Więc poszedłem wykorzystać i mój rachunek wyniósł 48 dolarów . Miałem zapłacić tylko różnice a obciążona została kara cała kwota , pomimo zapewnień obsługi że tak nie będzie .

Room size was good especially the bathroom.

Check-in was quick and smooth, the rooms were very comfortable and quiet, and we had a beautiful view of the Bay from our room. I would especially like to mention the exceptionally friendly staff and the high level of service at breakfast. The breakfasts themselves were also excellent — tasty, varied, and a great way to start the day.

The only minor issue was that the water pressure in the bathroom sink in our room was rather weak. The shower pressure, however, was excellent.

I arrived at the hotel around 11:30 or noon. When I went to the front desk to check in, the gentlemen who I talked to told me that because everything was full, I would not be able to check in to my room until 4 o’clock. If I wanted an earlier check-in, he asked for $50 to “ move things along”. I was frankly appalled by this negotiation, however, I was glad that I was at least able to leave my bags with the doorman while I explored San Francisco for the first time. I was out long enough that I could get back to my hotel room around 4 o’clock to check in, however, it would’ve been nice to check in at a more reasonable timeframe.

The hotel location is perfect, within a minute's walk to Union Square. The room size was good, as was the service. Roxanne's just behind the hotel is a great cafe with excellent all-day breakfast options.

The breakfast buffet was just ok.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at the Marriott Union Square in San Francisco. As parents of an autistic child, traveling can sometimes require a little extra planning, especially when it comes to meals and maintaining familiar routines. Our son has specific food preferences, and we needed a way to prepare and warm up his dinner and breakfast in the room. We contacted the hotel, and the management was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Upon request, they provided us with a microwave in our room, which made a huge difference for our family and allowed us to take care of our son’s needs comfortably. This kind of attention and willingness to help is what turns a good hotel stay into a truly great experience. We felt very welcome, and most importantly, our son was happy and comfortable throughout the stay. We also really enjoyed the hotel restaurant. The food was excellent, and we found the prices to be very reasonable and competitive compared to many other restaurants in the Union Square area. It was great to have such a good and convenient dining option right inside the hotel. A big thank you to the staff and management for their kindness, flexibility, and outstanding service. They helped make our stay in San Francisco much easier and more enjoyable as a family. We would definitely stay here again!

Deposit fee was too much and they asked to get usd30 in the form of any drinks at the lobby but if you don't drink or consume alcohol in any form then it just gest wasted. Bathroom sink is small. Like u cannot wash your face without splashing water everywhere.

Staff was inattentive, did not answer phones. Breakfast was awful, greasy. Room smelled old, musty. I've stayed in many Marriots , but this one was not great.

Advertised as "Breakfast Included". Acutal was a $30/day food credit that could be used for food. Continental breakfast was $28/full hot breakfast was $38. Safety bar in bathtub on wrong side.

The location was very nice. The hop on - hop off station was close by. The room was comfortable.

There was no parking in front of the hotel. We had to carry our luggage while checking out to the other side

Malgré un crédit de 30 dollars/jour, le petit déjeuner est très cher. 28 ou 38 dollars + la taxe + tip. Il faut de toute façon rajouter de l'argent.

I loved this property! Everything was clean and beautiful and very welcoming

I wasn’t a big fan of the location and parking. Cost money to park but at least there’s Valet for check out! Parking was quite expensive

The breakfast is good but the bagel were super hard and the bread was poor. The bagel were probably defrosted so they were to hard to eat. But in general is a good breakfast it’s a pity the bagel and the bread!

极差的体验，胡乱扣押金，回国的时候酒店预付款的押金全被扣了，要不然我注意到发现了，真的就全没了，后来找了官方，追回来了，体验感极差，办事效率也很慢，不推荐，我怀疑是看你是中国人就故意乱扣押金，这种情况我在美国酒店碰到好几次了，而是还都是大酒店。不推荐中国人去住

The hotel decided not to accept the guest whose name, email, cell pnone, booking confirmation and pin were all at their disposal!!!!!!!!!! They asked him to leave although the room was duly paid in advance and the guest provided all identifications and proofs available. Above all, and what's worse, is that until today (5 days post the incident) they still have assumed zero responsibility nor have they issued the requested refund. All they do is ask for my patience!! No apology, nothing!!! Obviously, this specific Marriott has serious administrative and client comms issues! Will update when they revert and if my patience is not exhausted until then.
