the only downside was the pool attracts a lot of mosquitos so sitting outside isn’t as idyllic but can be fixed by wearing mosquito spray or burning incense

Das Personal war super freundlich

Niemals!!!!!!!! Achtung!!!! Leider gab es Bettwanzen. Das Personal hat mir das Geld zwar zurückgezahlt, jedoch behauptet, es sei das erste Mal gewesen (was nicht stimmt, es steht in einigen Rezensionen).. Zusätzlich war es echt kompliziert aus diesem Tor rauszukommen und man hat keinen Ansprechpartner von 12 Uhr nachts bis morgens 07.00 Uhr. Weder Anruf noch Nachrichten werden zu dieser Zeit gelesen. Ohne einen anderen Gast, wär ich aufgeschmissen gewesen.

The stuff is very nice, the public area on 1st floor is attractive.

All the tools in the guest kitchen are not easy to use. If you want to cook here, please check the kitchen advanced, rather than just trust their description online

Location is very convenient, very central location and easy accessible via bus or tuktuk. Comfortable bedding, rooms or bathrooms were not crowded. Clean and comfy.

Ils nous ont fait tout un flan sur la réservation. Nous n'avons rien compris qui au final on nous a donné ce que l'on avait réservé. Aucune aide pour les bagages alors que l'on était au 3eme étage. Dommage

Didn’t like anything

Disliked the shared bathroom and they don’t provide any water or tissue. They do sell water in their hotel which is the triple price than outside. The bathrooms are not clean since it’s shared and the water was out for hours during the night time which was very inconvenient for us. The staffs doesn’t talk much not friendly at all. They don’t welcome their guests neither they said bye when we checked out. I have been in many hotels in my life but the experience was something that I never experienced before. The location is pretty far from the city as well. The breakfast was horrible too and no options in choosing it. The bread was extremely dry and they gave 2 slices of dried bread with little lentils and an egg. I am not used to this breakfast which made me very disappointed. Added the picture of the breakfast.

Es waren alle sehr freundlich und es war mehr als nur ein ,,Hostel“ für uns. Wir finden es zudem auch gut, wenn man sehr nachhaltig arbeitet bzw. seinen Urlaub in solchen Hostels verbringen kann. Zudem war es auch sehr sauber und es war auch in dieser einen Nacht nicht laut, so dass man nach einem langen Flug gut schlafen konnte. Das Bett war ebenfalls eine 10/10 ❤️! Essen und trinken konnte man dort auch bestellen, das können wir auch sehr empfehlen. Ebenfalls eine 10/10!!!

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

I really loved the fact that there’s a restaurant on-site serving delicious food, which made everything so convenient. The place also felt safe, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Although my order wasn’t prepared exactly as requested, the food was still delicious, so it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I’d definitely dine and stay here again.

Could check in late at night. Only before 12pm which was good for our late flight arrival 11pm

The room did not look like the photos and neither did the pool. My pillow was dirty, didn’t feel comfortable touching the bed or using the blanket provided. The venue was playing loud music at 11pm when we arrived too and the kitchen facilities were poor

Quand je suis arrivé à Colombo, j’ai apprécié cet établissement parce que il était vraiment calme tranquille et plutôt bien situé. Je me suis senti en sécurité et j’ai pu me reposer sur les deux nuits que j’y ai passé. Le petit déjeuner était très correct et il s’agit d’un œuf avec un dalle de lentilles et on nous propose soit du thé soit du café. Cependant j’aurais bien voulu du beurre pour aller avec mes toasts au petit déjeuner.

J’aurais bien voulu que dans ma chambre, je puisse avoir des rideaux qui permettent de bien fermer et ne pas apercevoir la lumière. Le reste c’était très bien, je recommande.

The room rate included breakfast, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The bathroom was shared and the available space was very limited. Breakfast was served late and the quality was poor, consisting only of bread, dhal, and an egg. The staff did not seem concerned about guest feedback regarding the breakfast. Drinking water was not provided and had to be purchased separately. Additionally, there was no proper handwashing facility near the dining area. Guests had to use the bathroom to wash their hands before or after meals, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, the facilities and service did not meet expectations.

Le prix et le fait que pour ce prix il y ai un rideau pour un minimum d’intimité et la Clim dans la chambre

Le petit déjeuner inclus dans la reservation est ridicule , 2 tranche de pain 1 oeuf au plat et 1 cuilliere a soupe de dahl 1 the , c’est vraiment trop peut , et les prix pour le restaurant sont super chère . Il y a des restaurant au alentour pour manger moin chère

The staff were nice and very friendly!

They lacked a lot of things. First of all, it is hard to locate the place. Second of all, me and my mum were staying on the first floor and that entire floor had only one washroom. Having tissue and not buying with 300LKR would have been nice. There are so many areas to improve. The breakfast is also meh!

Can’t really think of anything but if I’m being picky the pool is not really something we would’ve used because of the location so close to the road; didn’t feel very private. But that’s not that big of a deal.

Super auberge, personnel super sympathique, bonne nourriture, lits confortables et communs agréables. On y est même retournées au retour :)

The aircon barely worked, the atmosphere was pretty poor, the room smelled of mould, beds uncomfortable with high pillows and the blinds didn't work to keep the bright lights out. We had breakfast included but they refused to serve us breakfast, or any food, before 8.30 which was after we needed to leave.

Ok passby it's too far from the city limits

Clean room with AC and shared bathroom with hot water. They have shampoo and shower gel if you need it. They offer breakfast, it was good. The reception staff are welcoming.

The location was a bit far from the places we wanted to visit but not extremely far. You can take the bus, super cheap and super fast.

This was my second time staying at this hostel. Breakfast is included, but it hasn't changed at all — I would recommend at least a little variety and some options. There's a restaurant on the property. The room is clean and has air conditioning. Water is freely available, but laundry is available for an extra fee.

Gutes Essen, die meisten des Personals sind sehr nett. Die Zimmer und auch sonst alles ist sehr sauber. Es hat heisses Wasser um zu duschen und ein Föhn.

Wir mussten lange auf unser Zimmer warten, haben aber dafür einen offerierten Smoothie erhalten.

L'emplacement, le prix, la qualité d'accueil du personnel.

Les lits superposés sont rudimentaires, rien pour poser ses petites affaires une fois installé dans le lit. Au rez-de-chaussée une salle de bain et un toilette pour 6. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais mériterai d'être un peu copieux. La photo de présentation sur la piscine est un peu trompeuse. Il s'agit en fait d'un petit bassin plutôt que d'une piscine
