Overall, the hotel was nice, but unfortunately the soundproofing between the rooms was very poor. We could clearly hear noise from the neighboring rooms

A fun place off the beaten path. Cool vibes and modern, contemporary art throughout the property. Previous apartment complex but red-done in a very smart way. We walked to our concert venue and to dinner.

I really don’t recommend this hotel at all. I’ve traveled to almost half the world and stayed in dozens of different hotels over the past year, but my experience here was honestly really bad. I stayed for around 10 days and my room wasn’t cleaned even once. The people at the front desk were cold and rude from day one. Especially the tall woman at the front desk — she was really unfriendly and not helpful at all. And then there’s the valet. You’re paying $70 a day for valet parking, but the young guy working during the day would give me attitude every single time, talk to me rudely, and make me feel like I was doing something wrong just by bringing my car there. Honestly, sometimes I was actually happy when I didn’t see him and got another valet instead. In the end, I just had enough and checked out one day before my reservation ended and moved to another hotel. If I was willing to leave a hotel I had already paid for one day early, I think that says enough about how bad the experience was. For me, the biggest problem with this hotel isn’t the building or the rooms — it’s the way the staff treat the guests. Management really needs to take this seriously.

The hotel is close to shops, restaurants and cafes. It’s a safe area. The room is big and comfortable. Beautiful swimming pool on the rooftop.

Spacious, spotlessly clean rooms that were very well maintained. The beautiful Art Deco design and furnishings gave the rooms plenty of character, with the same stylish attention to detail carried throughout the hotel.

We turned up and left straight away , we got told we could have a refund but so far have heard nothing back? We got told there was a kitchen when in reality we turned up and there was a sink and microwave

La ubicacion es estupeda, y las habitaciones muy amplias. El personal de la recepción simplemente correcto, pero los del restaurante muy amables y serviciales. La comida del restaurante muy rica. El gimnasio bien. Decoración simpática.

No me gustó la limpieza, una moqueta sucia, manchas grandes y pequeñas, ademas de manchas también en el sofa. Tampoco me gustó el ruido de la calle, estuvimos en un primer piso y las ventanas no aislan muy bien.

I paid for a room that included daily water and coffee - but never received it unless I asked and I was there for 4 days and not even once the bins were emptied or cups replaced.

Housekeeping policy is unclear. If not clearly stated by guest, the room is either not cleaned at all, or very sloppily made up. Once we complained the housekeeping was perfect. And management sincerely apologized.

No kitchen equipment at all in the room , you have to ask for kitchen equipment - plates and cutlery arrived but no cooking equipment, which in the end we didn’t need to not a huge thing. Sofa bed was a little on the small side for 2 teenagers.

Rooms are beautiful and cozy

The pool was closed and it was not advertised that way. One of the big reason we booked there was for the pool. Parking is ridiculously overpriced ($70). They take full advantage of the fact that the neighborhood streets do not allow any parking anywhere at night, so the only option is to pay this ridiculous Amount every night!

La cuisine est vide et il faut demander tout ce dont on a besoin quand on arrive. Peu pratique quand on est pressé. Le resto de l’hôtel est très cher et très moyen. Le mini bar et les petites choses à grignoter dans la chambre sont totalement hors de prix. Mieux vaudrait offrir 1 ou 2 items et l’inclure dans le prix de la chambre.

Rooms are very nicely decorated, spacious and clean. We were going to stay for over a week so required the full kitchen setup which was very conveniently provided. The manager was very helpful when we raised our disappointment about the pool situation and arranged for us to relocate to their sister property with compensation.

Their communication has room for improvement. Upon check-in we were told the rooftop pool is closed for a private event that day, then the next evening they put up a sign alerting guests the pool will be closed down for maintenance for an unknown period of time. If this was scheduled maintenance, they should let guests know in advance. We booked the place for 10 days and this was really disappointing for us, upon speaking to the manager they suggested we move to a similar room in their sister property nearby and we took the offer. We later tried emailing them regarding an item of clothing we apparently forgot in the room and they never replied. If you don’t pay for the valet parking be aware that street parking in the area is virtually impossible. Your best alternative is the West Hollywood Public Parking by the library about 10 minutes away, it’s nice and well maintained and allows overnight for only $12.

Charging a 5USD/bag fee if you pick them up after 5pm even for backpacks is insane. Ended up having to pay 25USD for two suitcases and 3 backpacks.

La ubicación y la atención del personal.

Faltaban utensilios de cocina (ni platos, ni vasos, ni cubiertos) y en la habitación había muy mal olor y muy concentrado.

La habitación es fantástica, super cómoda, grande y funcional. Cuenta con cocina, barra, living y comedor. Tiene un antebaño con un closet, que hacen al baño mas cómodo aún. La zona de la terraza es hermosa, con vistas a la ciudad, cancha de tenis, pileta y bar. La ubicación es ideal para familias, porque es una zona residencial, muy tranquila y segura. La pileta lamentablemente no la pudimos usar porque estaba en reparación pero se veía muy linda. El personal es muy atento y siempre disponible para lo que se necesite. Realmente un hotel super recomendable.

The “kitchen” would have been great with a stove for some light cooking.

At the curb, the man who met our Uber, was gracious, and welcoming. That same welcoming attitude was displayed by EVERY employee, with whom we had any contact, throughout our stay.

My Husband said, "The toilet paper is thin!" The policy of contacting the front desk, 24 hours, ahead, for room service (that which included full service, of the room, including linen changes) was off putting.

The fact that the upper deck was under construction. So wasn’t very clear where I could order food or a drink.

The size of the room, with its own kitchen and living space was excellent. The bed was comfortable. Location was near a bustling part of WeHo with Erewhon and other trendy spots nearby. The rooftop pool was wonderful to relax by on sunny afternoons, although there were no staff by the pool so service for any food/drinks was confusing and frustrating for everyone who was wanting to order something to eat or drink. You eventually saw waiters come up and walk around, looking for people who had ordered.

The bathroom needed updating - the bath/shower would fill with water, making it super slippery when getting out. The balcony was not overly clean so did not make it an appealing spot to relax outside.

Room was in need of a few repairs. Missing a ceiling light completely you enter the room, and light next to it's globe wasn't working. Shower was on the narrow side. Was surprised by the $500 incidental hold for the stay, a lot more than most places.

Our family of 8 recently stayed at Le Parc Suite Hotel, and I can confidently say it was the absolute highlight of our entire trip to the United States! From start to finish, everything about this boutique property was flawless. Tucked away in a great neighborhood near Melrose, it is surrounded by endless stores and top-tier dining options. We loved that it was completely walking distance to essentials like Target, CVS, and Ross, as well as high-end shopping like Lululemon and an amazing variety of good restaurants. Navigating the city from here was a breeze. What truly sets Le Parc apart, however, is the service. The entire staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. A special, massive thank you to the General Manager, whose exceptional leadership and top-notch service ensured our family was perfectly taken care of. Really good location, beautiful area of LA

The staff were horrendously rude and unhelpful. They’ve got a huge issue with the noise of their lift, we were in the first floor and a few doors down from the lift and it kept us up all night with the awful wurring every 3 minutes on average, must be a huge design fault. Complained to staff and they said they’d move us, they didn’t, then were just rude after it. They’re snide in regards to parking too, they push you to pay $70 for valet parking claiming there’s no parking anywhere for cheaper. There is, it’s literally round the corner which is £2 an hour and free overnight, but as a tourist it’s hard to work that out

Location, rooms were massive, lovely decor, great pool on the roof, quiet rooms.

Showers were a little small. Only 1 free water bottle in room per stay & expensive to buy in the lobby.

LeParc has become family to us. Best value and best location in West Hollywood. Steps to Melrose, steps to Erewhon as well as the new Laurel Supply. Worku out front is a true gentleman and always ready to help. A special person. Iram and Omar have become dear friends, and they have been so nice to me and my family. With this team, LeParc has become a second home.

Spacious rooms, nice rooftop pool, though a bit small. Well-equipped gym, bigger than most hotel gyms. Amazing West Hollywood location — one block from Urth on Melrose, two blocks from Erewhon, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Kitchen setup could have been better for my taste — no cutlery or pans and pots, a small fridge — but overall okay. nice plcae to sit and work and have a snack. Tennis court upstairs made some trampeling noises during day hour usage

Hotel pictures make it look like you have amazing view on the room. It’s mostly surrounded with fencing Pool is also very small. Not heated. But they are little things. Also we reported at front desk issue with the tv. Told someone would be sent to the room. No one came and as there were 2 x TVs did not bother to ask again.

The hotel is located in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood in West Hollywood, which will put leisure travelers in the vicinity of many Hollywood and Beverly Hills locations. Room size is amazing, equipped with storage rooms large bathroom, balcony, living room and even a kitchen for those long stays. The room's size and fitout can justify the price.

No water available in the room upon arrival. Water is sold at hotel lobby for 10$ per bottle. Coffee is available only at the hotel restaurant and is priced at 9.50$. Amazing price, bad coffee. Cleanliness at very low level, with dirty rugs all the way from the hallways leading to the rooms as well as in the room. Strange foul smell within the room when entering, which was resolved on our own by venting the room.

Cela fait 18 ans que je fréquente cet établissement. Depuis l'année dernière, les matinées sont infernales.J'ai toujours choisi les chambres du dernier étage avec balcon pour la tranquillité. C'est pire ! On a le droit à tous les sauts et pas etc... du cours de tennis et aussi la musique à fond qui résonne dans les murs. Déçue de payer plus cher pour être au dernier étage et de subir ce bordel tous les matins.
