Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel and Executive Meeting Center

Location Airport shuttle every 15 minutes Staff at Front Desk was awesome! Food Room service Cleanliness

Just stayed one night...

Location

The bathroom needs upgrades my tub was peeling

Hotel was in great location, easy and safe walking access to the NU Stadium. Hotel room was large, clean, and quiet. Self parking and valet was available for a charge.

There was nothing that was wrong with this property.

Ubicación y tube un inconveniente y maria me atwndio super bien

Muy caro el parqueo

I went to the front desk shortly after arriving. The television in the room was not working. Upon check out i spoke with the manager about requesting some of my money back. They said since I didn't book with them. They couldn't refund me. But to reach out to you all to start the process of some type of refund.

The television in the room didn't work.

Me dieron check in temprano sin drama!

Check in and check out friendliness front desk and bar personnel.

Cleaning of the room.

Navetta e posizione

Pochi accessori in camera

The frequent, reliable and friendly shuttle service is a bonus, especially after a long haul flight. The room was great, however, I now always book the Club level if available and reasonable. In the past when I've stayed in a standard room it wasn't as comfortable.

Can't think of anything.

Everything

The elevators

Longe do centro

Bar and restaurant area very relaxing.

The rooms are a bit dated and need an upgrade. Also long queue at reception to check in,and then only two out of three old slow lifts working.

The service

Nothing everthing was good

Dirty bedrooms dirty amenities

I disintegrate like the dirtiness

The staff were exceptional - very helpful and allowed us to keep our room for an extra 3 hours.

The 24hr bus transportation from and to the airport.

The room is very dated and the bathroom wasn’t clean - dusty, grout on the floor and tub very dirty and found an old bandaid on the bathroom floor.

Cercanía al aeropuerto

Todo bien

Beliggenheden og poolen

Prisen på morgenmad er vanvittig! Og på ingen måde noget ekstraordinært.

Good size room

On booking i was told to contact the hotel regarding the airport shuttle. I also had a special request. I messaged three times and emailed two times. I received no reply. Every other hotel I've booked through Booking.com have replied. It was frustrating the the Sheraton did not

did not have breakfast Shower head was not functioning properly. it kept draining trough faucet and no pressure on showerhead.

matrass was not comfortable

Excelente

antiguo

Miserable experience. Stayed here with my airline on a layover. Walked into the room around 11pm, and room was 82 degrees. AC was on full blast but the room was hot. I called the front desk to request a few room, and they refused to accommodate my request, and only offered a fan which barely worked. Also, a lot of the ice machines don’t work.

Friendly staff, perfect location to stopover for our long connecting flight, with free shuttle perfect for our party of 11 with baby and tonnes of luggage!

Long wait for elevator in the morning as one was out of order. But there were frequent shuttles to the airport so wasn’t too much of an issue.

Todo

La alfombra de la habitación

Vicino all’aeroporto

La posizione vicino all’aeroporto e accanto allo Stadio dell’international Miami

Location is unbeatable, walking distance to the stadium and 5 min drive to the airport. Staff was super friendly and helpful

The property can use a little upgrade and some issues with the AC in the common areas. The airport shuttle service was the only thing I didn’t like, the driver was very rude and uncooperative.

Perfecto

Todo bueno

Localização, conforto do quarto, atendimento

Nothing

Conforto do quarto, limpeza e atendimento

Location and value for money

Nothing, great stay

Location

Room was very dated and had a old/ faint smoke smell.

Clean and tidy room with comfortable beds.

N/A

Proximity to airport and shuttle service.

Expensive and really poor staff customer service. After we checked out we contacted the hotel as my son left his AirPods behind. Never got any response. 10th floor club lounge food was really poor. The food had been left out for a long time and looked really unhealthy.

Estoy preocupada

Great location for the Nu Stadium or the airport.

A bit dated and needs a refurbishment. In our bathroom there was a small patch of wallpaper just stuck over the top, assuming to fill in a hole but just needs a bit of a facelift. Bed and duvet were both a bit lumpy and bumpy, could both do with replacing

Alcoba comoda.

Super close to the airport!

Everything was great!

Close to airport with free shuttle and MIA car rental just across the street. Perfect for a stay over after long flight.

If I could give a -5 review I would. The pillow cases had hair on it. The AC was broken. The sheets were dirty

Great location near the airport, friendly staff and great facilities.

Hard for taxis to find the entrance a few times

Easy check in, clean and nice staff

Location, facilities, friendly helpful staff

Very little to dislike. Fridge magnets are a bit expensive!🤠

Rooms need renovation

Rooms were ready despite early check in and check out was a breeze. The pool was nice and lobby was accommodating.

Our bed had blood on sheets called housekeeping immediately. We had to keep calling and it took 5 hours before they were changed. Bathtub did not work only the shower so no hot baths. Water pressure was terrible - toilets didnt want to flush and when did slow.

Handy for the airport

Needs upgraded

Great customer service

The welcoming and clean atmosphere.

Nothing

Great location for our needs, we only had one day and we wanted to stay close to the airport. Also not very far from miami beach, little havana, dolphin mall and the cruise's port. Short uber ride away. The staff were amazing, took great care of us. Were very thoughtful and considering. Helped us with recommendations and ordering a cab. Pool was nice and intimate, kind of small but still nice. Breakfast was diverse and good. The room was spacious, nice shower, super comfortable bed. We enjoyed our time very much, and would recommend! Great value for the price.

Exceptional staff, very accommodating. Proximity, convenience and accessibility to the airport via shuttle makes it very attractive.

Although it’s easy to see the time and effort invested into the building, one can tell it’s been there a while. Creative financing to upgrade without compromising customer pricing value would make it fantastic.

Location is excellent for a convenient airport layover.

The bathroom product is in much need of a remodeling. The bathtubs are pretty nasty and there was more water coming out the bath taps than the shower head itself. The vanity steel was all rusty with the white pvc pipes showing directly underneath the sink. This was the 5th floor so perhaps other floors have been renovated.

Location. Friendliness of Lobby and Check in Staff.

A maintenance person got into our room when there was a Do Not Disturb sign and we were sleeping. He didn’t even apologized when confronted later. There was trash on floor. Room entrance light didn’t work.

Terrible, decrepit and old hotel. Service is terrible with Front Desk Manager called Audrey rude and unwilling to assist airline passengers with vouchers. Asked for a late check-out and she bluntly refused. A few hours later I asked another front desk assistant and she gladly offered until 3 pm with an option to pay US$ 50 for 5 pm, which I accepted as had a late flight. Hotel is old, dirty and smells bad. Breakfast is horrible, stay away or order delivery. Never again and much better properties at MIA. A week before stayed at Sonesta, beautiful and renovated hotel, great stay and value. This Sheraton is horrible.

Nice location, close to airport

Condition is very poor. Property is outdated and room is dark and small. Room also has an unpleasant smell

Stayed overnight to catch a flight -gym facility amd pool were great as was the restaurant -tasty food Shuttle to airport flawless

Well maintained -no complaints other than a microwave in room would have been handy

La habitacion muy confortable. La ubicaciòn excelente muy cerca del aeropuerto

nada

Nothing

Dirty dirtiness everywhere Lack of maintenance Terrible mattress Mattress uncomfortable Dirty bathroom dirty floors Disgusting hotel Never come back and never recommended Was the worst experience ever in Miami Is the biggest shame disappointment for Sheraton Shouldn’t have that name

Limpieza y tranquilidad

ascensor. Desayuno no incluido en el costo total

The hotel was close to the airport

The rooms are old and the bathroom door wouldn’t stay open
