"I had a disappointing experience staying at this hotel. First, check-in was delayed from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM. To make matters worse, we were given a different room than the one we had originally booked. Upon entering, the room was not properly cleaned, and essential amenities like towels, soap, and shampoo were missing. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom. The staff seemed inexperienced and lacked proper training. Overall, I hope the management takes feedback seriously to improve their services."

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Convenient and with a good restaurant on the ground floor. Very good Indian food (lots of locals, families, and couples, and food delivery riders collecting orders, so it has to be good); however, they probably serve the best French fries I've tasted in 3 years in Sri Lanka.
Some guests can be very noisy, like shouting in the corridor in the middle of the night.
