Acomodações excelentes, localização imbatível e serviço de concierge extramamente solícito (destaque para Nati).

Foi tudo otimo, mas achei que o serviço no cafe da manhã poderia ser melhor (um pouco desorganizado com mesas, pedidos - talvez falte gente). Mas pequeno detalhe, dado que o hotel é excepcional em todo o resto.

From the moment I arrived, I loved everything about Nobu Marbella. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the level of service is truly exceptional. I want to give a special thank you to Alejandro, who went above and beyond by arranging both an early check-in and a late checkout. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine desire to make our stay as comfortable as possible made a huge difference. I also want to recognize Rebecca from Guest Services. She was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always responsive, friendly, and happy to assist with anything we needed. Her recommendations and attention to detail were outstanding. The entire Nobu Marbella team made us feel genuinely welcome. It's rare to find a hotel where every interaction is so warm and effortless. I can't recommend this property highly enough and am already looking forward to returning.

The best combination of luxury and comfort. The Nobu Hotel and the Puente Romano Resort are always available for you to be taken care of, and ensure your experience is top tier each time. All staff are beyond excellent and so helpful and accommodating. You literally do not need to leave the resort at all, it’s the best place to be. The AC is the best ever too!

- The loud music from the plaza was so noisy and kept us awake all night! Didn’t understand why they would put a family with kids in a room overlooking the plaza!! - The price a little steep for what you get. - The Japanese toilet and the cabin door didn’t work properly.

Amazing Hotel in Marbella, The beach is absolutely beautiful and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. You should definettely try out the reformer Pilates Classes, the instructor was great, and we had a lot of fun! A special thank you to the reception team, especially Rebecca, Anna, and Robin and the person that checked us in ( cant remeber his name), who did everything they could to allocate us our preferred room and looked after us with such warmth and professionalism. Your kindness made us feel at home from the very beginning. We would also like to thank Sami from Guest Experience, who was always so kind, helpful, and attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he truly made our stay even more special. A huge thank you to Mario at the Nobu restaurant. His service was exceptional, he always remembered our exact order without us even having to ask. His attention to detail and genuine friendliness made every dinner a pleasure. A very special thank you to Oscar. From the very first day, he made us feel incredibly welcome and truly cared for. His kindness, positive attitude, and genuine care for guests are something very rare. He is an amazing person. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every single day. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return.

All in all, this place is exceptional. Lovely food, convenient to multiple destinations, great base to explore Costa Del Sol, Morocco, and beyond. Some minor service issues the hotel can fix quickly (better check-in process and early morning communications with tour guides), but otherwise, I loved it and will definitely visit again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Nobu Hotel Marbella. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home throughout our stay. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was incredibly spacious, stylish and well equipped. It had everything you could possibly need, including hair straighteners, luxury toiletries, and thoughtful extras like a toothbrush and toothpaste. Our room was just far enough away from La Plaza that we could just hear the evening music while sitting on the balcony, which we actually really enjoyed. Once the doors were closed, the room was peaceful and quiet, so we had a great night’s sleep. The adults-only Nobu pool was one of the highlights of our stay. It was incredibly relaxing, with some of the most comfortable sunbeds we’ve ever used, a refreshing dipping pool to cool off in, and chilled, low-volume beats playing in the background. It was the perfect place to completely switch off and unwind. The atmosphere around the hotel is wonderful. It feels luxurious yet still has a touch of authentic Spain despite its modern design. It never felt overcrowded and there was such a relaxed, chilled vibe throughout the day before coming alive in the evenings. Being part of the Puente Romano resort is a huge bonus. There is an incredible choice of restaurants and bars to suit every occasion. We especially enjoyed a relaxed poolside lunch at Cheat, and in the evenings the resort comes alive with beautiful restaurants, stylish bars and a fantastic atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to enjoy dinner, cocktails or simply sit back and people-watch. Food and drink prices within the hotel and resort are generally higher than you’ll find elsewhere in the area, but the quality of everything we had was excellent, so we felt it was worth paying a little extra. The location was perfect for us as we enjoy walking. Situated right on the seafront between Puerto Banús and Marbella, it’s around a 40-minute stroll to either, with plenty of opportunities to stop at one of the lovely beach bars along the way for drinks or lunch. If you don’t fancy walking, getting around couldn’t be easier. A taxi to Puerto Banús cost us around €9, and they were readily available outside the hotel or from the marina. Just across the road is another charming little square with some fabulous bars and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar above Florentine, where there was a DJ creating a great atmosphere, while downstairs in the restaurant there was a live singer. It offered something for everyone. Overall, we wouldn’t hesitate to return. If you’re looking for luxury in a relaxed setting with an unbeatable location, exceptional dining options and a vibrant yet laid-back atmosphere, the Nobu Hotel Marbella is hard to beat

Rude & pretentious staff. Welcome guy asked me if I was coming to the right hotel. Probably because I wasn’t dressed like a pretentious, rich sugar daddy. Reception guy put us in the wrong room, we had to change rooms - no apologies from reception. Just snobby behaviour. The staff have become too much like the majority of their guests: superficial, pretentious and snobby

Lack of free pools - quite unacceptable; only one small pool for free after paying more than $1000/night. All other pools require bottle service , etc. Generally, all establishments are separate from the hotel- you need to pay for pool clubs, you don’t have any priority at restaurants, no free yoga classes, and so on- I didn’t expect that . Once again , based on the price , I assumed all those things are covered. Knowing Nobu brand, I expected more finesse .

Сніданок був лише в ресторані El Pimpi на стільки бідним, що я не памʼятаю подібного за все своє життя, я б сама мабуть приготувала краще. Персонал при заїзді не надав жодної інформації про то, що є на території готелю, лише видав карту. Після виїзду ми так і не зрозуміли де саме проходили сніданки саме для гостей готелю Nobu.

Disappointing I don’t think this hotel is really 5 star. The grounds are beautiful and on paper this should be an amazing experience but everything is sub par. The rooms are very basic, staff at many of the restaurants we found rude and inexperienced. Our breakfast order was wrong every morning, no attention to detail. The pool by ‘Cheat’ was dirty although staff around there were very good. Location isn’t great unless you’re happy to just stay in the complex, we got taxis to other parts of Marbella most days On the last day we secured late check out, yet everything was deactivated so we could t get back into our room and had to go and get new keys. Very basic details that a 5 star hotel should get right You can book far nicer places for the money they charge here.

ok hotel, not worth the price, there are much better 5 star hotel in the Marbella district. simple breakfast very low offer of different food(such normal things like cheese and ham is not awalible). the worst part is the restaurant, bar in the hotel area. They demand minimum spend on food, bars, pools everywhere. minimum 100 euros pr person, even kids!!?? this is total unexepetable and unnecessary and not good for the environment , when you Finnish eating/drinking you just order food and drinks to trow away just to spend up the money. hello Nobu wake up and close this crap its not suistainible in 2026.

My fiancé and I took a much needed vacation to Spain, during our time there I decided to evaluate the service and the quality of the properties we visited. This property went above my expectations, upon check-in we were given an upgrade to room #251 ,wow!!!!! This four bedroom slice of heaven was perfectly located, we were close to the restaurants and a 3 minute walk to the ach. The view from the balcony in the morning was unreal! I truly wish I would have written every name down that tended to our needs , but I would be accurate by saying EVERY single staff member went above and beyond. I literally cannot wait to come back to this property and personally that Gabriel from Nobu restaurant, Sammy and Javj from guest services... until next time!

The swimming pool on the beach was extra cost . Other pools that was included where without view to the beach and no view at all , it doesn’t feel vacation. I don’t have to spend extra 250 euro per person on beach bed in hotel of 1500 euros per night

I generally enjoyed my stay at the Nobu. The reception team and valet staff were excellent throughout, the rooms were lovely, and we were very kindly upgraded to a Junior Suite for our babymoon, which was a really appreciated touch. However, there were two areas that left me quite disappointed. Firstly, the pools. I understand the facilities are shared with Puente Romano, but honestly many of the pool areas feel like they are in need of a major refurbishment. The Nobu-only pool is extremely small and was consistently overcrowded. The family pool by Chéat was lovely, but again there simply wasn’t enough space for the number of guests. The same applied to Rachel’s Eco Love pool, which in particular was concerning as some of the decking boards were loose/out of place and I actually saw guests injure themselves. Secondly, the service at some of the independent poolside restaurants and bars, particularly Chéat and Rachel’s, did not feel aligned with the level of service from the main hotel. You can clearly tell they are independently operated. Aside from a few great staff members, service generally felt slow, disengaged, and at times uncooperative. I did raise this during checkout and was told it would be investigated. What makes this more frustrating is that the hotel itself offers an incredible variety of food and dining options, genuinely more than most 5-star resorts I’ve stayed at, and I travel frequently. The overall concept, atmosphere, and brand positioning are fantastic. That said, for a hotel carrying the Nobu name and prestige, I felt the pool experience and associated service areas were a significant let-down. I would still consider returning, but I’d definitely weigh up other options before booking again.

Great place. Perfect location, atmosphere, room size and quality. Nice value for price. Only thing to monitor is availability of sunbeds, which is something that should not happen, and that they have taken out the best pool of the hotel, which is a pity.

Nobu Marbella feels like someone folded a serene heavenly retreat into the middle of the Costa del Sol and somehow made it effortless. From the moment you walk through the property, everything has a calm, polished rhythm to it. Palm trees swaying outside, ambient music floating through the courtyard, and staff who seem to anticipate what you need before you even ask. The whole place hums quietly instead of shouting luxury. The atmosphere was easily one of the highlights. The adults-only setting gave the hotel a relaxed sophistication that worked perfectly for long dinners, late cocktails, and slow mornings. At night, the energy around the Nobu Plaza comes alive without ever becoming chaotic. It feels social and elegant at the same time, like a very well-dressed secret. The rooms were beautifully designed: minimalist but warm, with subtle Japanese touches blended into the Mediterranean setting. The bed was dangerously comfortable, the lighting thoughtful, and the terrace became my favorite spot for coffee in the morning and wine at night. Everything felt intentional, right down to the scent in the hallways. Service throughout the stay was exceptional. Every interaction felt genuine rather than scripted, which is increasingly rare in luxury hotels. The team was attentive, fast, and incredibly polished without being stiff. The amenities and location also make this place special. You’re steps from incredible restaurants, close to the beach, and perfectly positioned for both relaxation and Marbella nightlife. And of course, the Nobu restaurant itself absolutely delivers. Dinner there felt less like a meal and more like an event. What impressed me most was how balanced the entire experience felt. Luxury without pretension. Energy without noise. Design without coldness. Nobu Marbella gets that balance exactly right, and it’s the kind of hotel that quietly ruins average hotels for you afterward.

Worst experience I have ever had in a hotel in the world regardless of the stars

We really loved our stay from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We were greeted with such a beautiful smile and kind nature by Gigi from reception. We felt so looked after felt all staff went above and beyond, this means a lot to us and always influences whether we want to come back to a hotel. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again and loved it so much we will try to come back next month.

Excellent hotel in a beautiful location. Customer service was outstanding especially Matteo who checked us in and Michael, the porter who helped us with our bags and remembered us every day. He was very kind and helpful saying hello to us by name every day. He always gave us great advice on where to go and how to get there. The hotel itself has 19 food establishments and even though we were there a week, we only ate at 5 of them and each one was fantastic. Overall this place is excellent on every level.

What a beautiful hotel. The whole place really has a 'village' feel to it. The staff were all amazing and couldn't do enough for us. The starts at reception and is followed throughout by the room cleaners, bar staff, breakfast team, bell boys etc, nothing was too much. The room we had was superb, very spacious and clean and it had everything we needed. The WhatsApp was perfect too, the team respond very quickly. The location is perfect as we love to walk to all areas. It's halfway between Puerto Banus and the old town and a really pleasant walk along the beachfront. The Noise level may be too much in the room we had for some people, but we love the atmosphere, so it was great for us. The final thing would be huge Thank You to the Guest Experience team who really did make our stay complete. As it was my wife's Birthday and our 20th Anniversary, they laid on Champagne, macaroons and cake which were all delicious, it really did make out day.

Just returned after our 3rd stay at Nobu hotel. Brilliant hotel with great bars and restaurants. The Nobu pool is amazing and the new Nobu by the beach was perfect for lunch and afternoon cocktails. This time was definitely our favourite so much so we’re looking forward to returning in June!

Nobu Marbella was an absolute 10/10 experience for our group. We came as three couples and everything from start to finish was flawless. The atmosphere is upscale but still relaxed, the service is top-tier, and the entire property feels like it’s designed for a perfect getaway. The rooms were beautiful, the energy around the resort was amazing, and being right in the middle of everything made it even better. Of course, the food at Nobu speaks for itself—easily some of the best we’ve had. Whether you’re going as a couple or with a group like we did, this place delivers on every level. We’ll definitely be back.

We had an amazing few days at Nobu Hotel Marbella. The entire stay felt special from start to finish, but what truly made it unforgettable was how the team helped me celebrate my birthday. I was genuinely surprised with a lovely bottle of champagne and a delicious birthday cake, such a thoughtful and generous gesture.

Honestly, everything about our stay was fantastic. I did miss the smoothies they used to have at breakfast though…

A brilliant 2 night stay on the 21st and 22nd of April celebrating a special anniversary with my wife. The resort is a one of a kind experience, with great rooms surrounding a network of tree / plant lined walkways and streams leading to the beach, with an amazing collection of the finest bars & restaurants to suit all tastes. The room we had (A24) was huge with a great balcony and 1st class amenities as expected from the Nobu brand. The resort has 3 pools, with 1 reserved just for Nobu hotel guests, and a Six Senses spa. Every guest experience team member we encountered was super friendly and professional, really taking care of us and making us feel so welcomed and spoilt. Special thanks to the GM, Santiago Rodriguez for ensuring our stay was so memorable, it was very much appreciated! We had amazing weather with sunny days around 25º with cooler mornings and evenings. Mornings started with a run along the beach front (a 40 min walk in either direction will you get you to Marbella old town, or Puerto Banus), then a short workout in one of the best and most stylish gyms we have ever used. Then follows the start of the foodie journey, with an amazing breakfast at El Pimpi, which has an excellent breakfast spread of all we could want. Afternoons were spent at the pool, with snacks and drinks, getting us ready for the difficult choice of which top class dining experience to have that evening. I just wish we had more than a week that would be needed to visit every single one! Totally recommend a stay here for a completely relaxing, food heaven and pampered experience! Seen some reviews saying the noise from the bars and clubs is too loud, but that is not the experience we had. If anything, any noise from the outlets just improved the ambiance as the resort has a unique buzz and vibe! We definitely plan to visit again

We had a lovey stay in Nobu. Adults pool was super nice. We could also use LPM pool which made it even better. The only thing is that closer to weekends , it’s getting so loud outside , even after 12.

We had four wonderful days at the Nobu Marbella. From the very beginning at check-in, we were given a fantastic room. Housekeeping was friendly and the rooms were very clean. The entire property is a dream—a true Garden of Eden. In the evenings, the atmosphere is lively, almost like a stylish promenade where there’s always something to see. The large number of restaurants and well-known brands makes choosing both difficult and exciting at the same time. And the breakfast—this has now taken the number one spot for us worldwide. What truly stands out again and again is the amazing staff: friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm—simply wonderful. Just below the hotel, you can walk left or right along a beautiful, relaxed path by the sea. Nobu Marbella is absolutely worth a visit. Only there can you truly experience what it means to “see and be seen” in such a delightful way. We don’t know of any comparable place that offers so much. We will definitely be back—this is truly a highlight and makes Marbella even more exclusive than it already is. Many thanks to the entire team!

This place is definitely NOT a hotel. You could call it a nightclub or a restaurant, but it is certainly not a hotel worth the money. I stayed here for 4 nights with my family, and we couldn't rest peacefully even for a single night. There was loud music and noise every day until 4 AM. The restaurants aren't that great either, but if you really want to see them, just visit as an outside guest. There is no special treatment or advantage for hotel guests anyway

This is my second time staying here as it is absolutely one of the best hotels . By far . The details in the hotel and the amount of places to go to eat . It is just beautiful and everyone should experience it . The staff are so helpful and the room was kept on top of and cleaned to a very high standard . The location is perfect you can just walk down to the beach . Also we walked into Porto banus which only took 30 mins . There was no noise and had a very classy feel . The breakfast was also lovley you get a menu and can order as much as you want . The meals we had there were all 5 star . You definitely get what you pay for . I will be visiting again. I love Nobu x
