The location is convenient

The device wasn’t good, the door to my room didn’t close properly and one day the cleaner went in and didn’t close the door so we came back the room was not secure. Our rooms were not cleaned regularly or properly despite asking for service. We constantly had to reach out for something. The breakfast offered was salty and the service there was also not good.

It is very good value for money and in a very good location, handy to restaurants and shops. The pool area is nice. The gym is good for a cardio workout.

One night was a local new year celebration. I was on the 10th floor. The music from the bar below was horrendous. It was loud and the base vibrated through the room for at least 4 hours. I asked if the base could be turned down but staff just said sorry we can’t do anything about it. The gym is not great for a weights workout. I had to ask staff for the remote to put the TV on so I had something to watch while running on the treadmill and there were no towels.

It was a good location, close to a lot of restaurants.

It was noisy at night from the street noise and pool area (and we were on an upper level), and we could also hear every little noise from the hallway, but we dealt with it.

Parking cost was not included, was $30 extra per night.

The pool was small. The specific beach area for the hotel was a bit of a walk from the hotel. It would have been nice to have breakfast included with the price.

The location was honestly the best part of the stay. Being right across the street from a Walgreens made everything super convenient, and the beach was only about a five‑minute walk away. Plus, there were plenty of food spots in every direction, so finding something to eat was never a problem. The area itself was great — walkable, lively, and easy to navigate.

My experience at Condado Palm Inn was far below acceptable. The dirty sheets. were the first red flag. After requesting fresh ones, housekeeping reused the same sheets instead of replacing them, which is unacceptable for any hotel. The shower door was broken, the bathroom door didn't close, and the dresser drawer wouldn't shut - all signs of poor maintenance. Water temperature and pressure were inconsistent throughout my stay, making showers frustrating. What made everything worse was the lack of concern for customers. Issues were brushed off instead of addressed. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it until major improvements are made.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great value property compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at on the Condado strip.

Primary con of staying here was the barn door style bathroom doors that did not extend to cover the entire bathroom door leaving a gap on either side - we traveled with my two older kids and a 2 year old who kept peeking in on us Shining-style.

I booked two rooms for two nights at Condado Palm Inn Tapestry Collection by Hilton on March 16, 2026 but was never able to access a guest room. Upon arrival, the unkept condition of the property and immediate surroundings raised concerns. The exterior area and entrance did not reflect what I would expect from a Hilton-branded property, with individuals gathered near the entrance who appeared unresponsive and the overall environment feeling unsafe, unclean and poorly maintained. During check-in I used an elevator located immediately next to the front desk to briefly view the room before bringing up luggage. There were no signs, warnings, or restrictions indicating it was not a guest-accessible elevator. Instead of taking me to a guest floor, the elevator opened to what appeared to be an abandoned, non-operational kitchen/service area. There was no lighting, no air conditioning, no staff present, and no way to return to the lobby, as the elevator buttons were not functioning. I was stuck there alone for approximately 45 minutes until an employee transporting a laundry cart eventually opened the elevator. This is a serious safety and operational failure. After returning to the front desk, I informed management that I could not stay and needed to leave the property. This required immediate relocation. The Assistant General Manager indicated that the small price difference for the alternate hotel would be covered. Despite never receiving a room or accessing guest accommodations, the hotel charged $458.60. This is not a matter of expectations—it is a situation where: • The property condition did not meet brand standards • A guest-accessible elevator led to a non-operational area • There were no warnings or safeguards in place • A guest was unable to exit for an extended period • Charges were applied for accommodations that were never provided Attempts to resolve this directly with the hotel have been unsuccessful, including extended hold times and disconnected calls. Calls to Hilton customer service have been equally unsuccessful. Travelers should carefully consider these factors when booking. This experience is inconsistent with what I would expect from a Hilton-branded property.

Great location, very clean. We rented a car and paid for parking at the hotel which was super convenient. Hotel front desk staff was always accommodating. Only complaint was that the room was frigid. Air conditioning could not be adjusted and it blew freezing cold air constantly. We tried to keep the sliding door open to warm it up (our complaint was never resolved) to let warm air in but the noise from the ocean side traffic and ongoing construction - not to mention the reefer smoke that was pretty strong coming in - kept us from leaving it open at night, so I slept with a hoodie on.

Loved the room and setup. Ideal for trips in which you don't always want to eat out or have people who like to spend time at the hotel having some downtime to relax and just enjoy the view and hotel amenities.

The Condado Palm Inn is located at a great location in the middle of Condado near various restaurants and bars. The beach is walking distance. The Hotel Staff are great, friendly and very helpful. I definately recommend it. Jianni from guest services did an excelent job!

Condado Palm is our “ go to” place to stay pre and post cruise. We like that it is very walkable, the pool/hot tub area is beautiful, the staff is so friendly and accommodating, and the Walgreens right across the street is perfect for last minute items!

The only small inconvenience is that the ice machine is off the lobby.

I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it. The whole process was just easy. It’s not far from the airport at all—maybe a 20-minute drive which made arriving a breeze. Even though I showed up pretty late, the person at the check-in desk was so warm and welcoming. They took the time to explain my Hilton Gold benefits, which I really appreciated. When I finally got to the room, it was sparkling clean and actually bigger than I expected. I loved the mid-century modern furniture; it gave the room a really light, beachy vibe that felt perfect for San Juan. The location is convenient only about two blocks away from the beach and there’s a pharmacy right across the street. The hotel even includes beach chairs and umbrellas, which is a huge plus. One thing to look out for: once I got down to the sand, I realized they don’t provide towels on-site. It was a bit of a disappointment in the moment, so next time I’ll definitely remember to bring towels from the hotel with me. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast even though it was offered, but overall, it was a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

This place is filthy. The pool area is unkempt. Everything is nicked and scratched or needs new caulk. I agreed to this hotel because it’s a Hilton property and Hiltons typically have good conditions and good beds. This place has neither. The service is fine. Honestly the people here are nice. And it is in a great location. But if you need a clean, comfortable room pay more and go elsewhere.

DO NOT BOOK. This is NOT a 3 star hotel. The TV never worked during our stay, no extra toilet paper, Had to request towels and waters which should have been stocked daily. Hotel displays 2 pools but one is a dirty pool, the other is a nasty jacuzzi. Front desk is not friendly, there’s no hotel vibe/atmosphere at all. There’s a sign telling you that You can’t open the balcony door, you hear every single noise from the street. Oh, and there’s roaches. It gives motel vibes. Pictures are completely deceiving.

Stayed in the blue tower, 12th floor. 6 rooms on the floor. Was able to hear the elevator all night, even with ear plugs. Also heard traffic noises, with ear plugs. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated microwave and fridge. Free bikes offered. No helmets, no basket. Not super safe riding conditions. Disapointing, didn't use. Was hoping to ride to Old San Juan. Hot tub was large, useful. Exercise room adequate. Our room safe didn't work and was replaced promptly. Beach amenity is a bit of a hike west on the beach. Umbrella and chairs provided. Bring towels. We took pool towels. Surf is rough, not real swimmable. San Juan is a work in progress. I don't need to go back.

The engineering team handled everything with care and efficiency.

Stayed at Condado Palm Inn by Hilton from February 12–16 (4 nights, approx. $2,000 total). I’ve stayed at other Hilton properties in Kyoto, Munich, and Prague with positive experiences, which made this stay especially disappointing. The sound insulation in this hotel is extremely poor. We could clearly hear intimate activity from the neighboring room, including loud moaning. We called the front desk to report the noise, but nothing was done and it continued. For a hotel at this price point, that level of noise disruption is unacceptable. There was also active construction on our floor starting around 8:00 AM daily, with loud banging, drilling, and yelling. We were not informed in advance about these renovations, nor was any compensation offered. The bathroom was in poor condition: cracked and broken floor tiles, a loose sink faucet, visible buildup around edges, and very weak water pressure. The water temperature was inconsistent during every shower — at one point it turned completely cold for several minutes despite being set to maximum warmth. The room was advertised as including a hairdryer, but none was present. After requesting one, we were told it would be delivered “right away.” After waiting 20 minutes, we had to call again, and it arrived about 10 minutes later. Only two elevators serve all 18 floors and are shared with staff. They are loud, frequently dirty, and staff did not prioritize guests. The lobby area near the elevators consistently smelled like vomit. Additionally, the main driveway doubles as a loading dock, which often makes taxi access inconvenient. Positives: housekeeping provided fresh towels consistently and the in-room safe worked properly. At nearly $500 per night, this experience does not meet expectations for a Hilton-branded hotel. I do have photo documentation of several maintenance issues. Very disappointing overall stay.

Four of us stayed here one night as we were going on a cruise the next day. We arrived at 4:00pm and had to wait another 30 minutes for our rooms to be ready. It seems light the weekends are their busy time. It’s a very nice hotel, but they charge you a $49.00 resort fee. It is very close to the beach and you can walk to it. I partially chose this hotel because it has a restaurant. The restaurant was great for supper, but breakfast is another story. They have a buffet or menu. We chose the menu, but didn’t quite expect to get what we got. Fried eggs are only over hard, a ton of bacon, spicy potatoes, and chunks of bread(not toast) like we expected. Coffee is a challenge too, as they charge for refills. I would recommend this hotel, but go somewhere else for breakfast.

Nice hotel first the good. Staff. They were the most helpful responsive people I had in a lot of stays in hotels. Ft desk Emmanuel Janni and Lycaidi were helpful in handling a problem that arose in my room. The problem was handled immediately and to my satisfaction without any big issues. I really appreciate how they put the problem over hotel policy. Next the food manager Javier the manager was great in his efforts to make our stay memorable helpful with all our requests. Best staff ever. Couple of negative comments noise pool very small breakfast choices limited. No towel at beach (7 minutes away) must carry with you and take back. Sometime no towels available. We brought a large group to this hotel (20 people) as our last stop while spending 2 weeks in Puerto Rico. Overall, this hotel was the worst experience for our travelers because of the management. The resort fee is an add on and the description for trip advisor is not correct, there are no chocolates for the $50 resort fee. The location is in walking distance to a beach, but you cannot swim there. They included a continental breakfast for us and how it was served was on the same counter as the "buffet." The quality of the continental breakfast was poor. Some of hiltons lower tier hotels had superior breakfast (Tru, Hampton Inn). What made it worse is that some of our travelers did not understand that the eggs that were in a similar serving dish to the oatmeal was not included. The manager of the restaurant was very rude and demanded $12 per person for the small portion of eggs or potatoes that our travelers took. They couldn't even eat them after they were scolded and when we explained that the hotel manager was not clear that there were only some items for travelers consumption, the restaurant manager replied that he was the manager of the restaurant and she was the manager of the hotel so there was nothing that could be done. Puerto Rico has such a wonderful culture and is typically friendly and welcoming. This was a real shock to be treated for us, I do not think any of our participants returned for their breakfast on our remaining travel days. This felt like a sneaky way to uncharge and with the abundance of hotels in the area of Condado beach I would not recommend due to the management style. Very atypical for Hilton, but a negative experience overall.

The highlight was Antonio, who went out of his way to help his coworker get coffee set up so I could get some. Needed extra blankets. Ask several people at the front desk where a Catholic Church was that we could go to church and have an English speaking mass, and no one could help us. They did not bother to try to help besides say they weren't sure. Websites were in Spanish, so not easy for us to navigate and they did not offer to help.

Just ok, very loud. We stayed here for one night before our cruise. Nice lobby area and friendly front desk staff. Room was clean but far from fancy, not Hilton standards to me. Super loud in room all night long horns beeping, music from somewhere (maybe cars) till past 2 in the morning. Noisy hallways, sound seems to echo if anyone is talking in hall. Pool area very small. Coffee shop is fantastic. Included continental breakfast is a joke and not sure what the soup they called oatmeal even was! Close to lots of restaurants which are walkable. Would not stay here again. Saw a Hilton Garden Inn on way to port which looked nice.

Hotel rooms need an update. They are looking dated. Only one working elevator.

We arrived exhausted after being caught in the airspace closure, and our stay at this Hilton in Puerto Rico only added to our stress. Despite raising concerns about the excessive noise and the dirty condition of our room, the towels and linen were dirty, the hotel never offered to move us or clean the room. By the time we noticed the dirty sheets and towels—after checkout and preparing to shower—we were completely drained. Very disappointed that the GM offered only a $120 resort fee credit, which is far below what this experience warranted. We were invited to a day credit since we did not satay in the dirty hotel and had to go somewhere else. I am extremely disappointed and would not stay at this Hilton or any other Hilton property again.

Absolutely loved the hotel, ambience, hospitality and the cleanliness. We booked the ocean view and it was stunning and extremely delightful. The hotel is in great place surrounded by great restaurants and walkable to the beach. Highly recommended hotel!!

It took almost two hous to check in. I had a senior and an autistic child with me. There were no towels at our rooms or the pool. The stuff was not aware of the beach club, we almost missed the service. It wad not worth the money.

We reserved two beds but they gave away our room to someone else and only offered to waive the resort fee. The room was as dirty , candy wrappers and a poop stained towel. Gross!

Frances was an exceptionally welcoming and accommodating at guest services. I arrived early and grumpy and she went the extra mile- coming out to the pool to welcome me a short while later That makes all the difference in the world. Ps. Not a bad room in the hotel!

Great location only 1 block from nice beach which included chairs and umbrella. In house tour company and Hertz rental. On site restaurant was very good. "free" breakfast was not up to Hampton Inn standards. Room was small and balcony with good ocean view was only big enough to stand on. Nice pool and hot tub. Lots of restaurants/bars and shops within walking distance.

We had a great time! The front desk staff is phenomenal! The rooms are very clean and comfortable! Great for families and a quick walk to the beach.
