L’Hotel si trova in uno dei più bei quartieri di San Francisco. Le camere sono spaziose e la vista sulla città è certamente impareggiabile. Buona la colazione continentale.

Parcheggio troppo caro, purtroppo in linea con i prezzi del quartiere.

We were given a room that was the furthest from the elevator we could have had...but it was quiet. And we were on the first floor, so we had a little window but only onto a courtyard.

Location is great so is the bar in the lobby.

The staff were efficient and sweet.

We got a noise complaint at 6 PM when it seemed to us that we were not making much noise as my friends and I were getting ready individually at separate parts of the room. And it appeared to me that even security was confused when he was communicating about the noise complaint received.

Bella la posizione, in particolare noi avevamo scelto le camere con vista esterna, molto bella. Comodo sia per gli spostamenti a piedi che con cable car con fermata a 10 metri.

Molto lungo il tempo di restituzione della cauzione senza che ci fosse stato alcun problema con la camera, un mese esatto per una somma piuttosto consistente.

Die Lage ist ein Traum! Auch das Zimmer mit Ausblick war atemberaubend schön! Wir haben auch das inkludierte Frühstück sehr genossen! Das Personal waren immer freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Posizione strategica, a due passi da chinatown, vicino alle strade principali e al CableCar. Vista sulla città magnifica, pulizia eccellente e camere spaziose e belle. Personale molto gentile, si possono lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il check out senza problemi. Uber Lyft/taxi raggiungono facilmente la struttura. Davvero un bel hotel a 4 Stelle. Colazione molto buona!

Al ristorante, il cameriere con i baffetti mi ha fatto un bel trucchetto, addebitando due volte il conto. Al check out ovviamente mi hanno fatto pagare il doppio, solo dopo un intensa discussione per fargli capire le mie ragioni, mi hanno stornato l'importo. STATE MOLTO ATTENTI.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the beautiful views. The location was also great and very convenient for exploring San Francisco. Those were definitely the highlights of our stay.

Our stay at the Stanford Hotel was unnecessarily stressful. We reserved three rooms and arrived around 1:00 p.m., understanding they might not be ready, but after waiting several hours, we learned the third room had been ready and staff had simply failed to notify us. The valet process was poorly explained, and an employee spoke to us rudely about leaving our keys. The next morning, we were told retrieving our car could take at least 20 minutes, despite being told we would have access whenever needed. A manager promised a $75 parking credit, but it was not documented. After checkout, a $200 deposit per room, per night had not been returned, and we were charged an additional unexplained $200. Given the delayed rooms, poor communication, rude valet interaction, retrieval delay, missing credit, and billing issues, we expected far better service for the price and would not stay here again

Nice location, close to cable cars, bus tours for day excursions, Union sq. The interior is classic antic style.

The breakfast that is included is American style, and if you pay 25 usd you will have a more continental breakfast which again is not at the level of the hotel and incomparable if making a parallel to European standards. My room was not like the one on the Booking photos, I was looking into a wall, very claustrophobic. The staff did not make much efforts to change it, commenting they are all booked or eventually could give me a room on the 1st floor on the noisy side of the street which was not a good option either.

Great location on Nob Hill, beautiful views, comfortable room, and very friendly staff. Easy to walk to Union Square and Chinatown.

I like that it was in a safe area and close to the cable cars the valet staff were really nice.

The bathroom was so squashy no place your cosmetics bag on the sink and the toilet was so close to the wall you could hardly get toilet paper. The staff upon check in was rude.

El bar es un plus, buenos vinos, comida de picoteo, camareros muy agradables, cócteles muy ricos y bien preparados. La habitación Deluxe correcta y funcional con maquina de café y luminosa. El señor guardo el equipaje muy amable.

De nuevo en recepción no se esfuerzan x entenderte ningún idioma q no sea el suyo. Cero informacion acerca de q ofrece la tarifa adicional de resort fee.

Good location in Nob Hill which is a great area of San Francisco. Rooms were a good size. Great view of the city from your room. Staff are friendly and rooms clean.

It is quite noisy at night. Limited tea / coffee in your room but they do serve free drinks between 6am and 1pm. Bar is right in the lobby and there’s no real separate dining area. If you sit and have a drink you’re watching take aways being delivered and it’s not a great atmosphere. I think it’s over priced for the facilities and decor.

We liked the location on the top of the hill although a bit more tricky to go around with public transport/cable car. However cable cars stop just in front of the hotel. Nice atmosphere in the hotel itself.

Breakfast could be slightly improved in terms of variety. When we wanted to have some lunch they informed that the kitchen opens only at 4pm :-(

L'hotel si trova in una posizione abbastanza centrale....10 minuti a piedi da Union Square e la fermata del Cable Car linea Powell & Market Street si trova proprio davanti all'hotel. Sempre vicino all'hotel si trova anche la fermata della Linea California Street. Il quartiere è piuttosto tranquillo anche di sera ma non brulica di locali/ristoranti. La struttura è molto grande e le camere sono spaziose. A noi è capitata sia la camera con vista della città che la vista interna sul cortile ed entrambe le volte siamo stati bene. Abbiamo provato anche la cucina del ristorante che è un'ottima alternativa laddove non si avesse nuovamente voglia di uscire per cena. Staff molto gentile . Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out.

The room was reasonably big and the location is quite good as it is free of homeless while being in proximity to FiDi. Despite Raymond G., some other staffs were friendly and helpful.

Terrible customer service from Raymond G. that works at the front desk. We had an issue where we wanted to investigate whether there was an incident of room cleaner mistakenly entering the wrong room. He repeatedly refused to believe our testimony while attempting to gaslight us about the "perfect room security process" of the hotel. He could not provide an ounce of evidence that supports his claims while continuously brushing our concerns aside. Lastly, he even tried to cancel our stay (with a refund) if we pursued the issue further. That was only the first thing. We also got many bed bug bites after the first two nights, which the hotel claims did not exist after their "investigation." One can only imagine the truths in that after seeing how they tried to brush the other incident aside.

My gosh....the VIEWS. The cable car outside the window. The hotel is quiet. No noise from neighboring rooms. The location on Nob Hill cannot be beat. The bed and pillows get A+ for comfort. My favorite aspect, other than just about everything, was the generous bathroom sink countertop. So. Much. Room.

I would have liked a straight connection to all local TV stations. That part I did not like.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is just wow—right in the heart of the city. The staff was super friendly, and they even let us check in a bit early since our flight landed earlier than expected, which we really appreciated. The room was very clean. The only minor thing was that the setup looked a bit different from the photos—the chairs were orange instead of blue, and the bed layout was slightly different, so it felt like a different room category.

Die Funktionalität der Zimmer. Obwohl bei mir das Zimmer nicht täglich gemacht wurde, warum auch immer, es war sehr sauber.

Obwohl mir vom Hotel und Booking - auf Nachfrage bestätigt wurde, dass ich ein continentales Frühstück erhalte , bekam ich ein Tellerfrüjstück. Das Essen war ziemlich lieblos angerichtet.

The views! Of the cable car and SF skyline (partial view, to be clear). We were provided with bottled water. The hallways had history embedded in the walls and floors, which was a good touch. The gym was ground floor with a perfect view of the cable car too

It’s perfectly located on No Hill, In San Francisco.

The initial room they gave us which was actually $40 more had two double beds in it, but the TV was on the far right wall where no one could even watch it lying down. We downgraded and got the perfect room.

La camera non era pulita, il gabinetto presentava tracce di feci. La maniglia della miscelatore della doccia era rotta. La macchinetta del caffè non funzionava bene. Le camere inoltre, rispetto alle parti comuni, necessiterebbero di una rinfrescata. Ho fatto presente alla reception e la risposta è stata "thank you for letting me know". Ho trascorso solo una notte, quindi non posso sapere se il giorno dopo mi avrebbero cambiato camera o proposto altre soluzioni. Una sconto in fase di check out avrebbero comunque potuto proporlo.

Non mi è piaciuta la colazione perché nonostante avessi chiesto colazione inclusa, booking non mi dava possibilità di scegliere fra le varie colazioni che invece l'hotel imponeva è ho dovuto discutere sul fatto che non volevo l'american breakfast, ma volevo scegliere liberamente cosa prendere, cosa che non è stato possibile

Localização muito boa. As instalações são boas e o quarto super limpo e espaçoso. Adoramos que tem várias entradas de tomada para carregar o eletrônicos ao lado da cama. Banheiro grande. Check in e checkout rápido e fácil.

A persiana é automática, mas bem difícil de abrir e fechar, não gostamos, seria melhor manual. O ar condicionado faz bastante barulho. O carpete dos corredores poderiam ser de outra cor, pq do jeito que está dá a impressão que está velho e muito sujo.

Colazione non a buffet ma con scelte limitate e se si vuole il succo d'arancia si deve pagare a parte. Le camere con affaccio verso l'esterno non sono sufficientemente insonorizzate: il rumore della strada si sente parecchio.

Znakomita lokalizacja, w centrum Nob Hills, na skrzyżowaniu dwóch tras Cable Cars. Okolica bezpieczna, sporo turystów na ulicach. mieliśmy pokój ze świetnym widokiem na centrum SF, zdecydowanie warto do niego dopłacić (u nas było to 10$ za dobę). Całkiem dobre śniadania, zdecydowanie najlepsze podczas naszej trzytygodniowej podróży po USA.

Parking jest bardzo drogi - 75$ + podatek za jedną dobę. Polecam valet parking przy Bush Street 750. To dwie przecznice od hotelu (5 minut spaceru) parkowanie kosztuje niecałe 40$ za dobę.

Einer der schönsten Zimmer, in denen wir je waren. Mega gemütliche Betten :) echt zum wohlfühlen.

Topp zentrale Lage, man kommt zu Fuss oder mit dem ÖV gut überall hin. Durchwegs sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und schön augestattet. Frühstück (American Breakfast) ist sehr lecker.

Es gab keine Schränke, um Kleider hineinzutun. Es hatte wenig schwarzen Schimmel in der Badewanne.

El alojamiento perfecto , pero me han cargado en la tarjeta de crédito (al llegar) el depósito y no me lo devuelven (sin ningún cargo ni problema). Me dicen 10 días y han pasado 15 y me dicen que cancele en el banco

I’ve stayed here 5 years in a row and somehow this year was a bit disappointed. Staff were fabulous as usual but the deluxe Queen room lacked a bit. Hanging space only in the bathroom and no drawers or closet. No vanity accessories like earbuds or makeup pads. A usual smell that caused me to cough - assume it was the cleaning chemicals. The location is fantastic and my room was plenty big

El personal del hotel es súper amable y eficiente. La cama es MUY cómoda.

El hotel tiene contenedores de basura cerca y como te toque en el piso 2; del lado donde están, vas a sentir como si el camión que las recoge estuviera dentro de la habitación. Las puertas del baño no son lo más cómodo para abrir y cerrar. Falta un armario en condiciones en la habitación. Cuando hicimos la reserva escogimos la opción con desayuno incluido, pero para nuestra sorpresa ese desayuno no incluía el bufé; solo un plato a elegir y agua, café o té. Si queréis bufé son 20$ extra cada día.

My room was right next to another building with windows and people were always going by so I had to have the blinds down the whole time. The room felt dark and dingey. I’m someone who needs a lot of daylight so I didn’t like that.
