Lovely hotel in a central location - less than 10 minutes walk to Promenade des Anglais. Very spacious room (balcony was an unexpected bonus). Staff very helpful - able to answer all queries. Close to lots of restaurants/bars/cafes/shops.

Lage in der Stadt relativ zentral - kurze Wege zu Strand und den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Supermärkte auch gleich um die Ecke. Sichere Gegend.

Wir kamen nachts an und der Rezeptionist sagte, wir hätten ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Nach kurzem Schock stellte er fest, dass er Vor- und Nachnamen vertauscht hat. Ich buchte aufgrund Firmenreise extra ein Doppelzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, was vom Hotel nicht erfüllt wurde. Vertröstung auf den nächsten Tag, auch da kein anderes Zimmer möglich. Drei Nächte für 435 Euro und das Vier-Sterne-Hotel schafft es nicht, ein Wasser aufs Zimmer zu stellen. Poolbenutzung nur eine Stunde - warum? Zimmer war in der ersten Etage - Straßenlärm! Ausblick auf Müll und eine Baustelle (siehe Foto). Kühlschrank kühlt kaum und ist laut. Klimaanlage extrem laut und klirrend. Schimmel im Bad und Bettlaken dreckig (siehe Fotos). Als ich mir ein Messer leihen wollte, war dies nicht möglich und es wurde mir vermeintlicher Diebstahl unterstellt. Ich sollte dann meine gekaufte Salami mit einem Löffel schneiden - und das in einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel. Zimmer allgemein abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen. Erwartungen wurden keinesfalls erfüllt. Sehr enttäuschend.

Clean quiet good a/c good location helpful staff.

This hotel is in excellent location. Only a few steps to the city centre which is full of activities including good restaurants. Further few steps to the water front. Room was nice too except the glass shower door was not wide enough to prevent water draining/flowing outside. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

We included breakfast for convenience which we enjoyed but cereal selection was limited and should be improved.

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Nice. We enjoyed our four-night stay and found the hotel comfortable and pleasant. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was also easy to reach restaurants, shops, public transport and the main attractions from the hotel.

Nothing significant affected our stay. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel and had a comfortable experience.

La posizione strategica, la comodità di avere il parcheggio privato dell'hotel con accesso diretto alla struttura tramite ascensore. Personale molto cordiale educato e disponibile. Camera molto pulita per gli standard di Nizza.

* The AC is a bit loud. * The TV/cable connection didn’t work during our stay. * Parking access is not automatic. We often had to wait too long for someone at reception to open the garage door. * A few times, I had to leave the car in front of the parking entrance, blocking the street, and walk to reception to ask someone to open the door.

Bra rum, rymligt o innehöll det man behöver för tre nätter. Härlig balkong o fin lagom pool. Utmärkt trevlig personal som verkligen bjöd på sig själv. Trots att vi checkat ut o satt i foajén i väntan på att ta oss till flygplatsen fick vi tillgång till dusch o pool efter en riktigt varm dag o lång promenad. Läget perfekt. Vi nyttjade inte restaurangen denna gång

1- commande champagne et gâteau d'anniversaire oublié par la réception et attente interminable dans le hall pour qu'ils essaient de rectifier cet oubli. 2- manque évident d'entretien: flexible de douche cassé avec risque de blessures, prise 220v tête de lit mal fixée. 3- Manques fournitures de confort ou de bienvenue: bonnet de douche, cottons tiges, pantoufles jettables. 4- Mauvaise odeur de la moquette dans les couloirs...

Lovely reception area & helpful staff

The room smelled extremely bad like drains & even opening the windows didn’t help. Made for a very uncomfortable stay.

Se si vuole fare mare è un po’ lontano dalla spiaggia. Parcheggio un po’ caro.

La proximité de l’emplacement. La piscine est sympa mais limité en terme de temps. Le personnel de l’acceuil est juste génial et accessible. L’hôtel propose pleins d’activités. Le balcon dans la chambre est agréable. Choix au petit déjeuné.

La chambre je suis mitigée. Elle est vieillissante( miroir cassé, bas à douche sale, tuyauterie de la douche est pas fixé, poussière et surtout pas de bloc incendie dans la chambre. et pas des plus propres). Le personnel du petit déjeuner pas très motivés.

Emplacement, chambre spacieuse et bonne literie. L accès piscine privatisé.

La qualité du petit déjeuner. Le buffet n est pas qualitatif même les jus de fruits. Ce n est pas digne d un 4 étoiles. Mieux vaut aller prendre un petit déjeuner à l extérieur sur la place de Nice à 5 minutes à pieds. Le prix 18e / personne n est pas justifié.

l'hôtel est idéalement situé en centre ville pas loin de la place Masséna, les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Le + : la piscine intérieure !

• Cheap/fake master Bed (2 single beds combined with 1 bed sheet) - very lame of the management in charge. • Limiting us to 2 towels only. Like how does that make you a 4 star hotel when you’re cheap in quality of treatment. • When we asked for more towels, the receptionist thought we’re going to steal them saying “you cannot take them with you” ….well do you really think I need to steal a 5€ towels? What a cheap disgusting mentality. • There was only 2 pumps of shampoo in our first day so we called them asking for shampoo after getting wet already. We started praying for shampoo under the doosh. • We had to bed for a simple tooth brush in the second day because there were no brushes in the bathroom. • The room does not represent a 4 star hotel qualities.

Tout était très bien et le personnel au top et spécialement la personne qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivé ! Le parking un vrai plus aussi (payant)

Literie très confortable

J'ai oublié ma pochette Ères pour ranger mon l Maillot je l'ai signalé à l'hôtel. On ma assuré que l'on me rappelerait j'attends toujours leur appel. Pas sérieux et en plus la climatisation ne marchait pas dans notre chambre sous la canicule. On nous a changé de chambre après avoir constaté que rien ne marchait encore

Charme de l'hotel et des environs Le personnel de nuit est top.

Odeurs de renfermé dans les draps et coussins Coussins pas du tout agréables, matelas moyen et 2 lits simple joint en un donc trou très désagréable.

O hotel tem uma excelente localização, serviço competente e limpeza razoável, contido precisa de algumas reformas.

O pequeno almoço merece um upgrade.

Le lit d appoint pas confort pour un adulte et le petit dejeuner a baissé en qualité. Et il y avait plus de choix avant. Un peu déçus

Hotel in posizione centrale a Nizza, staff cordiale, camera piuttosto spaziosa, letto comodissimo. Consigliato.

Un parking souterrain pour la sécurité des motos .

Le prix du parking pour une nuit , le prix des petits déjeuner pour la qualité fournie , la clim presque inefficace, l humidité dans les chambres du coup . Ainsi que le prix de la nuit pour un hôtel très vieux et pas très bien entretenu .

L’emplacement est le gros point fort de l’hôtel. Tout peut-être fait à pied. Parking disponible mais beaucoup trop cher.

Il ne s’agit pas pour moi d’un vrai 4 étoiles. L’hôtel est très vieillissant dans l’ensemble, la chambre très basique, de taille correcte, mais sans aucun équipement qui ferait la différence avec un 3 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner ne donne pas du tout envie, la salle comme le choix. La climatisation est présente mais en période de canicule, le minimum est tout juste. Et enfin, l’insonorisation n’est pas très bonne. C’est dommage, de dehors, il aurait tout d’un 4* mais aucun travaux d’amélioration ou petit plus n’est fait pour le distinguer d’un 3*.

Very central and nice pool

We had to ask for our room to be cleaned and when the staff eventually did clean it we returned back to discover they had left our door open the whole evening while we were out. Thankfully we weren’t robbed. When we informed reception of this we were not even given an apology just told they would look into it. We had paid an extra 50€ for late checkout (1pm) and we were rang on the morning at 12 to be informed that we had to pay for late checkout as we never checked out. When we informed staff that we had already paid they hung up the phone and offered no apology or explanation. The pool is not worth the extra money it is very small and you have to book in as it is very busy in evenings.

Friendly staff, close to the old town and beach, nice little swimming pool, good air con and useful small balcony.

Balcony was hard to access as there wasn’t sufficient room to open the door and we both banged our shins clambering out!

The air conditioning was fabulous! The room was comfy and large enough to move around.

The wardrobe was in the hallway. It made it quite dark.

Service aux chambres Les femmes de chambre ne changent pas les draps tous les jours, et même si vous le demandez, Argumentent avec vous, filment les chambres avec vos affaires !! papier WC non changé, obligé d’écheler au supermarché !! On a failli venir aux mains !! Le technicien de réparation entre dans la chambre sans même toquer alors qu’on s’en est plain. Vous imaginez les situations !! Un hôtel même pas 2 étoiles compte tenu de la nullité du service. A. FUIR !

1. Komfort und Ausstattung nicht auf **** Niveau; ich war schon in besser ausgestatteten ** Hotels. 2. Vorauszahlung bei Ankunft: das war das erste Mal, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt bei Ankunft komplett vorauszahlen musste (das ist mir als Vielreiser noch nie vorgekommen). 3. Inflexibilität des "Hotel Managers", als ich nach einer Nacht abreisen wollte, und eine Rückerstattung für die nicht benutzte Nacht verlangte. (Die Antwort war kategorisch: "Non.") 4. Frühstück nicht einmal auf "Hampton Inn" Niveau; die 22 Euro ist es nicht wert. 5. Tiefgarage: dunkel und eng (ich habe mir mein Auto zerkratzt).

Très bien situé avec possibilité d'un parking en sous sol, très appréciable au centre ville. Personnel très agréable, attentif et se mettant en quatre pour vous satisfaire. Malheureusement des clients peu respectueux, des traîne-savates dans un établissement de qualité.

Un peu plus de rigueur pour les clients. Certains se promenent en maillots parce qu'ils viennent de la piscine. Les ascenceurs avec de l'eau au sol. Les personnel est vraiment patient !

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Stadtzentrum und nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt

Die Sauberkeit war leider nicht ganz zufriedenstellend.

Unterkunft war sehr Sauber, Lage war Zentral und 10min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt.

Die Aufzüge waren Katastrophal. Es war jedesmal eine Glückssache ob der Lift kommt oder nicht. Ausserdem habe ich zum Teil 4-5 minuten auf den Lift warten müssen. Einmal sogar länger.

El desayuno la Sra que atiende allí es muy mal encarada y grosera no deja ni terminar y te coje el plato y los tira duro para indicar que está molesta uno le pide algo y le dice por favor te mira y te da la espalda y además la que me limpio el último día el cuarto me abro una crema de rostro y me la regó y por eso me di cuenta en verdad la única persona amable que me encontré y servicial fue una chica de cabello negro delgada y para rematar pedimos un taxi en la recepción con 3 maletas el hombre pidió un carro como para 10 personas y el aeropuerto que teníamos que ir estaba a 16 minutos del hotel y nos cobró 75 euros carísimo por el tipo de carro
