The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring New York City.

The cleanliness could be improved in some areas. The hotel was also not very flexible regarding early check-in or late check-out, even when we were willing to pay an additional fee. The internet service was also average and could be improved.

I really liked the location, in the middle of Times Square, with subway stations in a walking distance, next to Broadway theaters and a few minutes walk to major sights in NY. The staff were pleasant and attentive, the room was neatly cleaned on a daily basis, and the amenities were quite good (enormous TV, nice beds with good mattresses, plenty of pillows, a small table, a lot of lighting throughout the room, as well as plenty of outlets for charging). Every morning we were offered complimentary coffee and tea to start our exploration of the city, which was quite a nice touch. Will definitely go back when on my next NY trip!

Some people might find it bothering to stay in the middle of Times Square, because it's always noisy and crowded. Our room faced the other side so it didn't bother us, but this should be taken into consideration. Otherwise, everything was great.

La delusione più grande riguarda sicuramente la colazione sprovvista di bevande calde se non per il grab&go, se scegli di fare colazione seduto in struttura non hai diritto alle bevande calde(?!) e anche il cibo abbastanza scarso di qualità e scelta.

Gostei muito da localização e da modernidade do quarto. Os itens do quarto era bem mantidos e de boa qualidade. Também me agradou muito a vista do quarto. O hotel está no centro da Times Square e muito próximo de diversos teatros, eu amei isso!!

Não gostei de não ter café da manha incluso e de não terem dado a opção de fazer late check out.

Absolutely our best stay in a hotel. Large room, newly renovated and very clean. Staff were amazing. We had an issue with our AC, we called front desk and a staff member was at our door in 5 mins. Repair was done immediately. We then noticed that we could not enter a code on the safe and the repair man called security to help us with the safe. He too arrived within a few short minutes and fixed that issue as well. Very attentive service from the start of our stay, from security at the entrance to our check out. Highly recommend this hotel for its great location, right in Times Square (we did not hear any of the street noise on the 44th floor) and the wonderful attentive staff.

Perfekte Location mitten am Times Square. Von außen her ruhiges Zimmer, nur die Klimaanlage musste man in der Nacht ausschalten da sie etwas lauter war. Personal war freundlich und auch die Bar war sauber und gemütlich. Koffer wurden am Abreise Tag nach dem aus checken auch kostenlos und überwacht bis zum Flughafen Transfer aufbewahrt.

Ich habe den Times Square anders in Erinnerung! Überall der Geruch vom Kiffen und Unmengen an Menschen. Dafür kann das Hotel zwar nichts aber das währe für mich ein Grund dieses Hotel nicht mehr zu buchen.

Freezing temperature in the lobby.

The location is absolutely perfect, right by Times Square, but quiet and peaceful once you’re inside the hotel. The room was very clean and new. I especially liked that it had hard flooring rather than carpet. Several subway stations are within a five minute walk, and Fifth Avenue and Rockefeller Center are both only about 15–20 minutes away walking distance. Before the trip, I wondered whether staying at the same hotel for 13 nights might feel too long, but it turned out to be one of the best choices we made. I enjoyed my stay so much that I even joined World of Hyatt. Hyatt Regency Times Square will definitely be my first choice the next time I visit New York. Highly recommended!

La ubicación era perfecta en pleno Times Square. Las camas eran muy cómodas. Y el desayuno está bastante completo, consta de 3 platos: una bebida (café, té, leche), una pieza de fruta o yogurt, y un plato sólido a elegir (sandwich, bocatas, muffins, tostadas....)

El día que hicimos en check-in llegamos a la habitación y estaba sin hacer, eran las 22:00 h, con el inconveniente de que llegamos de un vuelo muy largo, tuvimos que bajar otra vez a recepción con las maletas para decirlo. Eso sí, fueron muy amables y enseguida nos dieron otra habitación, nos dijeron que era mejor pero la realidad es que era el mismo tipo de habitación (doble) unas pisos más arriba, la vista era mejor.

We stayed in a family room with two double beds. The room was spacious for NY standards. It was clean and the beds comfortable.

Belle chambre vue Times Square, très bonne literie. Ensemble rénové et propre. Parfait.

La chambre était parfaitement adaptée à une famille de 4 personnes, propre, confortable.

L’ascenseur était parfois très long à arriver et a même été bloqué à un moment. Avec le flux important de personnes, c’est crucial que l’ascenseur fonctionne non stop.

⭐️ 1/5 Very disappointing experience and extremely poor follow-up from the hotel. I stayed for three nights, and on my first night the air conditioning in my room was not working and the room was not cooling at all. A technician inspected it and confirmed there was a problem. I requested another room, but the hotel was fully booked and could not move me that night. The hotel acknowledged the issue and agreed to refund 50% of the first night’s room rate plus the resort fee. I booked and paid for the stay through Booking.com, so the hotel told me they would contact Booking.com and send the compensation through them. There was also a separate issue where the hotel charged me for the entire stay without my knowledge, despite the reservation already being paid through Booking.com. When I contacted the hotel, they admitted it was a misunderstanding and said they would release the incorrectly charged amount. The most disappointing part is what happened afterward. It has now been approximately 17 days, and according to Booking.com, the hotel has still not responded to their emails or calls regarding my refund. I have repeatedly contacted Booking.com every few days, and they are still trying to get a response from the hotel. I am not asking for something the hotel never agreed to. The compensation was offered and agreed upon by the hotel itself. I simply expect them to honor their agreement and communicate with Booking.com. Technical problems can happen, and mistakes can happen. What matters is how a hotel handles them afterward. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-up has been extremely disappointing. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better customer service and accountability.

Quarto limpo e renovado. Limpeza impecável. Localizado na região do Times Square, tem fácil acesso ao metrô e com boas opções de restaurantes no entorno. O staff foi muito atencioso e gentil. Q academia tem cinco esteiras, 3 bicicletas ergométricas, remo, pesos e sessões de yoga.

location is perfect especially for families with young children as everything is very near and * walkable* with plenty of short breaks / rests if needed Room: the view for double queen size bedroom was good - bathroom was clean with timely refills of towels, toilet rolls etc esp the towels were not too bleached and soft - also would mention complimentary water as they stressed on it ! bed was comfortable and smell free

bathroom: underneath the sink was a bit green and you could see that when sitting on the toilet seat and somebody who is particular staff could have been friendlier especially ladies over the phone as we did try toget an earlier c heck in after 12 rather 3 pm because of our early morning arrival ( also left hotel early hours before 4 am on our departure) so thought with young family that could have been a favourable compromise but it didn't happen. Also some people were told about other facilities in the hotel like gym but we weren't , may be we didnt pay enough or not included in our 5 nights stay.Doesnt have any other facilities for young children.

Disappointing and Unacceptable Check-Out Experience Our stay at Hyatt Regency Times Square was excellent from the moment we arrived, and everything had been going very well until check-out. Unfortunately, the behavior of two bellmen completely ruined what had otherwise been a wonderful stay. When we requested assistance with our luggage, one bellman came to collect the bags from our room, while another was responsible for loading them into our car. Both were extremely rude, angry, and unnecessarily aggressive throughout the process. They did not make any effort to listen to our instructions regarding how we wanted the luggage arranged in the car. The situation became so frustrating that my husband eventually had to remove all the luggage himself and load it into the car. I immediately went to the front desk to complain. A manager was called, but unfortunately, the response was very disappointing. Instead of properly addressing the behavior or taking responsibility for the situation, the manager simply asked us what the bellmen looked like and apologized. The situation became even more unacceptable when my husband attempted to give the bellmen a tip despite their behavior. One of them actually asked him, “How much are you giving me?” My husband was so offended by this attitude that he took the money back and returned to the front desk. The manager then came down with us, where we were shocked to see that even her interaction with the bellmen appeared to lack authority. They questioned her about what she had been told, rather than showing any accountability for their behavior. We eventually left extremely disappointed. I specifically told the manager that the hotel has cameras and that she could review the footage to see exactly how the bellmen behaved toward us and how unnecessarily aggressive and disrespectful they were. This is particularly disappointing because the hotel itself was excellent and our stay had been amazing until this incident.

Le bruit... cetait impossible on a changé notre chambre mais là cetait pire..ils nous ont mis en face de l'ascenseur. Il n'y a avait que du pain de mie et des bagel..café imbuvable... je m'attendais a un petit réconfort du matin ...

We heard everything. From people in the hallways that sounded like they were inside our room. We could hear the tv word for word from the next room. People going in and out of their room. The noises woke us up both nights. We likely won’t stay there again because of that.

Very comfortable bed and a good location.

I never like to leave a bad review but I feel like too much was wrong in my stay. Checking in : after a long wait, it was my turn I asked if they had a manager to help. Only one person… He said they were busy. (Wouldn’t customers trying to get checked in take priority? I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a time square view. They did not have that room available. He went to the room the manager was hiding…. To make it right he offered to change the price to a room that didn’t have the view…. I booked the hotel solely for the view of time square. When I said that’s not right. They then had a room with a doubled bed of time square… We got stuck in the elevator and called the emergency button. No answer. 5 minutes later the elevator finally worked again. I got out and told someone which they wrote down which elevator we were in. I went out to a show and when we came back to go to our room. We could hear someone was ringing the emergency button in elevator. We went to tell the front desk and they said to hold on they were busy……. My girlfriend and I were dumbstruck. We got to our floor on a different elevator and we could still hear the people stuck in the other elevator as we went to our room. We had a 5 year old with us who now has a fear of elevators….. Then my only complaint with the room was the shower handle was broke and when I went to call the main desk it took 4-5 calls to get someone to answer. Which if they only had the one person down there. I don’t fault them because that is a lot of work for one person! I don’t think I’d recommend this place to people. Which is a shame because when I booked this vacation I thought the Hyatt was luxurious…

התארחנו במלון 6 לילות, זוג + 2 . למרות שיש מספר מעליות, לא תמיד הן זמינות, נאלצנו להמתין לעיתים כ 10 דק' להגעת מעלית, באחת הפעמים, אף ירדנו חלק מהדרך במדרגות, למרות ששהינו בקומה 32 . במהלך שהותנו, קיבלנו מכתב מתחת לדלת ובו נכתב כי נחוייב ב 500 דולר, כיוון שהחיישנים זיהו כי עישנו בחדר. אנחנו זוג עם 2 ילדים בוגרים וארבעתנו לא עישנו מעולם!! שמנו לב כי התאריך והשעה הנקובים במכתב, הם כ 7 שעות לפני הגעתנו למלון. היינו נסערים מאוד, כשפנינו לקבלה, לא הייתה התנצלות של המלון, פקידת הקבלה ופקיד נוסף אמרו ביובש שלא יחייבו אותנו. נפגענו מאוד, למחרת ביקשנו לדבר עם האחראית, גם היא אמרה שלא נחוייב, ביקשנו לכל הפחות התנצלות בכתב, אך לא זכינו לכזו. האירוע הזה העיב עלינו מאוד. בנוסף, לא ראינו תגי שם על חולצות העובדים, חבל.

When I booked the room I was asked my arrival time. I then received an email saying at this time they couldn’t accommodate me but would know better day of arrival. When I arrived they told me that they had a room available but it would be an extra $50 or I can wait till 3pm. What kind of crap is that trying to up sell me…really disappointing. Wifi was in and out the whole time…very disappointing. I had to go elsewhere to find steady WiFi. I will the IT gentleman said he reset it to help me and it worked briefly. The staff in the restaurant were fine but honestly didn’t care if ur food was good or bad. I was served a molten chocolate cake that was fully cooked. I did tell the waiter about it and he said ok and nothing else.

Camera piccola vicino agli ascensori molto rumorosa. Bagno con tenda. Al ritiro dei bagagli abbiamo richiesto un taxi, siamo stati accompagnati sul retro e quello che è arrivato era un mezzo tipo uber ad un prezzo molto più alto di quello dei taxi, ormai ci avevano caricato i bagagli e non ci restava molto tempo, quindi abbiamo optato per prendere il mezzo anche se non era quello richiesto, arrivati in aeroporto ci hanno detto che la tariffa era solo cash, non avevamo contanti e nessuno ce lo aveva detto, abbiamo quindi dovuto pagare ancora di più visto che utilizzavamo la carta. Un servizio degno da 1 stella. Visto il prezzo pagato per la stanza, forse è quello che ha deluso di più le aspettative.

Ha sido una estancia perfecta. La habitación y las vistas han superado nuestras expectativas. Les pedí que nos dieran una habitación con buenas vistas que era un regalo de cumpleaños, la habitación ha sido perfecta, decorada con mucho gusto, limpieza absoluta, as camas muy cómodas las almohada perfectas y las vistas insuperables. mi hija lo recordará siempre, estamos muy agradecidos.

Estaría bien haber podido comprar la almohada de la habitación porque era perfecta, lo intenté pedir en recepción pero me dieron un correo para poder pedírsela a su proveedor, mi sorpresa fue cuando me dijeron que no hacen envíos fuera de Estados Unidos. Una pena, nunca había dormido mejor.
