Very expensive for the rooms type. Air conditioning problems and could not be fixed despite many attempts by the technicians- which has led to change the rooms late evening.

The pools general were small and overrun, difficult to find space. Had to pay to use other pools There is no adults only pool which you don’t pay for Even though it said no toys balls in pool it was full of them The children ran amok in the pools even in the private LPM pool and didn’t listen to staff - parents didn’t care. Dangerous behaviour by the kids - felt sorry for the staff who kept telling them not to. Should have some sort of action as it disrupted so many other guests - should be removed from the pool

Ter serviço de quarto bem feito 2 vezes ao dia, com água e toalhas limpas. Funcioários. Café da manhã MARAVILHOSO e academia MARAVILHOSA!

Sentimos falta de uma piscina bacana e um local bacana para ficar na praia sem pagar nada a mais. Para ficar na piscina bacana do hotel, precisa pagar 250 euros por pessoa de consumo mínimo. Me hospedo nos melhores hotéis do mundo e nunca havia experimentado pagar um valor tão alto por um bom quarto, café da manhã e academia, sem ter uma bela duma piscina. As 2 disponíveis sem custo tinha crianças pequenas, pouco espaço. Existia uma parte para maiores de 18 anos. Mas um filho meu tinha 16. Falta uma área comum bacana com uma baita piscina neste hotel. Qualquer movimento era cobrado. Falo com conhecimento. Estou disposta a pagar mas ter o serviço de primeiro mundo que não tive. Era praticamente um quarto que eu tive. A praia desta região deixa a desejar, então esperava no mínimo um lugar caprichado para me sentar incluido no valor da diária. Ou uma piscina especial. Se procura um local para ter área comum bacana, não é aqui. Todas as pessoas de fora podem vir e acessar os restaurantes que são lindos. Resumindo, passamos nos dias nos melhores beach clubs da região, pagos à parte.

Awesome location, incredible breakfast. Mostly great staff... aside from the one who entered the room without checking we were in there first!

Shower was terrible, over head pointless so had to resort to hand held. Air con smelly. Paid a high price for a sea view... yes we got one, but over the top of a sea gull splattered plastic roof. Coffee pods never voluntarily filled up by room service, on arrival there were 3x decaff and 1x normal. Paying this high price for a room, then €1-200 extra for sunbeds is not acceptable.

Nos encantó el desayuno. El servicio fue muy bueno, el personal muy amable, Jose, Javi, Lola. Susana del restaurante. Las pistas de tenis geniales, aunque cobran el alquiler con lo que ya vale la reserva, creo que debería estar incluido. El parking incluido muy bien. La ubicación al lado de la playa genial. Y mucho ambiente, para gente joven, perfecto

En nuestra habitación, se oía una puerta de acceso que estaba cerca y chirriaba y al cerrarse daba portazo, eso era un poco latoso.

Der Lärm und die sonstige Beeinträchtigung aus dem direkten (Wand an Wand) Nachbarzimmer aus dem alles rausgerissen wurde. Bauarbeiter die über die Balkonbrüstung guckten etc..... Schade, denn es ist eine tolle Hotelanlage, aber das wir hier ein Baustellenzimmer bekommen haben.....

E’ tutto troppo appiccicato e confusionario: i ristoranti uno attaccato all’altro, i tavoli nei ristoranti talmente vicini gli uni agli altri da non riuscire a passare… inoltre stavano facendo dei lavori di ristrutturazione mentre eravamo noi lì… Male organizzati: per un hotel di quel livello dovrebbero informarti la sera prima della partenza di tutti i dettagli per il giorno successivo soprattutto se avevi richiesto dall’inizio il transfer per l’aeroporto.. Infine ci hanno male organizzato una gita all’Alhambra/Granada…

Absolutely nothing. The service failure and deceptive room allocation overshadowed any potential positives

Despite booking a junior suite, I was shoved into a 'residence-style' apartment with a kitchen that looked nothing like the photos. The room was dirty, the safe was broken, and there wasn't even a phone to call the desk. When I pointed this out, the staff dismissively told me they 'didn't have' the category I actually paid for.

Un concept original, mais difficile à apprécier. L’établissement affiche un style “vintage”… sans le charme qui devrait l’accompagner. Le manque d’entretien est visible, comme si le temps s’était arrêté uniquement pour la rénovation. Et la propreté ? Disons qu’elle semble être laissée à l’interprétation. Au final, on paie surtout pour le nom et l’emplacement. Pour le reste, c’est une expérience qui redéfinit vos standards… dans le mauvais sens. Une adresse à recommander uniquement si vous aimez les mauvaises surprises.

Best breakfast ever had in a hotel, rooms are lovely and clean. Hotel grounds impeccable. Short 30m walk to Marbella along the coast.

Some staff were amazing some a bit hit and miss. Found the check in staff less welcoming than prior visits and the deposit hold was extortionate compared to other hotels. Staff at breakfast and in tennis club cafe were amazing.

Good location. Staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. Rooms were clean and great selection at breakfast.

There was nothing I didn’t like. A few restaurants were shut and there was general maintenance going on which I understand will happen during this time of year. However it did make getting to the gym and spa area more difficult and I could hear the work whilst I had my massage and facial. The one thing the resort could benefit from would be some non smoking bars or areas as I struggled with this as a non smoker.

The location was excellent. The grounds of the property were beautiful.

The hotel room was aging with a bad smell that came and went throughout the week. Housekeeping was terrible. Half the days of my stay the room was not serviced. One day I even ran out of toilet paper and called to ask for some to be brought to my room immediately. It took hotel staff an hour to deliver it. My room was noisy as I was placed next door to the housekeeping storage closet, even though I requested a quiet room. The pools were nice but overcrowded for the amount of people staying at the resort. A couple times I was told there were no lounge chairs available and to return later.

Check in was smooth, and the people taking our bags to/from our room were excellent.

The room allocated was very dark and lacking in natural light, with a balcony overlooking the garden areas and no direct sunlight. The rooms themselves are quite dated, with extremely poor noise insulation, meaning you could hear everything going on outside the room, and the noise from people walking/moving in rooms above. This made for a poor nights' sleep. Breakfast was very hit and miss - a good selection of food options, but the cooked food was Luke warm at best and cold at worst - the hot plates just didn't keep the food warm, and on the last day it seemed like they weren't even on. Getting tea delivered to the table was challenging. On the last day, the restaurant was very quiet and there were plenty of staff, but even then despite having the tea order placed on sitting down at our table it took 15 minutes (and 2 chasing requests) to be delivered. On another day, we asked for a refill of tea but after waiting 10 minutes for it not to arrive we walked out. The restaurants on site we tried were okay, but very expensive and lacking a wow factor in terms of food. Our best 2 nights out were off site.

The hotel is outdated and needs renovation. The prices in the restaurants are extremely high for the average quality. Be careful! Even if you've paid for breakfast but want to eat in your room, you're paying for the service and... for breakfast again! This is the first time we've encountered such rules. The heating is so loud that it's impossible to sleep. There's no hotel lobby where you can sit and have a coffee or a drink. These are apartments in an area with a lot of very expensive restaurants. The apartments are very outdated, with bathrooms in need of renovation. The hotel's saving grace is its wonderful location, right on the beach and surrounded by lush greenery. I think that's why the owners aren't investing in the facility, because they'll find customers anyway... I highly recommend the room service!
