Have you all day ? An absolute MUST stay location while visiting Monopoli, excellent staff who are so willing to help, an amazing room, and superb location, just a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Monopoli. Would highly recommend 👌

The location was extremely central and the staff was exceptional.

Every time you take a shower the bathroom floor floods and you have to lay down every towel on the floor to try and soak it up.

La suite est magnifique avec tous les équipements possibles. Le personnel est aux petits soins et d’une gentillesse incroyable. L’emplacement est parfait Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

We had such a lovely stay at Vittorio Emanuele Charming Suites! The décor was beautiful, the location was absolutely perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. What stood out the most, though, was the wonderful service from Peiro. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home and was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made our experience even more special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Café da manhã não é no hotel, fica num café na esquina e é muito ruim. Ficamos 4 noites, por 2x não havia o que nos servir no café além de croassant e doces.

We booked to stay at Vittorio Emanuele Charming Suites in August 2026. Both ourselves and another couple had arrived early, so a special mention has to go out to Piero who came out, helped us to park our car in front of the property and lifted our bags up to the reception desk outside of normal opening hours. There is a small lift in the property but Piero helped us with our luggage throughout our stay. Free parking is not always available in front of the hotel but there are free car parks nearby. We were told that, when possible, guests were upgraded at no extra charge so, instead of a double room, we received a suite which had a whirlpool bath and sauna and a balcony overlooking the square. We felt very lucky as it was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in! The room had very effective a/c., a TV with English channels, a safe and fridge, a lovely bathroom with a large shower and complimentary toiletries. Throughout our stay the reception staff were happy to help with restaurant suggestions etc. The property is conveniently located overlooking the town’s city square and the old town and harbour, close to all the attractions in Monopoli and lots of restaurants. Breakfast is taken in the cafe next door but one, where you can choose a Continental Breakfast with freshly squeezed juice and coffee or bacon and scrambled eggs with coffee and juice; both were delicious. There is also a little self-service store next door for snacks etc. We are very happy to recommend this as great place to stay with helpful staff and fantastic position.

Fabulous property in a great location on the Vittorio Emanuele square with less than a 2 minute walk to the old town centre. Warm welcome from Mateo who was friendly, knowledgeable & always with a warm smile. Lovely room beautifully presented with a private balcony & scrumptiously clean. Amazing rooftop offering a brilliant view across the square with added bonus of a jacuzzi. Delicious breakfast included in cafe next to the hotel on the square. Bonus was that a supermarket was located next to the hotel. Highly recommend this property!

La suite in cui abbiamo soggiornato era moderna e curata nei minimi dettagli. Ho viaggiato con la mia famiglia (mia moglie e i miei due figli di 19 e 17 anni) e siamo riusciti a stare comodamente tutti in un'unica suite. La posizione è eccellente, proprio di fronte alla piazza principale della città, vicino a ristoranti e bar. Parcheggiare in piazza è piuttosto facile ed è la soluzione consigliata, poiché il parcheggio dell'hotel non è molto vicino e richiede l'intervento di un addetto per l'apertura e la chiusura. Mateo, che è il gestore e si occupa praticamente di tutto, si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e cortese, rappresentando un vero valore aggiunto per gli ospiti. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene; l'unica nota è che il rapporto qualità-prezzo per notte mi è sembrato un po' elevato, ma d'estate è tutto più caro.

La colazione non viene servita in hotel: viene fornito un voucher da utilizzare in una caffetteria adiacente. Questo è uno dei punti da migliorare, perché considerando il prezzo praticato ci si aspetterebbe una colazione più abbondante. Ciò detto, non ha comunque compromesso la qualità del soggiorno.

Everything , Greeted at the entrance to have our cases taken up to our room whilst we checked in, Air conditioning was exceptional as you entered the building as was the cleanliness. Having researched our room online it exceeded our expectations , Great attentive hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable , they even arranged 2 transfers for us which were on time and nice vehicles.

Super Lage, sehr zentral, äußerst interessante Location mit historischem Flair, Frühstück in nahe gelegener Bar originell, Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Unsere Junior Suite war sehr klein, kein Kasten vorhanden, sehr charmant, aber nicht wirklich funktioniell, für Grüße und Funktionalität viel zu teuer.

Morgenmaden som man får med på en café umiddelbart ved siden af hotellet omfatter en god kaffe, god friskpresset juice, men er derudover stærkt begrænset til en croissant eller én slags æg og bacon som er ret ligegyldigt. Ville efter min mening havet været at foretrække, hvis der var lidt flere muligheder- fx noget frugt, sky/yogurt eller lignende

The location is perfect, very close to the city centre. The room was gorgeous, very clean and all staff members are very accommodating, professional and friendly. A 5 star service.

The staff were extremely helpful and helped us to check in early, and assisted with our luggage. The communication was quick and they helped answer all our questions and supported us with organising a transfer. The location is fantastic and the room was clean and modern with a very comfortable bed.

Everything was great during our stay - the only thing was that it's a shame the hot tub was not in use.

Posizione ideale per chi viene in treno: in meno di 10 minuti a piedi si è alla stazione e in meno di 5 si raggiunge il centro storico. Camera spaziosa, luminosa e molto curata nei dettagli.

Espliciterei meglio nel sito o all'atto della prenotazione che ci sono rampe di scale strette e ripide come unica via di accesso e di uscita dalla struttura. Per raggiungere la quasi totalità delle camere inoltre è obbligatorio prendere un ascensore davvero piccolo e angusto che potrebbe creare problemi per chi soffre di claustrofobia.

Had a great time. Our room had a sun terrace which we weren’t expecting, and the hotel sun terrace was great and super quiet. The staff reached out to us beforehand to see what time we were arriving. We arrived before checkin and they had the room ready for us. They also had parked in one of the free spaces outside the hotel and offered to move their car so we could park there for free. Great service. Was a very short walk into the centre

Wij werden zeer vriendelijk onthaald. Spectaculair was de minilift om naar boven te geraken. Het zicht op de stad was prachtig. De kamer was origineel. Zeer goede bedden. Het was best grappig om in het lokaal ernaast te gaan ontbijten. Stipt open, vriendelijke bediening en smakelijk. perfecte loopafstand naar stad en naar het station

Ein ganz tolles Hotel. Das Zimmer ganz liebevoll eingerichet. Mit vielen kleinen Extras ( Dusche mit mehreren Funktionen zb Wasserfall, Bett verstellbar, Hausschuhe usw. ). Es war sehr sauber. Tolle Lage. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter ( haben uns eine kleine Überraschung gemacht). Gerne wieder!!

Our room was very nice! It was on the second floor and there were stairs to the first floor, then an elevator. The hotel staff took our luggage to our room so the stairs to the elevator was not an issue. The room had a comfortable terrace and the bathroom was great especially the shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect for our stay in Monopoli. The staff were amazing, helpful and accommodating with excellent suggestions and easy to contact. The room was large, very well appointed and beautifully designed. Small touches were excellent including mini bar. Location was excellent and balcony overlooked the square. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful accommodations that are roomy, artful, romantic and comfortable. Most importantly though, very clean, very comfortable beds and air conditioning control. The location is superb on the main square right outside the old town and a 10 minute walk from the train station. It is in the center of everything! Quiet sleeping at night. The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to assist you with concierge services and make your experience at their hotel and in the area exceptional.

Loved it all but you do need to be fit enough to walk the stairs to the first floor since elevator is not on ground floor yet.

While the location is superb, directly across from the main plaza (Vittorio Emanuel), you cannot beat the staff (Piero, Federica, and Mateo). They all were charming, very knowledgeable of centro storico, the town of Monopoli, as well as the surrounding areas, and incredibly helpful; can’t think of a more gracious and pleasant group of people. If you are looking for not only a comfortable place to rest your head for the night, but a fresh, well designed boutique hotel staffed by a caring owner, you needn’t look any further; just book your stay.

It was right on the main square and was very close to everything. The rooms were exceptional and beautifully decorated. Every small detail was thought of. It was clean, comfortable and felt luxurious.

A beautiful small hotel in a fantastic location in Monopoli. The rooms are stunning, and the little touches like snacks, decent fridge and facilities overall made this a perfect stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Pierre went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful for his hospitality. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade and had a beautiful suite with hot tub to enjoy for our last few days! Nothing was too much trouble and we will be back! Ps- Breakfast wasn’t included but the cafe next door to the hotel is amazing! Make sure you visit!

Quarto aconchegante, confortável, colchão, roupa de cama e toalhas de banho de excelente qualidade. O quarto que ficamos tinha um varanda pequena onde foi possível tomar um vinho à noite. Excelente localização, próximo do centro histórico. Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Matheo, Frederica e Antonella.

We had a fantastic two-night stay at Vittorio Emanuele Charming Suites. The room was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the balcony, the amazing jacuzzi, and the sauna after long days of sightseeing. The location was perfect, close to everything and very convenient for exploring Monopoli, while the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning.

Kamer erg klein, klein bed en weinig mogelijkheden om kleding op te bergen. Ontbijt viel tegen en op wisselende lokatie wat erg onrustig was in drukke nabijgelegen bar.

The location was great.. a short walk across a piazza into the old town area. The staff I found excellent! Willing to help with everything.

There are steep steps up into main lobby but if they know when you are arriving they will meet you at the door and carry your luggage up to reception area.

Our room was very well designed and appointed; stylishly refurbished in a lovely period property overlooking the square.

Wunderschön saniertes altes Gebäude mit moderner Ausstattung. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ideal gelegen, um Monopoli zu Fuß zu entdecken. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
