Location was great!

Size of room was a little tight. Would b nice if staff at reception could be a little warmer towards guests. On the checkout day, the staff who was assisting with the checkout must be having a bad day…she hardly smiled and didn’t even bother to greet me at all. Shouldn’t customer service be one of the top priorities for hotels?

Location: The hotel is located right across from the train station, on the same block as the TI, with a couple of bakeries, coffee shops and grocery stores within the block. But it's a long climb up from the lakefront (where many restaurants and stores are located). The public escalator was not working. Our room had a grand view of the lake. We booked a room with a balcony, which was tiny. So we didn't use the balcony. The restaurant also has excellent views of the lakefront.

Our room had a bath tub which was a bit dated and slippery. There should be more handle bars or other safety measures to prevent accidental slips in the bathroom.

Some of the personnel were extremely rude and not accommodating. It felt like you burdened them with very basic requests.

The view across Lake Geneva to the alps from our room and balcony was magnificent. Cross the road from the train to the hotel and on the other side of the hotel is the walk along the shore line, where you take a cruise, find a restaurant. The staff were amazing and very helpful with getting us connected to wifi, giving us a voucher for free transport and storing our luggage. Beautiful old hotel with a grand marble staircase. The room was a great size for 5 nights with plenty of storage. We even got a new coffee machine and unlimited coffee pods.

The shower over the bath is difficult to access around the shower screen and would be extremely challenging if mobility is an issue.

The room was decorated and furnished very nicely with updated marble in bath and beautiful chrome fixtures. The room was air conditioned to a comfortable temperature.

I would say on the 8th floor the windows towards the city view were rather small (starting from chest high) but this was a small issue.a somewhat larger inconvenience was the fact that the terrace was also a restaurant making it feel that only way one could enjoy the lake view was to have a meal. We opted to walk the boulevard along the lake instead sitting on the park benches to enjoy the view along the way.

The location is excellent, and the bed was very comfortable ,the views were amazing.

Liked how close it was to the train station. Loved the balcony and the lake view!

I use a walked and could not get down to the lower street below because the escalator outsde the hotel was broken and the lift on the other side of the stairs was broken. Both had 3 very long sets of stairs available, but I can't do stairs with the walker. The lift was two blocks away from the hotel. This was the lift that was broken. We tried two different elevators in the hotel and could not find a way to get to the outside lower level.

Room was large and comfortable with a fantastic view of the Lake. Breakfast was very good.

Een prima hotel op een mooie locatie in Montreux. De kamer was schoon, netjes en van alle benodigde faciliteiten voorzien. Het uitzicht over het Meer van Genève was prachtig en maakte het verblijf extra bijzonder. Het hotel heeft geen eigen parkeerplaats, maar er zijn wel parkeermogelijkheden in de buurt. De kamer was voor ons iets aan de kleine kant, vooral omdat we een grote koffer 🧳 bij ons hadden. Verder hebben we het verblijf als prettig ervaren en zouden we dit hotel zeker overwegen voor een volgend bezoek aan Montreux.

Ein wunderbares Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Unsere Zimmer waren sehr schön mit direktem Blick auf den See und super bequemen Betten. Das Personal hat uns freundlichst empfangen, sehr guter Service und das Essen war exquisit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Hotelbar während des Jazz Festivals länger geöffnet gewesen wäre.

The room’s temperature felt like I was back in the normal weather again, as opposed to the constant stifling heat from outside, and it was bliss every time I went in there. The smell of the place is lovely. And the staff are helpful. The breakfast and dinner were really nice and there’s a terrific view to go with it. It’s also right next to the station, which is super handy.

A little overly priced. The deposit and the extra tax made the checking in more complicated than it should.

The location was excellent. The staff at the front desk and bell men were friendly.

For the price of the room, everything else was extra and pricey, including coffee and water. The AC was subpar. The staff at the bar and grill were discriminatory and misleading.

Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Fotos. Auf 3 von 5 Fotos war ein Balkon zu sehen. Bei Check-In hatten wir keinen Balkon.

No airconditioning made it difficult duirng a heat wave. No coffee facilities in room and couldn't access pods to make coffee downstairs, even when willing to pay, before 7am in the morning which made it difficult for an early start

Все было великолепно. Жаль, что приехала всего на 1 ночь. Отель предоставил upgrade и номер был с террасой и великолепным видом на Женевское озеро 😃. В номере кофе машина , удалось насладиться видом под утренний кофе сидя на террасе .

We did not get luky with geting room on the side of Jazz Festival disko area. I could not get sleep because of the loud music till 3 at night. The room was tiny….. And the stuff did not care. At the reception the girl suggested for me ear plugs… Also inroom dining… ordered cappuchino and ice to my room and never got it….. Telephone also did not work…. Overall , ruined impression of very beautiful city.

飯店就在車站對面超級方便，旁邊就有一家小COOP，走遠一點還有一家大COOP。 走至湖畔也僅需五分鐘。住宿期間剛好遇到熱浪，雖然是古老建築，但配有中央空調，舒適涼爽，非常棒!

What a beautiful hotel. Every one of the staff were helpful and accommodating - the front desk, porter and restaurant staff.

The WiFi was incredibly difficult to set up. Even the front desk staff had an issue. This needs attention as travellers use WiFi frequently. This was however a minor issue for us.

Front desk staff was exceptional. View was wonderful.

Bath room could be improved. Neither drain worked correctly and bath tub was difficult to get in and out of.

Ich habe mit einem grossen Bier den Abend auf dem Balkon ausklingen lassen. Ich habe den Blick auf den Lac Léman genossen und bin zufrieden schlafen gegangen.

Ich musste erkennen, dass ich viel von meinem Französisch vergessen habe. Désolé.

Nur öffentliches Parkhaus, aber fussläufig. Strasse direkt zwischen Hotel und See.

A localização é excelente, o hotel fica bem na frente da estação de trem. Também tem mercados bem próximos como a Coop e Migros, ambos a menos de 100m do hotel. O quarto tem varanda com vista para o lago. Simplesmente maravilhosa. Recomendo fortemente!

The hotel was opulent and the staff were very good. The location was excellent.

The room was well below what would be expected of such a hotel. The coffee station in the room was Nescafe sachets with powdered milk IN A PAPER CUP - UNEXCEPTABLE. Tissues were not replenished in the bathroom. The mattress leaned to one side and the room was located on a main road and was very noisy. I would never recommend this hotel.

Great employees, upgrade was highly appreciated to he able to look at wonderful Lac Leman is priceless
