Great location

Broken A/C. No available rooms to change to. Had to contact front desk 3 times in order to get a room change, but they weren’t able to accommodate us until the next day. They sent maintenance to my room and I couldn’t be in there for 2 hours which was extremely inconvenient and they didn’t even fix the issue. They gave us fans, but with a room sitting over 80 degrees, it didn’t do anything. The shower had black mold.

The location was excellent, the staff was friendly, enjoyed the breakfast selection, easy free ride on 16th street bus to union station to catch A line to airport, felt safe walking back from Coors Field at night after ballgame, target nearby that has grocery selections. Though the room was a little dated, and bed only so so, I found it satisfactory for our stay.There is no scheduled house cleaning for a 6 night stay without a 1 day advanced request, but I did find the staff nice and accommodating for anything you needed such as more towels or to pick up some trash, so for us it was fine they didnt come in,

I stayed in room 1440 which was in the corner and I could hear the water pipes all night. They were extremely loud.

The location is ideal and perfectly positioned for anyone wanting to explore downtown Denver. The space is abundant and well laid out.

The room I was in didn't have a huge amount of natural light. The air conditioning was efficient but quite loud.

Pet friendly, staff very welcoming and nice rooms

Stayed with a large group and about half of our rooms had issues. A LOT of us had air conditioning issues with rooms at 75-80 degrees for our week stay, even after being “fixed”. Our room’s fold out was broken & the kids ended up laying at a very weird angle. It was a very uncomfortable stay and we spent as little time in our room as possible. Would not stay again.

Breakfast buffet was outstanding.

Room was a fabulous size with large tv, couch, kitchen and king bed. Great layout, very comfortable bed.

The location was ok. not far from lots of attractions and restaurants nearby. not too busy of an area but overall it's a well maintained building in Downtown Denver

There's not much around after a certain time. Things close early in this area so if you're expecting to get a late bite, there's not too much.

The only complaint is the parking. We have a full-size pickup and it is tricky to get in and out of the garage.

Walking distance to everything. We walked to union station to baseball game. Enjoyed the location.

Staff was super friendly from the moment we walked in. Property is well maintained. Room was perfect and it’s definitely quiet. We loved the complimentary breakfast. I especially love how the rooms have a full fridge and kitchen. Although we didn’t use it, it’s nice to have it available. Our room was super spacious. Would recommend and stay here again.

Parking in the garage before checking in meant taking the stairs to the lobby. The doors to the elevators are locked. You must check in and get keys to get access to the elevators when you park in the parking garage.

I want a refund for this trip. I had originally booked a room with 2 queen beds. When I arrived at the property they gave me a room with a queen bed and sofa pull out couch… this did not work for our situation as I am handicapped and couldn’t sleep on the pullout bed. We had booked a a room with two queen beds for a reason…. The hotel claimed to be sold out of rooms with two queen beds and blamed the situation on booking.com and myself even though I was able to show them the booking said two queen beds (not a queen bed & pullout mattress) Overall my trip was ruined…. I ended up having to sleep on a rollaway cott and the whole situation was rather devastating for me as this is how I spent my holiday new year….. I was falsely advertised to regarding my booking as a whole

I liked how they had a fireplace in lobby and a free breakfast as well as a little "convenience store" to buy treats and/or alcohol from.

Our sink and shower were kind of clogged. The kitchen sink was leaking. The shower curtain didn't stay closed well at all so water got everywhere and you kept having to turn up the water since cold air was constantly getting in the shower. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; I did not sleep well at all. They also said they had gluten free options as part of their breakfast and when I asked them for some they said they didn't have anything at all. The rest of the gluten free breakfast options were just okay.

Noisy aircon, woke me up a few times

The front desk staff Heather and Janese are super nice, helpful and do what they can to make your stay enjoyable. I left my iPad in the room and Heather went and got it and had it ready when I returned to the hotel to pick it up. The parking and surrounding area at night is a little shady but during the day the hotel is well situated to a number of downtown attractions. If you’re not parking a car there are no issues whatsoever.

This was my second stay here, and I continue to love the prime location and spacious, apartment-style rooms. It’s a fantastic property that I’ll definitely return to.

My only suggestion for improvement is regarding security: the key card access for the elevators wasn't active during my stay, allowing anyone to reach the guest floors. Activating this controlled access would be a simple fix that would provide guests with much more peace of mind.

Everything was great! The breakfast was amazing. Tatiana at the front desk was such an amazing help when I needed to extend my stay.

I loved the facility, I was there to celebrate my best friends birthday and it was an awesome room! I guess we had a hose disconnected to the fridge that made noise a lot but I thought it was an automatic sink thing. Then the next morning there was water all over the floor so I called down and they came quick to fix it!

The fact that their website said nothing about not accepting Chime or Venmo debit cards. That was a huge inconvenience that I had to navigate through. The fact that the leak was there and that parking is $46 which is crazy…

Easy and nice check in. Room was as advertised. Nice lobby and bar area, excellent breakfast.

We parked offsite at a nice heated, underground parking garage for at total of $20.00 a block away as parking at the hotel was $35.00 plus tax and fees. I think they should have parking comparable to nearby lots so people would be inclined to park where they sleep.

Important Consideration: Parking The parking garage fee ran about $\$44$ a night. While this is a standard rate for downtown Denver, it's an important cost to factor into your budget.

Everything! It was like having our own little apt for our stay instead of just a room. Security levels made us feel safe. Kitchen was supplied with everything needed and the whole suite was very clean.

The ice maker was not operating, maybe the level bar was up making it seem full. Didn't think to check that, but there was no ice. A small dresser would have been helpful so we didn't have to dig from our suitcases.

As Residence Inn properties go, this one is pretty good. Nice downtown Denver location, about a 10 story building. Negatives: Lights. There are just not enough or bright enough lights in the room to work. Meh: Breakfast is nothing to write home about, pretty average for this chain.

Breakfast was ok. Standard eggs, sausage & waffles. Coffee was good.

Room was very clean, very comfortable and the price was amazing. I was on town for a concert and didn't want to deal with Halloween drivers and inflated ride share costs and the hassle of trying to get one an hour out of downtown. Staying here was far more convenient. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and the price was right.

The hotel lobby, common areas and rooms were very clean. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning, spent some quiet time at the fireplace in the lobby and even took in part of the Sunday Night Football game in the bar area. The staff was available, knowledgeable, and friendly.

The couch in the hotel living room was not very comfortable. I assume its a balance of comfort and versatility as a pull-out but it wasn't great to sit on for more than a short while. The "desk" chair had zero padding on it and therefore wasn't any better. This was NOT a deal breaker by any means, the room was still great overall.

We got there and they told us they were overbooked and we had to go to another hotel.

My only complaint was the wi-fi would not connect on any of my devices; it goes to that captive page and just spun.

Okay stay, it was what was expected. Okay room and clean. Pillows are not comfortable with no options. The little “shop” really had no options either. Breakfast was good with a few ítems to choose from. The hotel is located walking distance to most attractions. Parking is a bit expensive, but easy Self Park and in and out without complications.

Clean, comfortable stay, I booked a 1 bedroom. The rooms were a bit tighter than some of the other RI. they only offer queen beds. Took awhile getting to the hotel as there was a game and took 2 hours to get into the hotel due to traffic. The hotel staff were very nice and showed me to the parking (it was an unusual set up) and easy check in. If you drive, next to the hotel is an unloading area labeled "Hotel registration" at the end on the right is a ramp (it's tight) that leads you to the parking which is $42/day. The first 5 floors of the hotel is the parking and you'll need a key to enter back into the building. The breakfast is slightly better than average for Residence Inns but the same fare. No upgrades as a Platinum Elite member were offered or any other benefits (usually points or something from the market). The location is also central and easy to walk to restaurants.

Vents were filthy in the bathroom Sleeper sofa was extremely uncomfortable. Our guest ended up just sleeping on the couch, which was only slightly better. There was no glass carafe in the coffee maker, the front desk had a hard time understanding what we needed and it took us having to go back up to the room and take a picture of the coffee maker. She still didn’t understand.Eventually, she sent up a whole new coffee maker which did not fit the coffee pods. No hair dryer in the bathroom
