Great location and staff friendliness

Heavy doors and construction near by, also wish the beach chair hours were a little longer

The room was decorated nicely and aesthetic. But there was absolutely no natural light! The room looked out into construction workers and a big sky scraper.

House keeping didn’t clean the apartment properly (there was sand on the floors and the bathroom still). The house keeping left our door open when they finished cleaning, and we came back to the door open. The room smelt like cannabis and there was loud music being played from somewhere during the day. The pool had no cooling and so was boiling hot during the day. You couldn’t go in the pool to cool down from the sun.

Close proximity to the beach, free chairs, towels and umbrella for the beach. Well equipped gym.

La habitación en las 4 noches que pasaron no la arreglaron, y el arquitecto que diseñó el baño, seguro nunca fue a una universidad, porque teniendo tanto espacio puso el sanitario frente a la puerta y bloqueando el acceso al baño.

El apartamento hotel realmente superó mis expectativas en cto a amplitud, iluminación, comford y comodidades para viajar c niños. Todo limpio, organizado el proceso y los empleados muy familiares y profesionales ayudando con sus consejos a sacar el mejor partidos de nuestra estancia. La ubicación es excelente, a pocos pasos de la plata y rodeada de negocios q ayudan a elegir las mejores opciones para conocer la gastronomía local. Volvería a repetir mi estancia alli?.. Sin dudar o es el lugar al q volvería 10 de 10.

Tienen una pequeña cafetería, no se si tienen servicio a la habitación pero es algo q me hubiera gustado explorar. No tienen Spa, aunque si gym. Quizás pudieran contratar o coordinar para ofrecer los servicios de Spa.

Everything. The area is nice the hotel is clean. Loved every second we had a room with a jacuzzi and it was so nice. Staff was amazing too, very friendly

La habitación es bonita y limpia pero olía a humedad. La ubicación es muy buena y el personal atento.

El check in es a las 4pm!!! Y el check out a las 10am!! La piscina es diminuta y olía a demasiado cloro. Los pasillos son estrechos.

Staff, clean, location all were excellent

The only thing was that the door opened to close to the bed and was a bit uncomfortable. I think it was kind rare!

The staff was very good and helpful. Hector was fantastic and a wealth of knowledge.

No microwave

Location was good - near the beach (with free sunbeds to use) and the restaurants. Swimming pools were pleasant, though filled with a lot of sand. Spacious room. The soaps in the bathroom were lovely.

The AC - it honestly sounded like a truck. It did little for the humidity in the room. The bed was very soft, which I’m not a fan of, especially as when it’s warm (the AC goes on and off). It cost A LOT for 2 nights and not really worth it in my opinion, but my options were limited.

Location was great, the hotel itself was very clean and whatever they use for the scent in the lobby smelled really good.

It was too pricy for the size of the room, the outdoor furniture was dirty being there was no cover .

This is located in a great location walking distance of restaurants, the beach and shops

We enjoyed our stay. Every staff member was helpful and eager to help us. The room was spacious and clean. Having Pure food available was great.

The pool area was very plain. I would suggest putting some plants around to make it more inviting.

La ubicación es excelente. El tamaño del espacio es excelente también. El desayuno también es muy bueno pero creo que eso es un negocio independiente del hotel. Por otro lado el personal también fue amable.

No me gusta que no hagan limpieza diariamente, sólo hacen la cama y sacan la basura. Por el precio debería estar incluído ! Tampoco me gusta que no te dan agua. La verdad nunca había estado en un hotel que no te incluyan limpieza y agua. Por otro lado hay otros detalles, como que no se puede apagar la luz del cuarto desde la cama. Sugiero que revisen el diseño de iluminación pues les falla mucho.

Proximity to the beach. The restaurant had excellent food.

The hotel uses essential oils throughout the property. I have sensitivity to scents. The scent bothered me to the point that we couldn’t not stay another night if we decided to extend our stay.

Great space, comfortable, well furnished with a fabulous location one block from beach. We loved the ease of getting to the hotel’s Beach Club. Area has lots of good restaurants and several markets. We loved the Hibird’s restaurant and took their great sandwiches to the beach several times.

One room A/C unit was quite noisy and apartment was humid (though cool) despite several A/C units.

Loved the location, it was so close to everything. Highly walkable. I also liked having a suite for our family. I would absolutely stay here again.

The parking is small, so rent the smallest car you can for your needs. We had a minivan and had to park in the restaurant parking because our car was too large for the lot.

The property is very spacious and is an excellent location We had a group of five and found the property to be clean and quite comfortable It is a extremely short walk to the beach and surrounded by restaurants attractions, and even a casino across the street We had two separate bedrooms , two full bathrooms with showers, a balcony, a proper dining table and a stocked kitchen Overall, this was an extremely convenient stay at what I feel is a very fair price

Specious room, especially the kitchen and living room. Great location. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Shower and sink setting not comfortable and there not enough privacy. Lack of shower pressure. Missing shower head with hose. Not enough beds options.

The rooms are very small, there is no ventilation in the rooms, the windows do not open because the handles are broken and no one changes them. After taking a shower, everything in the toilet and in the large room is steamy, everything is wet.

Lovely staff who were always ready to help and made me feel welcome. The hotel has a nice independent cafeteria where I could easily find plenty of gluten-free and lactose-free options. The rooms were comfortable, although the mattress could have been a bit firmer for my taste. The gym is a little outdated but still good for a solid workout. The pool is nice as well, though privacy is limited because of the tall buildings surrounding it. The location is quite touristy, so everything is easy to reach by foot or Uber. As a solo female traveler visiting San Juan for the first time, it felt like a safe and convenient base to explore the city.

Very spacious apartment with nice restaurant, grab and go, and rooftop pool. Individual ACs and bathrooms in each bedroom was a nice touch. Great common area and ocean view.

Back elevator wasn’t working so had to transfer to stairs and front elevator wasn’t slow, pool towels were intermittently available, shower needed a deep clean.

Hotel was in great location, clean, and very nice, we loved our stay here. Staff is super friendly and helpful too.

The only bad thing is that parking spaces and entrance is super tight!!! (streets in pr are usually like that too) so it’s understandable.

The location was good.

We had an unpleasant experience. Upon checking in, only 1 out of the 2 elevators was working, which I believe was the smaller one. We booked a 3 bedroom unit which is basically a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom unit which are connected by a door. We found the door locked when we got into the apartment and had to wait forever for someone to come unlock it. Throughout our stay, there were several false fire alarms at random hours of the day and night which were extremely disturbing. Our children woke up scared and crying in the middle of the night because of the alarms. Getting out of the parking garage is extremely difficult!! It was a very narrow exit at an angle.

Lovely staff! Very helpful. Excellent location. Didn’t get to use the beach club but will be back just for that. The only thing I didn’t like was the small table in the room. I did home office and the size of the table wasn’t comfortable to work in, a desk or bigger table would’ve been nicer. Although, the lobby was perfect for working too, I needed privacy for virtual meetings etc. and I needed to stay in my room.

The AC was powerfully and staff was friendly.

I still don’t know if there was a gym. I couldn’t find it! In fairness, I didn’t ask. The grab and go is a great idea but no microwave to heat things up. Room didn’t have it. Late check out was not available and 10:00 is a bit early in my hotel experience. Please don’t suggest the Ruben Restaurant behind the hotel was not good. Their restaurant has no soap and the workers there were more concerned with watching tv.

Please fix the wood doors that make too much noise when closing them or they are too hard to open it. 😅, rest is a great stay.

Room was nice and comfy, convenient location was the best. I didn't receive any vip amenity if there was one being a platinum member as it asked on the last question so not sure about that, but otherwise no complaints. Got a lot of automated texts I would've rather not received but feel like a lot of properties are doing that these days.

Everything seemed new and inviting. You could smell the citrus aroma of the lobby before you even entered from the street. The room was comfortable and clean. There was construction next door that started at 7am and lasted all day (I understand that is out of the hotel's control) and the housekeeping employees were also very loud- yelling down hallways and slamming doors.

Rooms are very dark. They have most amenities.it is good that there is parking but it is very uncomfortable. Kitchen needs work- sponge was dirty, they should change it for every client. Recommend more illumination for rooms.

My son and I stayed at the Hibird Condado for 8 days. The location could not have been better. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything you would need on vacation. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Laura was very helpful at check-in and throughout the week. The food and drinks at Pure Juice bar were great. Definitely would stay there again!

Un comentario para mejorar, en el baño la ducha no tiene puerta y al tomar la ducha, todo el agua corre todo el baño, esto puede ser peligroso para una caída

The staff were very friendly and the facilities clean. It was a cozy hotel and I slept like a baby. I liked that the hotel was in close proximity to everything!

The area ir very good, the hotel is clean and the service is good, im not give an excellence because of the parking, is hard to park, the space is not good at all. To minimal space.

Cons- Parking sucks, they don’t clean your room on weekends Pros- location is perfect, great food and the whole staff except for one gave me excellent service

Didn't like the parking facility. The spaces are too small for most cars and what makes it worse is people can’t park efficiently and ruin it for others. I didn’t like the lifts and they were broken throughout the trip and also our room thermostat wasnt able to be adjusted and some of the party found it too cold
