Embassy Suites By Hilton Toronto Airport

Hotel má pravidelný bezplatný transfer z vedlejšího letiště. Pokoj byl velký, výhled na plochu letiště byl jako bonus navíc (mám rád letadla). Snídaně byla skvělá, vedle tradičního bufetu je také teplý servis (omeleta apod.). Odpolední posezení v restauraci s dvojicí nápojů a občerstvením zdarma bylo skvělé.

Obsluha u snídaně by se měla věnovat více své práce, než nahánění hostů s účtem na zpropitné...

Avisamos o Hotel da chegada tardia do voo e solicitamos informação sobre o Transfer, tendo-nos sido dito que deveríamos aguardar a sua passagem no local indicado. Infelizmente aguardamos por 2h, entre as 00.30am e as 02.30. Não conseguimos entrar em contacto com o Hotel, não recebemos qualquer informação sobre o Shuttle que nunca chegou e foi dicil chamar um Uber, porque éramos um grupo de 10. Isto diminuiu muito a nossa noite de repouso. Para tentar compensar recebemos um upgrade gratuito de quarto, facto que deve ser mencionado.

Nous avons été bien accueillis malgré que nous soyons arrivés le matin. J'ai apprécié d'être surclassé avec une junior suite. Belle vue avec salle de bains très bien équipée. Tous les produits de toilette à disposition. Plus mini cuisine avec frigo et micro-ondes. 2 télévisions et un coin salon. Bravo pour la piscine bien chaude et le jacuzzi très chaud, comme le sauna. Pour nous français, c'est un luxe pas courant. D'habitude on se gèle dans les piscines d'hôtels. De même le plaisir d'avoir des serviettes à disposition tant que l'on veut. Le service navette est super pratique pour aller et venir jusqu'à l'aéroport où l'on trouve le train pour le centre ville. Bon buffet de petit déjeuner avec des omelettes faites sur demande. Lobby agréable et lumineux.

Overall, the property is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are very clean too. The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly nice, attentive, and caring. I especially appreciated that they personally messaged to check in and ask how stay was going. It really made feel welcome and well taken care of.

Its location was close to the airport and the shuttle bus was convenient.

The service was terrible. I had four large luggage bags for my family. I had no help taking them up and was told that I would need to take the cart back down myself after using it. There was no bedding provided for the sofa bed, not enough towels, empty fridge (even with a $100 hold upon check-in). There was also a splatter of what looked like blood on the wall. I paid too much for this place and will NEVER stay here again. There are far better options out there, look elsewhere.

The added bonus of two drinks and a light snack in the dining room the evening we checked in was great. We took the shuttle to the airport and the Up Train downtown which saved us battling Toronto traffic and parking.

Although it was booked for 4 people, the sofa bed wasn't ready and when I pointed it they said costumers usually prepare it. We arrived late and still had to get dinner with small kids so I asked to get someone to prepare it and when we returned to the room it was half done and with extremely wrinkled lining that seemed to have been in a wardrobe for a long long time.

It’s Modern and the location

Cleanliness. The lobby is nicely decorated with the waterfall as the main attraction and lots of seats however, the carpet was dirty. I realize that the hotel is quite busy with lots of guests going in and out. They need to have someone vacuuming more regularly to keep it clean.

The rooms are always exceptionally clean, the staff is extremely friendly and helpfull. Jessie and Suhki are always so kind and go above and beyond to help us when we are there. The cocktail and snack hour in the lounge are always a pleasant bonus and treat and one of the reasons we feel like we get good value for our money and the breakfasts are one of the best in any hotels we've stayed at. When were are in that area you are always our hotel of choice.

A few staff members were pleasant and helpful, including the cleaners, one front-desk staff member, and a few restaurant/breakfast staff. The airport shuttle service was on time and very convenient. The one-bedroom suite with a kitchenette was a useful setup. The location near the airport was convenient.

I stayed for four nights, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The front desk was repeatedly unreachable by phone from my room. I tried several times on different days and never received an answer. I requested plates and mugs for the number of guests in our suite. Room service directed me to the front desk, but I could not reach them by phone and eventually had to go to the front desk several times. The elevator near the dining area appeared to have a faulty door sensor. While holding my baby, I waved my hand toward the closing door, expecting it to reopen, but instead the door closed on my hand. I had to ask another guest to press the button so I could get my hand out. I found a cockroach in the bathroom and took a photo. The breakfast service was also disappointing. One of the breakfast staff members appeared to expect a gratuity, and when the expectation was not met, his behavior noticeably changed the day after, this was unprofessional. Some others appeared visibly unhappy or annoyed with their work. For a stay costing close to $1,500, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, safety, and service from a four-star Hilton property.

worked well for a single night before and early flight, room is really big compared to other options near the area (we were 5), shuttle service to the airport works well, but always a bit out of schedule, restaurant in the hotel is excelent i would sincerly recommend their pizzas.

Breakfast was acceptable. Staff at breakfast was staying next to you, with no justification, just to ask in the end for a tip. In the last day I signed for an amount for her and at check out I was asked to pay more than I gave, because the lady from breakfast staff modified it, for a bigger one. This was unacceptable.

We liked the room arrangement and it's content was perfect for our family. Breakfast was really good. Staff were kind and willing to help. I liked the sms/ai feature too. Parking was very convenient.

There was no additional bedsheets/duvet for the couch/mattress initially, but it was promptly provided once I asked.

The hotel parking was not free, and when you pay a relatively high price for the room, it is very rude and unusual to charge for parking — it is considered an insult to the customer. We booked a room for four people, for which they had provided a sofa bed for two people. The sofa was very bad and uncomfortable, its springs were stiff and noisy. I really never want to go there again. It was excruciating.

The hotel has a very large number of guests which makes using some of the free services near nearly impossible. The breakfast is quite a circus and some may simply choose to forgo the free breakfast and go elsewhere.

Le parking est payant 30$ pour la nuit, le canapé lit n’était pas fait, devoir le déplier et le faire nous même à minuit … le personnel avait tout le temps de préparer notre chambre c’est dommage. Très mal isolé également, étant juste au dessus du parking on entendait les voitures et tous les autres bruits et insonorisation intérieure pire.

We had a great stay in a very comfortable room. The staff were very helpful, especially Rita in the restaurant who made our last meal very enjoyable. Breakfast was always busy, but food plentiful and fresh. The restaurant food in the evening was lovely...great chef!! Shuttle was a godsend.We would definitely recommend the hotel and use it again when visiting Toronto 😊 👍

We stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks as a family with our 4-year-old son, and overall there were several things we really appreciated. First, the 24/7 airport shuttle was excellent. The service was reliable, the vehicles were modern, clean, and air-conditioned, making airport transfers very comfortable. Second, the housekeeping was outstanding. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, with fresh towels and bed sheets replaced daily. The staff were also very generous with extra towels, which was especially helpful since we had a small child and used them around his crib. Finally, the front desk staff were always responsive and helpful. Whenever we needed anything, they handled our requests promptly and professionally, which made our stay much more comfortable.

The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The selection was very limited, especially when it came to fresh vegetables. There were no cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, or herbs available. The only way to have any vegetables was to order an omelet with vegetable fillings. There was also no regular cheese apart from cream cheese, and the English breakfast items were of fairly low quality. Another downside was the breakfast service. Although it was essentially self-service, a tip reminder was left on the table every day, which felt inappropriate. Breakfast also ended at 9:30 a.m., which is quite early for guests on vacation. In addition, the breakfast area was often very crowded, with long lines for many of the food stations. Finally, the room felt dated. The window blinds were difficult to open and close, and much of the furniture and fixtures looked old and in need of renovation. While everything was clean, the room did not feel particularly fresh or modern.

The property was close to the airport. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of space in the rooms. Clean- with the exception of mildew build up in the shower. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pull out bed had a very thin mattress. Make sure you leave with plenty of time- the shuttle was late due to traffic.

we had a really good stay here. it's close to the airport but not right on a busy road, and it's about a 30 min drive into downtown Toronto. the room was great, super spacious and clean, and the beds were really comfy. breakfast was a nice touch too, they'll make you a custom omelet right there, which not every hotel does. parking is paid but it's gated, and honestly worth it (i think you can find street parking somewhere nearby too). great value for money if you wanna check out Toronto and some of the places around without overpaying or dealing with downtown traffic, and of course if you've got a car

Room was nice and clean. Comfortable stay, we only stayed for the night so nothing too much to say. The stay was nice very convenient for a layover. There's a churches chicken right in from the hotel, a lone start less than 5 minutes walk and Walmart about 15 minutes or less by car.

A reggeli finom (Bár csúcsidőszakban volt, hogy elfogyott a villa vagy a gyümölcslé, de vártunk kicsit és pótolták). A szálloda kisbusza folyamatosan elérhető a reptérre (még kora hajnalban is). Ha Torontoba jövünk, először biztosan itt próbálok majd szállást foglalni.

Es war eines der zahlreichen Airport-Hotels. Die Lage ist somit bekannt. Praktisch, für ein Hotel in Toronto günstig. Aber logischerweise etwas weiter von Downtown Toronto entfernt und die Umgebung ist halt ein Gewerbegebiet. Bei der Buchung ist einem das bekannt. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Immer ansprechbar, auch wenn es oft voll und stark frequentiert war. Definitiv das größte Plus des Hotels! Praktisch war der regelmäßige Shuttlebus hin und zurück zum Flughafen, auch die Fahrer waren alle sehr nett. Vom Flughafen erreicht man zügig die Innenstadt mit dem UP Express.

Wir hatten eine sogenannte Suite für vier Personen gebucht (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder von 11 und 15 Jahren). Geeignet ist diese eher für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie mit einem Kind. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich ist hochgradig unzureichend. Egal ob für Kinder, Jugendliche oder Erwachsene: Ich habe in einem Hotelzimmer noch nie so unbequem geschlafen wie auf dieser Couch...😑
