A special mention absolutely has to go to Vikram, who made the evening truly worthwhile. He was incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations and went beyond simply taking our order. His suggestion of the Bajra Salad was excellent, and the way he understood what we might enjoy and guided us through the menu made the experience feel genuinely personalised. It was clear that he wasn’t just serving food — he was taking pride in making sure we had a memorable meal. That kind of attentive, intuitive hospitality makes a huge difference. Ayush, the bartender, was another highlight. He curated an exceptional mocktail featuring grapefruit, basil and soda, and it was absolutely refreshing and beautifully put together. The combination was sophisticated without being overpowering, and the fact that it felt specially curated made it even more memorable. It’s the kind of drink you remember after leaving. Aman, our server, deserves equal appreciation for the warmth and care he brought to the table. He was attentive without ever being intrusive, and his service added another layer of comfort to the entire experience. There was a genuine sense that the team wanted us to enjoy ourselves rather than simply complete a service. And a special appreciation for Mercy Novokulu at the reception. From the very beginning, she contributed to that feeling of being welcomed and looked after. A warm, gracious reception can set the tone for an entire experience, and Mercy did exactly that. What I loved most about the evening was the human element. Everyone we encountered — from reception to the bar to the dining team — contributed something meaningful. There was no sense of rushed or mechanical hospitality. Instead, there was warmth, conversation, thoughtful recommendations and genuine attention to detail. The combination of Vikram’s wonderful food recommendations, Ayush’s beautifully curated mocktail, Aman’s attentive service and Mercy’s warm welcome made the entire experience feel incredibly personal. We had a wonderful breakfast at the three kitchens and where warmly welcomed and provided excellent service by restaurant manager Mr. Chetan. He was very helpful and the table conversation was delight. Looking forward visiting once again and having a wonderful experience.

The property was excellent. The best part was the service the staff at the front desk to everyone else. We were here for our daughter’s bday and the experience was something we all loved specially our little one. We were specially welcomed at arrival by Vaishnavi and her colleagues and made feel special. They sent a toy for our kid which she loved. The food and beverage team was also brilliant special mention to Chetan for that he did not have no as answer. Loved the whole experience.

Food was great. Chef sanjeeb lama of three kitchens took amazing care of our dining experience.

I am writing to express my serious disappointment with my recent five-night stay at your hotel. The level of cleanliness was unacceptable. During breakfast, I found residue in a glass, which clearly indicated that it had not been properly cleaned. I reported this to the restaurant floor manager, who apologized and removed the glass. On another morning, when I unfolded my napkin, I immediately found a hair inside it. The F&B Manager came to apologize, and after learning that I had changed my hotel in Mumbai to another brand, he brought the General Manager to speak with me. The General Manager apologized and promised to follow up with me. However, this promise was not kept. Since he specifically asked for my WhatsApp number, there is no excuse for the lack of follow-up after I checked out. In addition to the cleanliness issues, the room also had several maintenance problems. The water pressure was poor, and the hot and cold water were inconsistent, sometimes turning cold and sometimes hot unexpectedly. The washroom door was also broken and could not open completely; it would automatically close about one-third of the way. Furthermore, the towels had an unpleasant smell and were far from the expected clean, snowy-white standard. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff training, service attitude, and empathy toward guests did not meet the standards expected of The Ritz-Carlton brand. Most importantly, the lack of follow-up from senior management reflects a serious lack of integrity.

Visited here to celebrate my wives birthday, with my 3month old. Chetan (head of F&B) really went out his way to make this dinner special, thank you so much. Great food, great spread.

A restaurant where the flavours of India, Asia, and Europe come together in perfect harmony! Under Chef Shankar's direction, the culinary team at Three Kitchens whips up mouth-watering meals. Red guava mocktails, Edamame fried rice, and Mango signature pancakes are just a few of the many options. The kindness of the entire restaurant crew, from management to servers, is equally commendable. And to top it all off, the ambience and cleanliness of Three Kitchens.

It was a wonderful experience. Chef Sanjeev had made some wonderful dishes which was absolutely delicious and we love all of them.

My experience during this stay - this is not for any marketing purpose, it’s my honest review during my 2 night stay here. This hotel is the first of its kind that has exceeded all the required criteria. The staffs are extremely helpful and responsive. The hotel is at its cleanest and best architecture, the morning food spread is AMAZING and location is just 15-20 mins max from the international airport. The rooms are extremely spacious, clean and fully equipped with everything you require. The attention to details given is a very impressive work. From the moment I checked in and till my check out - it is 10/10 from my side. Infact I felt sad while leaving and I would anytime stay in this same hotel, everytime I visit Pune. Excellent rating from myside !

Loved my stay at the Ritz-Carlton. It was an impulsive decision to stay here because my work went on till pretty late and I wanted to visit this property because my friends had enjoyed their stay there. Except for a minor hiccup during check-in, the experience was flawless. Mr Desai, Chetan, Disha, Them and many more contributed to making my experience superlative. The super premium experience begins right at check-in, there's a basket of expensive Red Delicious Apples at the reception for anyone feeling snacky. Tea and Coffee made available gratis while the check in formalities are being completed. Having stayed at a bunch of premium properties in Asia (I avoid pricier hotels in Europe and the US because they just don't have the knack to serve) I have to admit that my stay at this property was one I will remember. The hard product ie The room was amazing. Huge rooms with a walk in closet and a large bathroom. The bathroom is well stocked with cosmetics from Forest Essentials which is a premium brand. The only issue I faced was having to call someone when I wanted to watch Netflix. Their TVs aren't Netflix ready and someone from the staff has to plug in a firestick before it is OTT enabled. I ate dinner and breakfast there and both of the meals were very good. The attention to service and detail is what one looks for when visiting an establishment of this calibre and I wasn't disappointed. I will be back. PS: The infinity edge pool was amazing and I was super tempted to extend my stay by another day just to swim in it. PPS: Folks, please change the Apples at the reception. They've become a bit mealy.

We visited Ritz- Carlton to celebrate a family gathering and absolutely loved the food. Especially the food was under their theme Savour series Kolkata and it was the first time I tasted so many kolkata cuisine varieties under one roof. The manager Chetan was very courteous and magnificent in looking after us. Our definitely favourite spot and person in Pune.

I would like to share my sincere appreciation for Mahima from Guest Relations. She went above and beyond to help me place a welcome card along with chocolates in the room for my friend Koffi. Despite it being a last-minute request, I just called her and she ensured everything was perfectly arranged before his arrival. Her proactive support and warm hospitality made his welcome truly special. Mahima did a great job and deserves recognition for her excellent service.

Came for dinner to Ukiyo, had a blast. While leaving, our car tyre got punctured. Manoj and Kiran were kind enough to change the tyre for us while we rested.

My experience at The Ritz-Carlton was nothing short of exceptional. I happened to try two of the restaurants. At Asamana, i thoroughly enjoyed the beverages and truly appreciated the thoughtful complimentary dish curated around my dietary restrictions — a small gesture that made the experience feel incredibly personalized. We also tried the Bharma Gucci, which was easily one of the best.The service throughout was prompt, warm, and attentive, making the entire evening seamless and enjoyable. At Ukiyo, the Nabe Udon was delightful, but the highlight for me was a beautifully crafted drink served with an origami dragon -such a magical and memorable touch. A truly refined dining experience with impeccable hospitality.

I had a good experience at the Three kitchen overall. The chetaan managed everything properly and ensured that the stay was comfortable and smooth. The service and hospitality were appreciated. However, toward the end, it felt like the focus became more about getting feedback and reviews, especially when I was specifically to put the review. Genuine service usually speaks for itself, so I hope feedback is collected more naturally in the future. Overall, the experience was still positive.

Stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune from 23 to 25 March 2026. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a suite upgrade (Room 902) arranged by Assistant Manager Ms. Jui Manjre even before my arrival — a wonderful gesture. My EA had spoken to Ms. Jui before my arrival. The hotel is truly amazing, and the suite was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable. The pool and steam room were also excellent. Service throughout the hotel was consistently warm and courteous. Dinner was very good, especially the cheese selection, with Arjun providing outstanding service as our waiter. Breakfast was average. While most items were fine, the coffee was weak and the pancakes were disappointing — very thin and tasteless, despite my specific request for thick, fluffy American-style pancakes. A big highlight was the early morning check-out handled by Ms. Sapna. When my Uber rides kept getting cancelled, she kindly arranged a complimentary airport transfer in the hotel car. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated and made a big difference. Overall, it was a great stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune. The beautiful property, excellent suite, and warm hospitality more than made up for the minor shortcomings. I will definitely return on my next visit to Pune.

I had just moved to Pune and this was my first birthday away from family. After working in the hospitality industry for almost a decade, I know how important it is to make guests feel cared for when they choose to celebrate a special day with you. I recently switched jobs and moved out of hospitality, so I decided to celebrate quietly by myself. I booked a table at your restaurant two days before my birthday. In the reservation message asking for the occasion, I clearly mentioned that it was my birthday and politely asked if there was any possibility of arranging a cake for me. I did not expect anything complimentary and was fully prepared to pay for it. Your team replied saying a 250g cake would be arranged with your compliments. Since this was offered by your side, I naturally assumed it had been noted and taken care of. On the day, I was running 30 minutes late and still made the effort to message and inform you that I would arrive by 7 PM. When I reached, the reservation host confirmed my booking and also acknowledged that I was there to celebrate my birthday. I then sat down, enjoyed my meal, and spent nearly two hours there. No cake arrived. It became increasingly embarrassing for me to ask repeatedly, especially because I never asked for something free in the first place. I paid my bill and left quietly. When I got home, I messaged again to explain what had happened, and all I received was an apology. There are many hotels and restaurants in Pune. I chose your property because it was a brand I had never experienced before, and I wanted to spend my own money to enjoy my birthday in a meaningful way. I came alone because I do not know many people in this city yet. When your team said they would arrange the cake, it genuinely made me feel looked after. That small gesture mattered to me. Unfortunately, by failing to follow through, it spoiled the entire purpose of my visit. I did not raise this while paying because I did not want anyone to assume I was asking because I could not afford it. I absolutely could have paid for it. That was never the issue. The issue is promising something special to a guest on an important day and then not delivering it. This was my first experience with your brand, and sadly it was deeply disappointing. I would not choose to return, nor would I describe this as a good experience. It is time to stand by what you promise and deliver the standards your name represents. Thank you.

Amazing Indian cuisine at the Three 24/7 Restaurant. Chef KOUSHIK did an amazing presenting and explaining and serving his amazing dishes.

I go with my friends the gr team gide me very well and then we go to the 3kb restaurant and then we order some food and some mocktail and the taste was so good.

While my partner was here on business, we had the time of our lives. Everything we could want or need was provided by Rupesh, Kumal and colleagues. All restaurants and buffet meals tasted divine and were served with courteous aplomb. Our suite on the 17th floor was fit for royalty. Housekeeping was truly exceptional. One day Komal actually helped me, with such grace, to dress in a saree, when I was gifted with cultural attire by local friends. We plan to return to the Carlton Ritz with regularity and look forward to be welcomed again by familiar faces.
