Alanda Marbella Hotel & Wellness

They don’t care about the customer journey at all. If you ask for water after 6 they say you come pick it or buy it. If you need assistance with bags they say we don’t have staff to help you. The room cleaning takes a while. The hotel charge me for parking 25€ per day 🤣I have never seen a hotel charge their customers in ages

It was a great location and the facilities and breakfast was great . It also had a ln amazing outdoor pool Rooms were very nice

Nothing

The hotel was clean and the overall stay was pleasant, but one downside was the adjoining rooms. Unfortunately, noise from the neighbouring room carried through the connecting door, and we were woken up early in the morning. If you're a light sleeper, it may be worth requesting a room that isn't adjoining if possible. Aside from the noise, the hotel itself was comfortable, clean and great breakfast

Perfect location, you are in 2 min walk from all the restaurants and beach Breakfasts is delicious, the variety of food options is impressive

Loud kids and families at the pool When you want to relax and don’t hear screaming all the time.

Everything perfect! Really recommend it

Honestly, everything went very well

Posizione e piscina

Excellent location and good facilities.

Staff member are not friendly. The hotel doesn’t sell alcohol and the breakfast has few options.

We stayed here to attend a wedding in Marbella. Everything was excellent from the location, the facilities to staff. It was all brilliant. I had a mishap and left money behind me in the hotel room. I called the hotel and they said that the money had been found and handed in by the cleaning staff. The hotel were more than helpful to accommodate getting the money sent back. I was very happy to get all this sorted without much fuss. The staff must be commended for there honesty and how helpful they were. It's refreshing to see such honesty. It would've been very easy to just keep the money. Thanks to all the staff.

This hotel does not serve alcohol and halal meat only, the latter of which is not advertised anywhere. We booked through last minute.com and initially the no alcohol statement was not listed until later on. The staff were friendly enough and the coffee and breakfast is good, however this is still not the standard I would expect of a 5 star hotel. Parking is an additional 25 euros a day but there is lots of free parking around the hotel, again not something I’d expect of a 5 star hotel. There was no one round the pool all week and no music is played , which for us equalled no atmosphere and we went to the beach everyday. I am writing this review so others that book are fully aware of what the hotel offers as this was not made clear when we booked through booking.com. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was ok but we were very disappointed that last minute.com did not make their website clear of what the hotel offered. We paid a lot of money for this holiday expecting 5 star but unfortunately I felt we didn’t get what we paid for.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, dobre śniadania. Czysto !

Oui

I stayed here 2 nights on business. I went to the breakfast buffet only so cannot comment on the pool, spa, restaurant, parking or room service. The hotel consists of 2 blocks facing each other with a pool in the middle. Completely separate, further west, there is a 3rd block of rooms (no pool). This is where I stayed. The good: the room was perfect! Modern, spotlessly clean, good A/C & wifi, everything you need (minibar, Nespresso, iron & ironing board etc) and everything works. Lots of hot water in the shower. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet has a huge selection (although see further comments)

The less good: the building I stayed in is literally next door to the local mosque. There is a certain amount of noise and one morning there was loud chanting for about an hour. Also, perhaps out of respect for the neighbours, this is a “halal” hotel. So not just no alcohol, but also no pork products. Nowhere was this mentioned in the online portal I used to book. You want a cold beer after work, or a nice plate of jamon serrano? No chance (although I noticed a few “substitute” products at the breakfast buffet made from turkey or chicken. Not quite the same….). For a 2-day business trip, it was fine and I would gladly return. For a longer stay (or a holiday) I might look elsewhere first.

Pulizia e modesto livello della camera

The room was a good size and comfortable, with a small balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was the good: the usual international selection.

It's a bit of a concrete monstrosity, but that is not unique in Marbella. Not much soul.

Great location with walking access to key hangout areas in Marbella (of Peuto Romano). Great dining options there and also at the Forum adjacent to the property

Breakfast options could be enhanced to include other items

The location was great Very quite Good service

The fact the hotel doesn’t serve any alcohol what so ever and it’s not advertised on the booking, also people on numerous occasions let themselves into our room
