lake of the maintain! How can I check out 110 mlis away? So now I still haven’t get my necklace and still paid this additional “late check out fee”. It seems that the whole management of this hotel is all in mess! The staff are dishonest and unreliable

There was unfortunately a major issue with the payment process, so I would strongly recommend that international travellers use a credit card when staying here. The property charges a fairly high refundable deposit per night. Due to a miscommunication, I was checked out while I was away working, without being contacted beforehand. I was then informed that my 4-night stay had not been paid for, despite the earlier payment already being processed. As a result, I had to pay for the stay again while waiting for the original amount to be refunded. The refund eventually came through, but it took nearly three weeks, which was quite stressful and inconvenient while traveling.
