Nothing
Clean, modern, and great location
Parking is way over priced compared to across the street forcing guests to leave property to get vehicle and no pool
Rin was exceptional at the desk. She was very helpful when we couldn’t get in the parking garage. All check people were very helpful.
We came back from mountains one night and couldn’t get in the garage- it was full! Are you kidding me- we were staying 3 nights. Rin helped us get to another garage and removed so parking charges. Give her a raise!!
Rooms were nice and clean
It by far has the worst elevator and parking garage system I’ve ever experienced. Every guest I talked to said the same thing. Elevator requires you to scan your key before choosing the floor and gives you about 2 seconds to make the choice. Parking garage is only accessible via specific elevators. Call those elevators and they other non-parking elevators come. Elevators skip you going up or down. Multiple times I had to wait 20 minutes+ to get to e correct elevator. Take the stairs? NOPE. Sets off a security alarm. Parking is $55/night - which they do disclose in their own website but third party sites make no mention of it. The homeless problem in Denver is very evident as the surrounding area reeked of urine and excrement. Overall I would not recommend.
I love the location. The room size was great and I could barely hear the people above me or next to me, that alone was worth it. The breakfast was decent, I appreciated that it was offered. I hung the do not disturb sign and the staff actually respected it and didn't knock early in the AM. Thank you!
The staff was very meh.. No greeting, ever. No smiles or polite attitude. It seemed like it was hard for them to be there and simply do the job. I get it, but if you are in customer service that is just part of the job. There were cobwebs and dirty things in the room. The shower clogged every time I showered.

Posizione
Staff.
Location was convenient to downtown and the capital.
Access to the parking garage was inconvenient. Often had to wait extended times for one of the designated elevators that serviced the other floors too.
the size of the room the breakfast was ok location
the staff the managress was very rude
Location
Went down for breakfast on Thursday at 9:30. There was no food out. The only thing available was a bagel. If you're going to offer breakfast. Until 10 am then there should be food out until 10 am.
Close to Coors stadium, clean, breakfast
Could not get dishwasher to work when we left
Hotel was clean, staff was great, breakfast was delicious. I appreciated the closeness to 16th street, and we felt safe walking to and from all kinds of locations.
The parking garage exit got stuck and we had to wait 20 minutes for help
Anemities. Breakfast was decent
Seriously, no bar and no housekeeping? nothing was stocked at the coffee bar.
Breakfast is very good. Room is good. The staffs are friendly and good. Fitness center and coffee in the 1st floor is good to me . While the deposite (hold) is not so clear and I felt a bit worried and risky, they finally did handle this issue well (i.e., release the hold fairly and timely). Overall I like it.
The only pity is the somewhat higher price, compared to those in bigger cities, e.g., San Francisco.
Everything
The construction all over the place
Breakfast was nice and convenient due to early morning activities. Location perfect one block to convention center
Not in your control, but all of the sidewalk/road construction was a hindrance
Great central location and great value
The property had many games around the lobby which was awesome for the kids. It was clean and spacious.
There was no pool. The laundry onsite costs were ridiculous. The breakfast was terrible which unfortunately we did not utilize the “free breakfast” option daily. The elevators took forever and only one side of them went to the parking garage which there was one time we waited 8min for. The garage was “full” to guests who stayed there. We were told they have 200 rooms but only 100 parking spots which was frustrating. Room service was every other day, but skipped us multiple times in the week and a half that we stayed there.
We had a room on the 17th floor was nice being up high and view of the city was a great city enjoyed Denver hotel was in a good spot
Nothing All good
the staff at breakfast were the best. They took care of us everyday. We stayed for 7 days. I would like to thank each one of them.
the bed quality can be better
Bra frokost bra bar bra parkering
The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Their kindness and willingness to help made us feel right at home. The hotel's location was also excellent—being so close to the convention center made it easy and convenient to attend our conference. Breakfast was good overall, with a nice variety of options. Since we were there during a large conference, the fresh fruit and oatmeal were often gone early. If we arrived after 9:00 a.m., the selection was noticeably more limited. There were also times when the breakfast area ran out of flatware, and guests had to use disposable utensils. Despite those minor issues, the breakfast staff were exceptional. They were always friendly, hardworking, and eager to help, which made for a positive experience each morning.
The parking garage was very tight, which made navigating and parking a bit challenging. Entering the garage could also be frustrating because the entrance was easily blocked. At times, vehicles were stopped while guests checked in, and on one occasion a caterer parked at the entrance while unloading an order. This left us unable to enter the parking structure until they returned and moved their vehicle. The elevator system was also frustrating during our stay. Only three of the four elevators were operating, and the room key frequently failed to work consistently. Getting to the parking garage added another layer of difficulty. Since only certain elevators accessed the garage, we often had to send one elevator away and wait, hoping the correct one would arrive. Staying on the 18th floor made this especially inconvenient, as it sometimes took several attempts just to get down to our car. While these issues didn't overshadow our stay, improving access to the parking garage and simplifying the elevator system would make the overall guest experience much smoother.
The staff was resourceful and quick responding.
Nothing it was great location and great service.
Entering the hotel, you are greeted by the staff at the counters who are amazing! Rain and Trinity made staying here worth it! They’re nice, friendly, professional and have outstanding customer service/hospitality skills. Now up to the rooms. The rooms are smaller than the pictures make it look but cute otherwise. The fridge was very useful considering we brought our own food and drinks to last us til breakfast. The sink was deep so you’re not getting wet washing your hands and water pressure from all sinks, bath and toilet was very good. Everything was neat, clean and tidy which also put me at ease. The problem was they provided dishwasher soap for the dishwasher that did NOT work. The Kleenex in the bathroom was completely empty. The only tissue that was there was the tissue they used to decorate on top. The staff was worth 5 stars. The room was worth 3 stars since some appliances weren’t working and things weren’t stocked. Now onto the breakfast.. the breakfast buffet was 1 star. I’ve stayed at other hotels that provided more and better options. The only options you had here were eggs, bacon, and thin French toasts.. there were also pancakes, pineapples and melons, 3 different types of muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, & english muffins. I was very disappointed considering Hampton inn, holiday inn, Hyatt, Marriott, Cambria, Quality inn, and even Comfort Suites had better and more breakfast options. The snacks and drinks they sold in their mini store were also very pricey at $9+ compared to other hotels. Hilton is very different than it used to be. A waste of money.

Central location, easy walk to Union Station, attractions around Denver, and the free 16th Street shuttle. Good breakfast. Nice lobby with free hot drinks
Key card for the lift could be a little difficult to use at times
This may be one of the best downtown hotels for the money. We needed a room for one night on short notice and wanted to be in the downtown area. Searching for hotels in the desired area, I found the rates for Home2 by Hilton to be very competitive and near to a parking garage (across the street). Check-in was easy and uneventful. The room was far better than I expected for the rate. Very clean, everything worked, absolutely no problems. The room was comfortable and quiet. The entire hotel was clean and well run; something not always seen in urban center hotels. There is clearly good management on site. The staff at the front desk were helpful. The bartender was great. Most hotel rooms of this type are priced considerably higher. This is a good value for a downtown hotel in a major city.
Still waiting for my invoice
Clean and neat. Good breakfast.
Hard to find and construction in the area.
Location and view
This hotel is surprisingly less than the sum of its parts. The location on 15th Street is excellent. The bar and lobby are bright and modern. The lobby features a self-service shop which provides drinks and snacks. The bar area is pleasant, and the bar staff were friendly and professional. The suites are spacious, clean and well appointed, even if the decor is rather dull and depressing. I didn't warm to the place for a few reasons. On arrival after a long international flight and an interaction with a taxi driver where it took several attempts before my card payment was successful, I arrived at the front desk to find the receptionist engaged in a long telephone conversion with a representative of a company regarding the illegal parking of a car. The conversation went on and on. I just wanted to check in. My room wasn't ready...at eight pm. I was allocated another room. Not sure what the difference would have been. $700 was deducted from my account as a "hold" in case of damage. I was really tired and this wasn't properly explained. This should have given me an indication of the type of hotel this was. Any reasonably upmarket hotel with a decent clientele does not need to do this. The reception staff made no effort to interact during my week-long stay. While marketed as a conference hotel, the clientele were definitely not conference attendees for the most part. I did wonder about who exactly the hotel provides accommodation for. One scruffily-dressed guest was getting breakfast for his child who was upstairs before "taking him to school." Several guests attended breakfast while wearing pyjamas. The breakfast room is a very basic canteen with cheap furniture and several televisions. Staff members in this area would give a better impression if they were provided with more professional attire. They didn’t interact with guests. Tea, coffee and hot water are in urns. Hospital waiting room spec. Juice, really sugared water, is also in dispensers. Scrambled egg, sausages and potatoes were the hot food. Oatmeal/porridge was more like gruel. Bread, fruit, muffins and bagels were also provided, as well as one large bowl of chopped fruit. I soon discovered Sam's Diner nearby. I don't understand why such a key piece of real estate is operated in such a way. This hotel has so much potential. It needs properly trained reception staff and breakfast staff, room redecoration and a complete renovation of the breakfast room with proper staffing and facilities. Very disappointed
My room was absolute gorgeous
N/A
Clean and comfortable! Great location to 16th Street and the convention center
Elevators were a cluster to check out.
Walking proximity to food/activities
Showers are very slippery, i nearly fell a number of times while using. Shower door does not fully close, leaving a gap that water goes out from while in use. Bathroom does not have normal doors, the sliding doors leave space and do not lock. The key card readers on the elevator do function well. Parking for the building is not included in stay.
Breakfast was good
Great customer service
No complaints
Didn't quite like the breakfast, no variety
They need to offer variety in breakfast, everyday is the same spread
The location was within walking distance of my conference.
The bed was too hard for my liking.
Comfortable, quiet, very clean.
Keycards in the lift were temperamental
A localização é excelente! Hotel bem cuidado.
Achei o pernoite do estacionamento bastante caro (USD 64.00).
The location is top notch. The Homes2 Suites is with Tru by Hilton. The door that would be most convenient to use (on 15th Street) wasn't operational - either by choice or by mechanical issue. We were in a corner room on the 13th floor. The walls were so thin, we could hear housekeeping cleaning a window/mirror in the room next door (you know, that squeaky sound). There's not great sound barrier to the street below, either. Our first night was Saturday and I swear there was street drag racing till all hours of the morning. That part isn't the hotel's fault of course. Security - you have to use your key card to go to any floor, but the reader rarely worked. We joked with other guests about how it's a crapshoot whether or not you'll actually be able to get off on your floor. You could be riding up and down just trying to get lucky and get off on your floor. The breakfast was nice. The same items repeated but they were good. The eggs were especially tasty, in my opinion. The staff kept the food well stocked and the area was clean. But the real problem was the hot water in our room. The water never got hot at the bathroom sink. It took at least 15 minutes for the shower to get lukewarm. When I asked the hotel staff about it, they said "yes, it takes 5-10 minutes to get hot water." Even 5-10 minutes would have been nicer than what we experienced, but we thought it was odd that it was acceptable to the staff that it could take a while to get hot water. The bed was comfy, the view was nice, the staff was very friendly. Not sure I'd stay again though.
Everything was wonderful!
Everything
Great location very close to Larimer Square and good restaurants. Breakfast is decent with a lot of options and regular buffet food.
They have parking but only with valet and it has an extra fee per night of $60. The close by lots are cheaper.
The location was a few minutes from Metropolitan Denver Metro, the 16th Street Mall and not far from the highway when it was time to go
The breakfast bar compared to cheaper hotels was not huge according to my daughter. They could do a tad better on that part. The cantaloupe and honey dew melon was a tad soggy according to my son. The biggest thing I heard different people talk about was the room key to make the elevators work. It took multiple times and several were not happy including me. It also seems like a hazard if you need to get off quickly. You CAN'T because of the key card activation to make it go.
They really must address the room key scanner in the elevator. Takes far too long to activate and before you know it you are past your floor, heading for the top level
Centrally located; excellent value for the money
There was nothing to not like
Convenient location and clean
Mattress ready for replacement, pillows overly fluffy.
Location
Room’s thermostat didn’t work. Moved rooms and the AC didn’t work. Staff brought up a fan and it didn’t work. Fan was covered in dust clumps. 2nd fan was the same. Moved to a 3rd room. The AC when on it terribly loud.
Close to all activities and friendly staff
Rude guest down the hall banging on our door tried calling the desk no answer they did it a couple times and threw up in the hall
The location is well located.
They were adding some key sensor in the elevators and that caused a little messy because sometimes keys didn’t work . I needed to go back to the front desk to ask for help and that was a kinda annoying. And honestly the stuff at the time I arrived wasn’t much friendly, also during my stay I didn’t feel comfortable when I needed to ask for help at the front desk .
Good sized room close to shops & restaurants
Breakfast was OK, however all served on paper plates & using plastic cups
breakfast was just as cold same as the staff. The Home 2 in Grand Junction is far better than the one in Denver
Checking in..... It took 2 plus hours to get into my room , there card reader was not working right... I had 13,000 thousand in my checking account, and my card got declined.. My girlfriend had pay over the phone, I finally got into my room after 2 AM and to be early on Monday morning.. I missed my bus the next day. Making my trip the worst ever..
The hotel was great. The staff was accommodating and relatively friendly. The front desk was seemingly a bit under staffed considering the fact that they were handling two hotels at once. The hotel bar was nice but only open on the first night of our stay. Breakfast was extremely busy but good. It would have been helpful if the entrance on 15th street would have been open for use. Dodging cars coming in and out of the valet entrance was a bit of a hassle. Roms are very nicely furnished and the bathroom/shower was phenomenal!

Good location
Bathrooms and dressers extremely dirty with hair and mold. Jose keeping came to the room at 7 am waking us up for no reason. No towels, front desk did not answer phone to bring towel.
Walking distance to restaurants and ball arena for the game, breakfast was great, and room was perfect!
Good service, good room, everything al alright I even enjoyed breakfast even table and food seems greecy
AC unit in room 1302 is very loud, it used to wake me up in the night And there is no option to choose power of AC it just turns on full power for 1 minute then switches off Also there are no sockets in working table, which doesn't make sence
The breakfast was perfect.
None
The location and room is complete with the essentials, its great
The sheets seemed like re-used. The inner sheets are crumpled butother than that it was a great room experience
The best location just one block from the vibrant 16th street which is great for shopping and dining and only less than 20 minute walk from union station where most of the day trips pick up from Fantastic check in Great size room with large comfy bed plus large pull out sofa and mini kitchen Fantastic Powerfull shower The best view of the mountains from floor 21 Fantastic fitness suite open 24 hours Wow breakfast is included in the price and what a amazing choice of food Lots of lobby space to relax plus a full bar Great service
This was a very disappointing experience. I deliberately booked a room with two queen beds, paying a higher rate to ensure the proper accommodation for my family. However, upon arrival and after completing check-in, we were assigned a completely different room: a king bed with a sofa bed — a cheaper option that did not meet our needs. When I returned to the front desk, I was simply told that the reserved room type was no longer available and that, because I booked through Booking.com, nothing could be done. No attempt was made to resolve the issue, offer an alternative, or provide any form of compensation. This is not just a mistake — it reflects a lack of accountability and basic customer care. A confirmed reservation should be honored, regardless of the booking channel. Passing responsibility to the platform is not acceptable. I paid for a specific room type and did not receive what I booked. The way this situation was handled made the experience even worse. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.
