La ubicación es excelente. Y las piezas amplias y muy buenas

Por ejemplo el refrigerador no tenía ni una agua mineral ni Coca Cola. No tiene enchufes en los veladores ni en el baño. No tiene bar ni comedor para pedir algo. Si tiene el del desayuno pero solo para eso. Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas todo esto no puede faltar

Hotel is within 9 minute walking distance to all the key spots and the tram is couple minutes away. Rooms are large spacious and the balcony is nice, Hotel staff is outstanding and extremely helpful. One feature I truly like is that the shower and toilette are in separate rooms adjacent to each other.

Avoid the Cafe Gioffredo across the street because the food is below average and the staff is loud. It has no connection to the hotel. Offering a tip.

Номера требуют кардинального ремонта. Состояние дверей, стен - просто удручающее. Отдельные элементы интерьера (видимо добавлены в целях освежить интерьер) конечно ситуацию не спасают. Очень древняя система кондиционирования (работала, но только в одном режиме). Комары каждый день в номере!!! Они явно не с улицы, а живут в системе вентиляции. Это близко не 4 звезды по состоянию номеров. (даже не 3).

Bel hôtel, très propre, avec un personnel très agréable et professionnel. La chambre était confortable et bien équipée, avec notamment un plateau d’accueil très appréciable.

La connexion Wi-Fi gratuite ne fonctionnait pas et, au 5ᵉ étage, j’avais à peine de la 5G. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, je n’ai pas vraiment trouvé la qualité à la hauteur de l’établissement (mais cela reste bien sûr une question de goût). En revanche, la quantité était bien au rendez-vous.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und die Altstadt und der Strand sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Flughafen ist mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr schnell und preiswert zu erreichen. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ich werde gerne wieder kommen.

Great location for the old town and the beach. We had a fabulous suite with large balcony which exceeded our expectations. Lovely helpful staff. Valet parking was very useful. The pillow menu.

This was such an excellent stay! The property is in a great spot- you can easily walk to the beach and dinner spots- and it’s a quick bus ride from the train station! You were able to get beach towels each day and water bottles as well! They saw when I checked in that it would be my birthday during our stay (by seeing my ID) and then on the day they put balloons and macrons in the room! It was so sweet and such a surprise! The service is excellent here!

Location was great. Staff were friendly. I enquired about parking before travel and the staff replied promptly and booked in for me. Breakfast times were excellent serving until 11am.

Would have been better if we had rooms closer to each other but appreciate hotel was busy and therefore not always easy to accommodate. Had to keep resetting wifi connection everyday which was a little frustrating

Personel hotelu zasługuje na 10/10 :) Wszyscy, bez wyjątku byli naprawdę uprzejmi i pomocni. Na plus zasługuje również doskonała lokalizacja, plac Massena położony jest zaledwie 2 minuty od hotelu. Kolejnym plusem jest komfort łóżka i poduszek.

Pokoje są dość stare, widać po nich upływ czasu. Warto byłoby je odnowić :) Drugą kwestią jest śniadanie, jest zbyt mało stolików w porównaniu do liczby gości, a posiłki nie dą zbyt urozmaicone

La camera al retro del primo piano e fuori dalla finestra un cortile abbandonato con ol muro a pochi metri. Ogni tanto di notte si accendeva il compressore dell'AC evidentemente specifico per quella camera. Non fantastico per un albergo di 4 stelle a più di trecento euro la notte per una coppia.

The hotel is in a good location and is easily accessible by public transport. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is plentiful and tasty. The room was a decent size with a very large bed. The toilet and shower are in separate areas off the main bedroom. There's a desk with a mini fridge and a small round table and chairs. The room has a safe in it too for valuables.

The toilet area was quite tight and small and may not suit everyone, also the sink was to wash your hands was in the separate shower area.

The room was worn, aged, and damaged. the air-conditioning was a problem, as well as damp issues. Overpriced for the quality of the room. Bathroom was dated and tired.

La camera era un po' piccola e il bagno un po' spoglio, la cui porta andrebbe ridipinta.

Lage sehr gut

Zimmer stank extrem nach Fäkalien über den gesamten Zeitraum - Wechsel war angeblich nicht möglich. Zudem kam noch ein muffiger Geruch . Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war auf eine Betonwand und Klimageräten auf der 1. Etage. Zimmer mit Verbindungstür Schlimm war aber der Konstante Lärm zudem - da das Zimmer direkt an Lager war und Personal von 6 Uhr morgens bis abends konstant was verräumte . An Schlaf war nixht zu denken. Kissen sehr!!! Hart. Frühstück war ok aber nicht außergewöhnlich- o Saft ungenießbar Für über 300€ die Nacht nicht zu empfehlen …bis auf die Lage- aber dafür gibt es auch andere gute

It does not feel a 4 stars hotel at all! The room was smelling musty. We were feeling mold in the room so strongly. We requested it to be changed, the room was changed but still it was smelling musty. The air conditioning has not been cleaned for decades so that we got flu in the middle of the summer. Now, we came back home all sick

Мне понравились завтраки в гостинице. Внизу на регистрации в гостиницу был замечательный персонал. Самой лучшей была Дженифер она меня приняла в отеле в 21.00 вечера показала мне мой номер. Когда через два дня у меня сломался кондиционер в номере я обратилась к Дженифер и она лично позаботилась в течении 24 часов мне предложили новый номер где работал кондиционер отлично и номер был большой и удобный. Я очень благодарна персоналу отеля за всестороннюю помощь.

Единственная проблема в номерах гостиницы что мало розеток для электрических приборов. Я приехала с ноут буком и двумя телефонами и было только 2 свободные розетки.

Очень маленькие комнаты. Брали делюкс с террасой, места в комнате совсем нет. Хотели взять люкс, он больше, но там не было балкона/террасы. Кондиционеры работали плохо (брали 2 номера, так было в обоих). Изначально в одном из номеров не было тапочек, халатов и воды, пришлось просить отдельно.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming the location is perfect near to the center and the sea front you can easily walk to everything you may ever need. Also the breakfast was quite good compared to similar category hotels.

The location is superb and staff very nice and helpfull. The room itself was okay, we had superior room and had asked for a quite room. The room was at the end of the hall, so it was quiet and I understand that this cost us the view (our french balcony overlooked the not so nice quad). But it was okay. If you value good location and nice service, I really can recommend!

The room seems a little outdatet, but it was all clean and beds okay after getting extra mattress topper (and again the service with this matter was very good!). Breakfast was okay, but don't expect too much.

Vieillissant, trop cher pour un hotel de ce standing. Salle de bain minuscule et pas de douche à l’italienne. Serviettes de bain petites et très fines. Rien dans le minibar malgré une chambre supérieure, même pas une bouteille d’eau ! Machine à thé ne fonctionne pas ! Même de bouilloire basique. Parking a 35€ c’est le plus cher qui existe sur nice ! Article de toilettes très minimaliste. Je ne parle même pas de l’insonorisation des chambres qui est inexistante et la femme de ménage qui hurle dans le couloir et qui fait énormément de bruit, comme si c’était volontaire pour réveiller les clientsJ, c’est évident. Je mets une note positive pour le personnel à l’accueil qui est très gentil et professionnel, ce n’est pas de leur faute…

Situation parfaite, le personnel très attentif, accueillant et professionnel. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, varié et qualitatif, (on y a même trouvé du lait d’avoine !). Le petit plus quand on voyage avec son chien : un bel accueil également, le sourire, une petite friandise à l’arrivée, un plateau -gamelle dans la chambre. On a vraiment l’impression d’être accueilli dans cet établissement !

Very good location, really close to the train station, to the beach and to the shops. Very clean The staff are really nice and friendly. They gave us lots of really good places to go eat to and things to do!

The staff were wonderful the breakfast was also very good and we would definitely return as the situation of the hotel could not be better. You can reach the old town the beach and restaurants all on foot. Also only a 15 min walk to the train station to travel along the coast.

The room was short on somewhere to place your clothes as we stayed for a week and had to leave things in the suitcase. It needed more drawers and wardrobe space. We had a lovely terrace though with sunbeds and table and chairs and we would definitely go back.
