We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We especially appreciated being allowed to check in early after arriving from a cruise. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our arrival so much more comfortable. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. The service was excellent from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

We waited an hour for the shuttle at the airport... We had to take a taxi because the hotel’s phone number listed in the reservation and on the Marriott website wasn’t working. As an apology, they offered us two drinks from the fridge, and tha it. The room had spoons and knives, but no forks (I asked the front desk to bring some twice... the third time, they gave me four plastic ones); there were no cleaning supplies either, and the air conditioning had to be adjusted manually. The wall-mounted remote didn’t work.

It was a beautiful, Clean and relaxing Hotel to stay at. Let’s not forget the Amazing Breakfast served at the property! My children loved it soo much that we booked to return again next month. The Shuttle driver was very nice and the staff was friendly.

The floors were damp in room, the TV was in Spanish, the bathroom sink was clogged the whole time on the property just a little outdated in the rooms I would say need a little bit of remodeling and proper fixing

This was located REALLY close to the airport. It's in an industrial area but 5 min from the airport. When we entered, there was a man arguing with the front desk person about transportation he didn't understand. The front seek person was so calm and collected with the patience of Job. That person was Jawea. She seemed to have a glowing halo above her head! She was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. The free breakfast was fantastic. We took a shuttle to the airport which was FREE!! Emilio was our driver who was energetic and super friendly. Our room was clean and cool. I'll return here.

I traveled to Florida for official government work and stayed at the Element Hotel from June 8–12, 2026. As a federal government employee traveling on official orders, I am tax-exempt for qualifying lodging expenses. After checking out and returning home, I reviewed my hotel receipt and discovered that taxes had been charged to my account in error. This creates an issue because my travel voucher cannot be properly completed or processed until the receipt is corrected. Government travel vouchers typically must be submitted and closed out within five days. Since June 15, 2026, I have contacted the hotel every day requesting assistance to correct the billing error, remove the taxes, issue the appropriate refund, and provide an updated receipt. Each time, I have been told that a manager would handle the correction or call me back. To date, I have not received any follow-up, corrected receipt, or refund. I am filing this complaint because the hotel has failed to resolve a straightforward billing issue despite multiple good-faith attempts to address it directly. I am requesting immediate correction of my invoice, reimbursement of the improperly charged taxes, and a revised receipt so I can complete my official travel requirements.

Je devais rester une semaine dans cet établissement. Après la première nuit, l’hôtel au complet n’avait pas d’eau durant toute la journée. Nous nous sommes retrouvés sans eau dans la douche dans les toilettes et dans les robinet lorsque nous avons été voir la réception pour avoir plus d’informations, ils nous ont dit qu’il ne savait pas quand est-ce que l’eau allait revenir. Nous étions jeudi Il nous ont parlé du retour de l’eau dans la fin de semaine ou au plus tard, le lundi les équipements étaient sales. J’avais une chambre avec canapé-lit sans aucun drap. Tout était très sale. Les matelas étaient noirs, il y avait des taches de sang lorsque j’ai été à la réception, ils m’ont assuré que j’allais revoir un remboursement total excluant la nuit que j’avais passé ils m’ont invité à remettre la carte de la chambre et faire une nouvelle réservation dans un autre établissement chose que j’ai faite. Nous sommes à trois semaines de mon séjour et l’établissement refuse de me rembourser je me retrouve donc actuellement à payer de réservation alors que j’ai quitté l’établissement sous conseil de la réception avec promesse de remboursement. A FUIR !!

This was the worst experience i have EVER had at a hotel!! I did not feel safe whatsoever. It was just me and my 5 yr old son traveling. We got in about midnight for an overnight stay. After we checked in my son wanted to buy some food so we went back down to the lobby and there was screaming and fighting. I told him it wasn't safe and we immediately went back up, not even 1 min later i had a knock on our door. I said who is it and they didn't say anything. Then they kept knocking. I told them to go away, that they had the wrong room. And they just kept staring at my room without saying a word. I was getting really panicked they were not leaving. I called the front desk about 20 times and not one time did they answer. So i called 911!! I stayed on the phone 20 mins till the cops came and escorted me to the front. The guy at the lobby said it was room service but at 1am??? And he never said room service the 16 times i said to go away. They gave me a new room but i just wanted to leave but didn't see safe ubering at 1:30am. It was so scary and having a kid with me that was terrified. If it was house keeping they shouldn't hire people that look high on meth and know for 20 mins. I want a refund. Priceline said it had to be the hotel that did it. If you are a solo traveler or traveling with a child please do not stay here!!!! I had zero sleep that night.

We were put up here by American Airlines due to a late flight causing us to miss our connecting flight. It feels a bit gloomy when you come in and the front desk is very tiny. The rooms were very run down and there was a heavy smell of bleach. The sheets were very itchy. Staff there is great and friendly, especially Emilio the shuttle driver.

En general, todo muy bien. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y amplias, 10 puntos en este aspecto. El desayuno es suficiente, pero si te quedas varios días, te puede cansar ya que siempre es lo mismo. Pero cumple, que es lo importante. Aunque esto se puede resolver si no lo incluyes y cocinas en la habitación, ya que tienes cocina disponible dentro de ella.

Woke up after 9am and made our way to breakfast. We had like 5 minutes to get our breakfast because it was shut down at 9:30 and everything was removed. What we did managed to get before it was whisked away was good. Room was clean and well equipped. Blinds are a little thin and morning light is bright. Close to airport and handy. Photo on elevator door showing food in bistro don’t match as to what’s on menu. Same menu for all day . Had lunch there, burger was good but for dinner we popped out to another hotel further down the street which offered much more. Pool is large and very clean. Free airport shuttle got a flat tire but fellow driving quickly arranged for another bus to come and take us. Staff very accommodating and very friendly. In an industrial type area so no shopping near by. Definitely would stay again.

Had an unexpected long layover and needed to stay some where for 16 hours. 1st time in such hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Shuttle bus to airport runs every 30 min from 7 to 23 pm. Airplanes are flying over the hotel and rhe boise can be heard in the room.

The hotel seemed unassuming from the outside, but it was a really great hotel. It had a bar. & served breakfast plus offered room service, which was an added bonus. I was blown away by the rom.

It was difficult to navigate there & initially I drove past it, but that's Miami in all honesty.

The ladies at the front desk were hospitable and friendly. The facility was clean. Patio deck was big and had plenty of seating and there was this cute area for pictures. Pool was a good size too for the size of the hotel.

This trip staying at the Element hotel made me feel at home, starting with free hot breakfast that has a waffle maker that you make yourself that really hits the spot with some butter and syrup, there’s eggs, toast, yogurt, juices too much to mention, I was looking forward every morning for breakfast, friendly faces especially this one lady Ileana always greeted the guest with a smile and always said good morning, she was a breath of fresh air, the hotel is very clean and everyone is helpful, they also have free happy hour with toast, olives and a cheese platter, yummy 😋, they have a pool, restaurant, mine snack store and coined laundry, the room are like studio apartments, plus this location is by the airport which offer free shuttle service, Alfredo the shuttle driver helped with my luggage right to the airport door, I’m definitely coming back!

The hotel itself was fine. Nothing amazing, nothing terrible. The real problem is the parking situation, and it completely ruined the experience. This property uses a third party company called Metropolis Parking, and the system is a disaster. I was triple charged because of an error in the app you are forced to use to pay for parking. What should have been about $50 ended up costing me more than $150. That is not a minor inconvenience. That is outrageous. Trying to deal with Metropolis was just as bad. Their response was basically, too bad, no refunds. So guests are left stuck paying for the company’s broken system with no real support. And to make it worse, you do not really have a choice because they physically lock you into the lot. When I brought this to the hotel staff, the initial response was indifference. I was told to go deal with the parking company myself. One employee did at least make an effort to help, and I appreciate that, but the manager on duty clearly did not care. Completely indifferent and took no responsibility at all. I was told the hotel would credit me back for the parking while I fought with Metropolis, but that credit never actually worked. So in the end, I was overcharged, stuck dealing with a useless parking company, and left with no meaningful help from the hotel. I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company because that seems to be the only way to get any kind of resolution. It is completely irresponsible for a hotel to partner with a company like this, trap guests in the lot, and then wash its hands of the problem when that company overcharges people. If you have a car, DO NOT stay at Element in Miami. The room may be fine, but the parking setup is a complete mess and can cost you far more than it should.

We used day use to book Element by Westin from 10am to 6pm before a long evening flight. Absolutely perfect for our needs. Luvvly room, enjoyed sun loungers & swimming pool . Totally relaxing day before our flight from Miami airport. Rounded off by Emilio the happiest, informative driver of the free shuttle service which was fantastic.

Habiamos solicitado una habitación para 5 personas, y si bien una de las camas era un sofa/cama, la misma estaba mal diseñada/distribuida con su mobiliario. con el sofa abierto, no se podia ir al baño. hubo que correr el sofa todas las noches. Tampoco hacian las camas todos los dias y hubo que reclamar la vajilla y toallones esten completos para 5 personas.

I was charged twice on my credit card. I left messages through every possible channel, but even after a week, I have received no response. I have never encountered such an irresponsible hotel.

Clean , but very disappointed with the front desk people , they don’t pick up the phone, have difficulty in contacting them . And I was charged for an additional night, even though booking.com has already processed payment for the full amount. I hope this hotel can investigate and resolve this matter
