Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Great staff. Lift only goes to the fourth floor and we were on five. But the room was big and with a patio that looked up to the bell tower. Location could not be better, gondola stop outside and 30 second walk to St Mark's square. Breakfast was good. Rooms fresh and clean.

Ils font leur maximum pour faciliter les choses et rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible à leurs clients Le confort de la chambre, ainsi que le calme au 5ème étage où il n'y a que 3 chambres. Nous avions une chambre avec une terrasse et vue sur les toits de Venise et sur le Campanile. Hôtel très bien situé, à une centaine de mètres de la piazza San Marco, et des monuments les plus connus à visiter. Très bon petit déjeuner, service convivial et prévenant. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans la salle du restaurant San Marco qui fait partie de l'hôtel. Il est également possible d'y prendre des repas le midi ou le soir. Nous reviendrions sans aucune hésitation.

They reiterated that we would need to pay city tax at the end of our stay to avoid any surprises. The bathroom was updated and the bed was comfortable. Close market to buy water, soda, or alcohol.
It's Venice - whats not to love! There is not a single thing to complain about. We asked for nice weather and the staff made it happen (just kidding about this) but direction or suggestions on where to go, they helped.

Buffet breakfast was nice with fresh coffee. Close to the water taxi stop. Airport takes away 1.5 hours Alilaguna Blue B line 18 euro single or 32 euro return.

J'aurais aimé pouvoir poser ma valise ouverte ailleurs que par terre (ça oblige à se baisser).

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Мы приехали на 3 часа раньше Check-in. Было очень жарко и решили зайти в отель, вдруг готова комната. Первое. Изумительный персонал. Вежливые настолько, что ты каждый раз обращаешь на это внимание 😊 Нам сказали, что, к сожалению, номер еще не готов, но предложили оставить вещи у них. Эти оставленые вещи на момент нашего заселения уже были отнесены в номер! Номер чистый, кофейная машина с кофе, чаем, шоколадом, сливками и сахаром разных видов. Могу сказать, что не в каждом 4х звездочном отеле такой набор есть. холодильник, в котором для нас были две бутылочки охлажденной воды, тапочки. Кондиционер работал отлично. Очень удобные матрасы. Не мягкие. Но жесткие в меру. Завтраки для Венеции очень даже хорошие. Есть омлет( порошковый, но вкусный), горячие колбаски, панкейки, сыр, колбаса, моцарелла, огурцы свежие, черри, йогурты, джемы, сладости, хлеб разных видов. Аппарат с соками и водой, ну и кофе, конечно. Про расположение многие писали, и это действительно так. Вы заворачивание в арку с Сан-Марко и через минуту вы в отеле. Идеально! На мой взгляд , для трех звезд это очень высокий уровень.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Nos gustó todo: la habitación era amplia, silenciosa, estaba bien amueblada, el baño tambien de buen tamaño y nuevo. Nos dejaban en la neverita dos botellas de agua mineral todos los dias. Habia cafetera de capsulas para hacer cafe o infusiones. El aire acondicionado y la wifi funcionaban muy bien. El desayuno era bastante variado y las personas del comedor fueron muy amables. El personal de recepción fue muy amable tambien, especialmente Marco nos facilitó mucha informacion acerca de Venecia siempre con una sonrisa. El hotel está muy bien ubicado al lado de la plaza de San Marcos.
La habitacion era interior, pero eso también contribuyó a que fuera silenciosa.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Posizione eccellente, centralissimo, personale cordiale e disponibile, sia in reception che in sala colazione dove le tre signore presenti erano sempre pronte a pulire e a rifornire di cibo e bevande i banchi ( oltre ad essere simpaticissime ) bagno pulito e spazioso, pur essendo in centro non si sentiva in camera alcun rumore, ottima insonarizzazione, ottima colazione forse aggiungerei qualcosina in piu' di dolce da italiana, letti comodi, ci ritornerei ad occhi chiusi, un 3 stelle molto meglio di tanti 4 stelle

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026La ubicación del hotel es genial, el trato por parte del personal y el desayuno es pequeño pero muy apañado y rico. Por otro lado, las habitaciones están muy limpias y muy bien equipadas. Es un hotel pequeño pero perfecto, la verdad.
Por decir algo, que por las noches, muy de vez en cuando se escuchaba algún que otro ruido por los pasillos, pero vaya, nada que te impidiese descansar.

Es war alles perfekt. Bei diesem Hotel gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Можно забронировать столик на обед или ужин. Постояльцам отеля 10% скидка. Кондиционер в отеле, ресторане и в номере справляется на 100%, учитывая +38 на улице это важно. Далеко не везде внутри ресторана прохладно. Расположение отеля - огромный бонус, в центре всего! В Венеции было очень жарко и влажно, но всегда можно было вернуться в отель, охладиться, переодеться и продолжитьпрогулку. Рекомендую.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Everything about this hotel was exceptional. For a budget friendly hotel, the rooms were big, comfortable and had everything we needed. We had one twin room and one double and both were excellent. There was USB-C connections above the bed so no need to bring our EU adaptors. Shower was big and powerful. We recieved a complimentary tin of Venetian biscuits which was a great treat and a lovely souvenir tin. Air con worked well and was adjustable. Mini fridge only had water in it but we bought drinks in a local store and kept them in the fridge to drink whilst in our room. There was a coffee machine in the room with options to drink. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and were happy to fill out water bottles with ice before heading out in the heat for the day. Breakfast was very high quality and we had multiple plates each morning to fill us up before heading out for the day. Had a good selection. Bacon and eggs, cereal and fresh pastries and fruits. There was a large coffee machine with many options as well as a drink dispenser of fruit juices and water. Location is easily accessible with only one bridge to cross from San Marco or 2-3 from Rialto. We chose to get the Alilaguna from the air port. Blue line takes you to San Marco and takes 90 mins. On our return we realised the Orange line only takes 60 minutes from Rialto. It was a smaller more comfortable boat with fewer stops and definitely worth the extra bridge to cross with the suitcase. The bar had lovely drinks- we only discovered this on our last day but was a lovely end to our trip. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant as was always away from the hotel when we were eating but if the bar or breakfast is anything to go by, I’d suggest trying it out.

Ich hatte um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten - leider das lauteste Zimmer 214 erhalten…. Möglichkeit zum Zimmertausch erst am nächsten Morgen nach schlafloser Nacht erhalten. Rezeption mässig freundlich und hilfsbereit - schade. Frühstück nicht besonders ansprechend und kaum Auswahl. Sehr enttäuschend war dass wir am 11.8. den 80. Geburtstag meines Mannes und unseren Hochzeitstag gefeiert haben - keine Reaktion des Hotels! Wir feiern jedes Jahr in einer andren Stadt - und wurden bis dato immer in irgend einer Weise überrascht! Hotel wusste Bescheid, wurde auch beim Pre Check in noch explizit danach gefragt ob wir ein besonderes Ereignis feiern… hätten uns auch über eine einfache Glückwunschkarte gefreut…. Leider würde ich das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen - schade

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Location off San Marco Piazza was great for our first visit. Room was quiet and cool, with a big cupboard where we were able to store our hiking packs.
Breakfast was fine, but without some of the range we had at other similarly priced hotels. The hotel was unable to provide gluten-free bread option. We generally found the staff OK, with one exception, the unpleasant woman who was our first contact at the hotel. Staff was less helpful overall than our experience in other Italian cities.

Το πρωϊνό ενώ είχε ποιότητα και ποικιλία, δεν επαρκούσε για όλους τους πελάτες και η συμπλήρωση των προϊόντων που τελείωναν γινόταν με ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΆ ΑΡΓΌ ρυθμό. Ακόμα και τα πιάτα και τα φλυτζάνια έλειπαν για ώρα!
