Wij sliepen aan de straatkant, veel herrie doordat de deur niet goed sloot en de airco kon de hoogte van de kamer niet aan, waardoor het erg warm bleef. Let op als je niet erg goed ter been bent, flinke steile trap met hoge tredes.

Die Lage ist super. Sehr schnell in die Altstadt. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten (keine weißen oder blauen Linien) gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir standen direkt vor der Wohnung.

An einem Strand wurde gebaut. Kein Zugang. Aber kein Problem . Wir sind etwa weiter gegangen. Etwa 10 Min. Kleiner Strand ist aber ok

The room was dirty and dusty, there were lots of stairs and there was no one to help with the luggages. The communication with the reception was confusing.

L’emplacement. Il est très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied et se garer gratuitement dans la rue.

J’ai réservé l’établissement pour son coin spas saunas, à notre grande surprise à notre arrivée on nous annonce que c’est fermé jusqu’en octobre. Extrêmement déçu. Chambre très bruyante très mal insonorisée. Nous avons été dérangé par nos voisins d’à côté avec la musique tellement forte que nous ne pouvions pas entendre la tv. De plus personne à qui on pouvait faire la réclamation. La baignoire les contours de buses se détachait et elle se vidait toute seule. Les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du tout. Beaucoup trop cher.

Struttura situata a pochi passi dal centro, raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi, favorevole anche la presenza di parcheggi non a pagamento proprio davanti la struttura. Personale gentile e disponibile ci hanno fornito indicazioni su dove mangiare e su cosa vedere di caratteristico. La camera impeccabile, ben pulita, la vasca idromassaggio è un plus.

L’insonorisation nulle. Pas de joins autour des fenêtres. Obligé de dormir avec des boules quies Rideaux non occultants + lumières extérieures autour des fenêtres (façade jolie de l’extérieur) mais grand jour à l’intérieur. Donc obligé de dormir avec un masque

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and we really enjoyed our stay there. The service is excellent - Anna Maria was exceptional and super helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean. It was cleaned every day and towels were changed every day. The Jacuzzi was great, shower was excellent and water pressure was strong. Anna Maria also provided beach towels and a beach umbrella when we asked where we could buy them. The location is also perfect, very close to old town, train station and beaches are within walking distance. We were also happy that there was a laundrette in the same street so we were able to do a wash before leaving. All in all, this place has it all. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Monopoli.

This is an amazing hotel - rooms are exceptional, location is 5 mins walk to the old town and the team there (particularly Anna-Maria & Sara) could not have more helpful. Also really good value for money.

Purtroppo la camera si affacciava su una strada molto trafficata e la camera non è insonorizzata. Inoltre non c’è modo di oscurare la stanza, ci sono solo delle tende che però fanno passare la luce. Colazione non abbondante e variegata.

Camera molto accogliente e pulita. Dotata di tutti i confort. A disposizione anche il bollitore e la macchina per il caffè. C'erano anche le piastre a induzione ma non so se utilizzabili, perche' non abbiamo visto le pentole. Colazione con prodotti tipici servita su una terrazza all'aperto. Personale super gentile. Possibilità di parcheggio su strada, prevalentemente a pagamento perché è molto difficile trovare un parcheggio a striscia bianca.

Non proprio centrale ma comunque a 5 minuti a piedi.

Viajamos em casal e a hospedagem superou nossas expectativas. Além da localização excelente, que nos permitia ir à pé ao centro histórico onde ficam os restaurantes e os pontos de interesse, a simpatia e eficiência das concierges Anna Maria e Sara, com dicas úteis sobre a região, restaurantes e passeios, fizeram toda diferença em nossa experiência. Café da manhã gostoso, quarto e banheiro muito confortáveis e limpos. Toalhas e lençóis de ótima qualidade. Voltaremos com certeza.

Não houve ponto negativo. Apenas não sugiro a pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção pois, tratando-se de imóvel histórico totalmente reformado, há escadas para se chegar aos quartos e ao terraço onde servem o café da manhã.

The location was great, although that does make car parking difficult. The room was spacious and clean.

The AC did not work and it was extremely hot and stuffy in the room. The reception closed early and they didn't reply to my texts. The room looks lovely in photos but in reality it all looks dated and the paint is all scratched with suit cases or damp from a mop. The breakfast was strange, you need to request things like milk, coffee, yoghurt or even plates. The tables were also not cleaned often. It wasnt ran very well.

We booked two Suites with City View and this was clearly stated in the reservation confirmation. However, on arrival, one couple were given a suite with two rooms, two air conditioning units, two windows and a nice seating area with table. The other couple got one bedroom and bathroom with limited storage. The rate was the same for both. On asking about this, we were told that suite does not mean suite and that some suites consist of just the one room! Although the description of the two suites were similar in the confirmed booking, the reality was different. I would advise others to check when booking.

Havia uma obra ao lado do nosso quarto fazendo muito barulho muito cedo. Escadas muito altas e íngremes para subir com as malas para o quarto. O frigobar não funcionava, tiveram que trocar. O cofre também estava com defeito e não foi trocado. O quarto era muito pequeno mal mal cabiam as malas…

Tout était parfait. L’établissement est propre et décoré avec soin. Proche du centre ville et il est facile de si garer. Mention spéciale pour le personnel qui est particulièrement accueillant et souriant. C’était un vrai plaisir de séjourner chez vous !

We had a wonderful stay at Sonora Pirrelli Suite & Spa / 1212 Suites & Spa in Monopoli! The location is fantastic—it’s within easy walking distance of the beautiful Centro Storico, yet far enough away to make parking easy, which was a huge plus. The staff was exceptional. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. We traveled as a family and booked two rooms—one for our kids (18 and 20) and one for us. Both rooms were spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and perfect for our stay. We also loved the charming architecture and character of the hotel, which made our stay feel even more authentic and special. If you’re looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Monopoli, we highly recommend Sonora Pirrelli Suite & Spa / 1212 Suites & Spa. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Puglia!

Great service, spacious rooms, comfy bed, beach towels available, great water pressure, awesome location, nice selection at breakfast.

Being water-focussed with their jacuzzi and baths being prominent in the rooms, it had a bit of a damp smell to it, but not too overpowering.

Alles super, sehr nettes Personal, alles unkompliziert. Kleines aber absolut ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet.

The room was very nice and the staff person who met us was very helpful and available. Breakfast was good.

The biggest caveat may not be a problem for some. Our room was across the street from the main building where breakfast was served. The location was fine but the 10 flights of stairs, over and back, was doable but not something I’d prefer. We were 2 flights in our building and 3 in the main one and back after. I’ll admit I am older but stairs are not a bother. 10 flights each morning were. The locations were walkable, but not nearby.

Too many stairs

O hotel é realmente lindo, o quarto é enorme e bem decorado. Tem uma banheira deliciosa no meio do quarto. O atendimento para check in foi muito gentil e prestativo.

Não gostei da limpeza do quarto. Para uma pessoal alérgica como eu, logo que entrei no quarto, já detectei que havia mofo em algum lugar. E no último dia, percebi que o teto do banheiro estava tomado de mofo. Espirrei muito. Foi desconfortável. O café da manhã também achei bem mediano. Só tinha kiwi de frutas e o que tinha no buffet não me parecia coisas frescas. Croissant velho.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und sehr stylish eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war groß, wir haben das Design super gefunden. Leider war es bei unserem Besuch noch etwas kalt, womit wir die wunderschöne Dachterrasse nicht wirklich genießen konnten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage ist optimal für die Erkundung der Altstadt. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Viele Dank! Wir haben sehr bedauert, dass wir am Ende unserer Rundreise kein Zimmer mehr bekommen konnten. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Eigentlich nichts. Dass es in den Städten schwierig sein kann, einen Parkplatz zu finden, hat keinerlei Einfluss auf den rundum positiven Eindruck den wir hatten.

Veldig sentralt, god frokost på takterrasse, hyggelig personale, rent og pent

Jacuzzi på rommet (det visste vi på forhånd) og få parkeringsmuligheter. Det var ingen mulighet å stoppe bilen for å laste av bagasje. Vi parkerte til slutt på en kommunal og gratis parkeringsplass ved havnen og gikk med tunge kofferter i 15 min. til hotellet. Vi benyttet samme parkeringsplass under vårt 3 dagers opphold og det fungerte jo bra uten bagasje. Det er ikke heis og bratte og smale trapper.

Il faut préciser qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, notre chambre était au 2e étage, ainsi que le petit déjeuner dans le batiment en face.

Binnen 8 minuten loop je het centrum in. Parkeren op straat, soms een extra rondje rijden, maar vrijwel altijd plek. Bed lag voortreffelijk. Ontvangst was hartelijk. Wat een lieve gastvrouw. Ontbijt op het was uitgebreid en goed verzorgd. Douchedeur sloot goed af. Wij hadden kamer 202, was een flinke klim naar boven. Ontbijt was in het hoofdgebouw, wat aan de overkant lag. Ook het ontbijt was boven met de nodige trappen, voor ons geen probleem.

Alles was perfect.

Habitacion muy amplia, moderna y con todo lo que uno puede necesitar y mas. Balcon y patio interno propio. Todo es un 10/10. Ana Maria nos atendio super bien y siempre atenta a lo que necesitabamos. La ubicacion es excelente, a pasos de centro historico.

We had a fantastic stay at Suite1212 Boutique Hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and very well maintained. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Monopoli and enjoy the old town, restaurants, and seaside. Breakfast was delicious, with great quality and plenty of choice. What really made the difference was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Honestly, we loved everything and couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Monopoli.

Bon emplacement par rapport au centre historique de la ville, la chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner correct en terrasse (dernier étage du bâtiment où se trouve la réception) : juste dommage de ne pas avoir accès libre aux boissons (café, jus de fruit).

Mauvaises odeurs en permanence dans la chambre (humidité, égouts) provenant soit de la salle de bain ou du bain à bulles présent dans la chambre. Douche vitrée sur la chambre donnant une vue totale sur la salle de bain et wc depuis celle-ci : intimité proche de zéro. L'accès à la douche est compliquée avec le sens de la porte qui est inversé.

L'hôtel est situé sur une rue fréquentée le soir par les voitures et les passants. il n'y a pas de volet et les rideaux étaient jaunes donc nous étions réveillés à 6h. de plus, le lit n'était pas très confortable, c'est dommage, d'avoir une alèse assez épaisse

Nice, clean and modern bedroom, and the location is easy walking to the old town of Monopoli. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, and with good communication.

Only small point is that breakfast could have a bit more choice; and just to be aware that there are lots of stairs (in case relevant).

Chambre avec baignoire SPA qui ne gardait pas l’eau… (pas étanche) donc pas possible d’en profiter… dommage ! Nous avons signalé le problème à notre départ pour qu’ils puissent réparer pour les prochains clients mais nous avons eu droit à une vidéo après notre départ justifiant que tout est ok pour eux ….. !!!! A croire que je ne sais pas me servir d’une bonde de baignoire……
