Ficamos das 7 da noite às 3 da manhã, foi uma passagem rápida, apenas para descansar um pouco, não tivemos muito tempo para ver o hotel. Fomos recebidas com cooks bem quentinho de boas vindas! O hotel era limpo, confortável, o quarto para 3 achei um pouco apertado, mas para o que precisávamos (só dormir) foi bom. Banheiro bom, serviço de shuttle gratuito hotel/aeroporto/hotel que funciona bem. Fizemos o check in de depois fomos devolver o carro alugado no aeroporto, então voltamos com o ônibus e no outro dia usamos para o aeroporto também. Funcionou tudo muito bem. Para nós.

I booked a reservation in advance requesting a feather free room because I have an allergy. When I checked in, they told me they had to have housekeeping update the room. We had to sit in the lobby and wait two hours! They made it a feel as though our allergy was an inconvenience to them. It seems silly to me that they don’t have a set of feather free rooms waiting for guests with this very common allergy. Will never come back!

Staff were friendly and helpful, including restaurant staff. Room was clean and comfortable, zero issues. Airport shuttle is super convenient. It was handy to have a Starbucks in the building too.

Not very soundproof so occasionally could hear people in the hallways, as well as occasional noise from airplanes. Hard to avoid at an airport hotel location. Would’ve been nice to have a brighter light in the main bedroom area.

There was no kettle and took over half an hour to get one when we requested and the room seems to only have been surface cleaned: a toothbrush was left in the bathroom ans when I moved a chair to place my travel cot, the carpet had a thick layer of dust

Le personnel était gentil et courtois, la chambre était belle, propre, on entendais aucun bruit extérieur. Loin du centre ville, mais beaucoup de transport autobus/ up express, près de l'hotel donc cela facilite le déplacement. J'ai également demandé d'avoir ma chambre plutôt, ils ont accepté et répondu rapidement à ma demande. Je retournerais définitivement à cette hotel lors d'un futur déplacement à toronto!

The rooms were ok, but small. Beds were clean and comfortable and towels in plenty. They provided toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner in big size containers.

There is no room for luggage. Very small space to manouver. blackout curtains do not meet at the center and the room is not dark enough for sleep. Carpet smells musty too. They did not indicate that parking was paid for and only asked for us to register the car number plate. I have not yet been refunded my deposit and we checked out on 14th August.

Conducting business at airport so this was a perfect choice as it is across the street. Parking i was not happy as a Diamond member to have to shell out 35 dollars for so i think perhaps they should review that policy. App was not working correctly as i normally check in on line so had to go to front desk. Sashi handled the check in and she was awesome. Great attitude and personality and was fast and friendly. Room was perfect, clean, and bed and pillows were comfortable. Clean throughout hotel. Great bar and restaurant attached and the service and food was good. Plenty of other choices right nearby also. One thing is it is a full service hotel but there is no coffee available in lobby which would be a nice thing to have especially for us business travelers that like it. Definitely would stay here again when visiting.

Hotel employees were extremely nice. We had a problem with Get your Guide, and they helped us to solve it. When we checked in we got free cookies which were amazing. The room was spacious, and hotel was very clean. The hotel offered shuttle bus to the airport for free every 30 minutes. The breakfast was okay. It was not buffat, but rather by order (you receive voucher at the check in). The dinner was also amazing at the hotel restaurant (lobster was super delicious). I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff suggested Niagara Falls and it was an excellent recommendation. The morning crew served an amazing breakfast.

Couldn’t take happy hour dinner up to the room to feed the kids.

room and all fixtures were clean, bed was done perfectly. all facilities were clean and came with all toiletries and complimentary cookies :) front desk was very helpful and nice and accommodating even with the bad weather.

although this is not the staffs fault at all , due to the amount people that weekend , check in and checkout took a lot longer than usual. other staff joined in eventually to help the girl at the front, but other visitors were getting upset. I also requested late checkout in advance ( when i booked ) and was promised it and told them to charge my card. although in the morning i got a call saying i did not request late checkout and needed to be out. This was something that upset me a little bit as I requested it in advance and was changed last minute.

1) me dieron una habitación equivocada que estaba complemente sucia, les indiqué ello y no es que me ayudaran a transportarme a otra habitación sino que yo tuve que hacer directamente todo el cambio. 2) los del counter no eran tan amables, llamé a uno por apoyo y me dijeron que tenía que bajar. Esto incluye también que no me indicaron adecuadamente donde se servían los desayunos.

We had a 2 day stopover on Easter weekend due to an issue with our West Jet connection to Vancouver. Whilst it was never the plan to stay in Toronto, the hotel itself was very nice and the Hilton team were very understanding of our situation and very supportive. Our rooms were great and the restaurants were great too.

Nice hotel that was a 5 minute drive from the airport. They have a free shuttle that comes every 30 minutes, which was handy after a long flight. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was fairly spacious. The hotel was calm and quiet and the tradition Doubletree cookie given at check in was delicious! Staff were nice and the Starbucks was a nice touch. I felt safe as a solo female traveller during my stay.

The worst experience Very disappointing experience. We booked for 2 adults and 2 small children, but the service was poor and breakfast was a big disappointment. Staff were not helpful. Please don’t waste your money.

Long story short. We have seen the house keeper clean the toilet-From inside- Where the poop is with a towel And using the same towel she cleaned the sink, tables and every thing When we called the front disk - and these are the worst desk people I have seen in my life being in at least 25+ hotel they denied everything and asked my wife to stop talking as she scares other guests, we asked about the manager, the answer he is busy Then I sent a text to double tree management, simply I said I am going to report to public health of Toronto, in few minutes the manager appeared out of vacuum and called us, and still denying what happened, he offered us to change the room and to give us a 60 dollar complementary, I asked him to keep for him self but I took the other room till we finally left this piece of disgusting hotel

The cost of parking. Ridiculous amount for having already paid for 2 night stay. Lovely stay but will look next year for cheaper rate on parking. We have had it before where some hotels wave that fee when such a large number of athletes stay for a in town Competition.

I booked this property to enjoy the pool. It was freezing. Could not use it. Not much went into the pool surroundings. Could not find a change area Restaurant quit expensive. Loud music playing in back ground Did not receive the runway view room I was expecting.

Good hotel. Room was clean, bed comfy, check in smooth - with a very delicious cookie! We got a good rate during a sale. Took the shuttle to and from the airport after parking at the next door lot. Restaurant inside is convenient for a late night meal after your flight.

Not a frigging thing

It was dirty, smelled like smoke, is very dated and needs the rooms updated and cleaned better. Carpets were dirty, it smelled musty in the room, beds were crap. What a mistake to stay here, didnt sleep much, I was crawling all night

The hotel was a very good location. The bed was good. The hotel was good.

The staff was horrible. They advertised that we had a shuttle to the airport is why we booked there and no shuttle came. We stood in the cold, freezing for like an hour and the shuttle still didn’t come. We had to take a taxi to the hotel and when we got to the hotel, the shuttle still didn’t come. The taxi had a minimum of $33. The staff had a broken front door and they were telling us at 11 o’clock at night to go around to the back door we’re almost 70 years old and it was blistery cold and we we’re not able to take our our baggage around to the back and no one came out to help us or anything. Finally, the cab driver took us around to the back terrible service. In the end, after a lot of complaining, they did give us the money for the taxi.
