Hotel location was in Time Square 1 min walk from everything 🎉

The room was extremily noise , no sound proof at all. Our window was in the back part of other buliding and their A/C fan drived us crazy from the noise . Managment was not correct , we did a request for upgrade 3 times in the row and the only answer was " We will disccuss with manager and let you know" Answer never came even after our complaint . Their finance never released our guaranty of 500 $ despite the fact that we paid all our invoices and normally by 7-10 working days should have been realesed. It almoust one month and still nothing so many texts exchanged with their staff and always the same answer we dont know maybe is bank delaying process. Location was really good but the experience except location was not good at all. Real disapointment !!!!!😔😔😔😔

We informed the hotel in advance that we would be arriving after a long journey and that we wanted to check in on time. When we arrived, our room was not ready and we had to wait for more than two hours. During this time, the staff made no real effort to find a solution or help us, which made the experience even worse. We booked two rooms in the same corner-room category, but only one of them was actually a corner room. The staff seemed to have no idea what was going on. Every person we spoke to gave us different information. There is really nothing special about this hotel. It does not live up to its name and gives a very poor impression of the Accor brand. There are much better hotels to choose from. I definitely would not recommend staying here.

Desde el momento del Check In recibimos una bienvenida muy amable. El motivo de nuestra visita era para celebrar nuestro aniversario, y por eso nos dieron un upgrade a una habitacion con balcon y mas grande. Todo el personal fue muy amable durante toda nuestra estadia, recomiendo el desayuno (el cual tiene un descuento al valor normal diario por la estadia). La ubicacion es espectacular, las habitaciones muy limpias y siempre bien arregladas; la cama es MUY COMODA. Recomiendo al 100% este hotel y a todo su personal.

Frühstück inbegriffen aber pro Zimmer ist das Limit 100$ was sich viel anhört, bei einem Kaffee von ca 8$ und Gerichten von der Karte oder Buffet von rund 30$ aber bei 3 Personen im Zweibettzimmer sofort aufgebraucht war. Trinkgeld muss man separat zahlen.

We have used this hotel previously and we like the location and the brand.

Unfortunately this time there didn’t appear to be enough staff working in the bar or restaurant which led to long waits to be served.

I would like to thank the manager, Mr. Michelle he looked after us and gave us free parking free breakfast the room so clean the location marvelous would rather to come again

My checkout bill was substantially different to that quoted when booked. I have sent numerous emails without any response. There appear to be an awful lot of hidden charges/taxes. I’m afraid that my overall experience was not as expected.

My server Augustus was very welcoming and provided great service. The manager Matt stopped by and made me feel even more at home. It was topped off with the Braised Short Ribs!! A great way to start my trip!!

Hard Rick hotel was so beautiful. I never expected to see a lot of artifacts of so many famous artists, in and out of the hotel suite. It was like dream come true. The staff were so kind and thoughtful for my special circumstances. I would love to go back again.

Overall a great place to stay, the Hard Rock Hotel in NYC. The city was very busy with the lead up to a Trifecta Weekend: 250 yr. Independence Day Celebration, World Cup Matches, the Taylor Swift's Wedding. The location is great for getting around Times Square. Close to all the places you would want to see and easy to get to by taxi from EWR airport. NYC hotel rooms tend to be small, we opted for a Superior King Room that was plenty big for 2 adults. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and also quiet from the NYC street noise being we were on the 29th floor. I have to say, love the style and decor of the Hard Rock rooms. The hotel staff was great right from the time we got to the front door. The bellman, front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. We had time to make it to the lobby bar. What a great place to soak up the music history and the beautiful lobby. The bar staff were outstanding. Not only with quick service, great drinks, also with great suggests on place to go in the city. A shoutout to Anthony and Neilyn for making us want to come back to try their creations of Winter Cocktails. We highly recommend staying at the Hard Rock when visiting Times Square. We are looking forward to coming back.

Always a great reception with best location and value near all the action. The front office team are excellent and always strive to make the stay terrific. This is a great hotel with a great team in the heart of NYC!

The rooms were a little small.

I am so shocked at the lack of customer service at the Hard Rock NYC. To date it is actually non existent. I have a reservation for December 2027 to celebrate our nieces 16th birthday. It’s a surprise trip and I want to ensure that we have adjoining rooms so that we are all together. I have booked the rooms but have asked (by email, what’s app, website, virtual assistant, over 10 attempts) for confirmation that I have the right room types to guarantee adjoining rooms. I haven’t had one acknowledgment, response or reply. I have said that if there is no response forthcoming that I will have no choice but to cancel my reservation and book elsewhere. This is so incredibly frustrating and quite frankly annoying! Not a great start to our 16th birthday surprise!!!! This is my last attempt to seek help!!

Clean and comfortable hotel which is spotless. Rooms can be abit tight but location and other things make up for that. Last time I went he shaving mirror wasn’t available which was strange but overall good hotel.

While the hotel itself is just fine, they don't credit stays to your Unity Account even with # attached and a confirmation at the desk. They'll give you support runaround to get this addressed. And. It. Keeps. Happening. Not worth it if you want a hotel with a functioning loyalty program!

It's a top notch hotel, first class treatment and installations. A bit expensive, but worth it 100% It has a GREAT location, in the middle of Times Square. It's located in Little Italy, so there's a bunch of pizza places nerby

It is pretty expensive, so you probably want to take that into account, specially if you're on a budget. The lobby tends to get loud cause it's a pretty popular hotel and people staying at different placed like going there for a drink

The breakfast would have been better had we known about the sausage. It didn't taste very good. Also it was overpriced for the small juices we received. The hotel room however was very nice and the staff was very pleasant.

This is by far my favorite hotel in the Midtown/Times Square area. This latest time I stayed for 3 nights in a Double Queen room. The Hard Rock stands out for the following reasons: - Consistently clean with consistently nice, friendly service - Great decor - love the blue & gold color scheme carried throughout - Useful in-room amenities: safe, tablet with Alexa, hand-held steamer, small set of dresser drawers, lots of pillows (4/bed + extra in closet) - Clean yoga mat delivered to your room on request - Good and quiet A/C - Nice sized shower stall - On outskirts of Times Square, which is great, because walking through middle of Times Square is a nightmare - Good gym - hard to find in this area Sone minor things that could use improvement: The rooms are quiet from the street noise but the doors are heavy so you do get some noise from doors closing in the hallways. The shower could use better water pressure. Lots of electrical outlets by the bed and chair/table, but several of them broken. A great hotel in this area is hard to find so despite some minor things listed above, I’ll definitely continue to stay here next time I’m in NYC.

Nice Hotel but ZERO view from the rooms! You see the hotel across the street and that's it, despite the hotel claiming that "the floor-to-ceiling windows of the room showcase the energy of the city". Nope, only showcase the bricks of the building across the street (truly, you cannot see the city AT ALL). Unfortunate. I'd actually forgive them since the hotel is otherwise quite lovely, but they should not be misleading in their room description (nor say the upgraded rooms "View the neighborhood from a new perspective" when it's only a different building you get to see up close). The photos also should really show this, rather than most of them having the windows covered with curtains!

We are just back home from the Hard Rock Hotel NYC. The Hotel's public areas are stunning, spacious, very clean and are well maintained. Most of the usual attractions are a walkable distance from the Hotel and subway stations are close by. Broadway Theatres are literally 5 mins walk away. Every member of staff we encountered were very friendly and provided great customer service. Special mention to Jeremy for making amazing French 75 cocktails for my wife and my happy hour white wine - thank you! As others have mentioned, we were unaware of the mandatory destination fee of $45.90 per room per day (inc tax), payable in addition to the room rate. This was kindly explained to us by the Ops Manager Marleny. The room was of a good size, high standard, very clean and all fittings / functions were in good working order. The bed was extremely comfy. Our only issue was that noise from the corridor could be clearly heard in the room - suggesting door insulation required attention. All in all a great experience - not inexpensive - however you only get what you pay for. I would recommend the Hard Rock Hotel NYC and we would definitely return.

We stayed 4 nights in the hard rock hotel, spent great time, good location, clean and friendly rooms. The staff was very helpful, nothing to complain about. Would recommend to the visitors who want to be close to heart of the city but with certain comfort.

An outstanding hotel right in the vibrant Times Square area, my wife and I had a fantastic time, the room was excellent and the staff were fantastic and very pleasant and helpful. The decor of the hotel was outstanding, as a huge music fan it was right up my street, with loads of memorabilia, clothes, instrument and hand written notes and lyrics. However I believe I may have left my glasses in the room, entirely my fault, I accept that. We have tried to contact the hotel both with email and phone calls, we have been given 2 reference numbers but yet to receive any communication from anyone in the hotel. This is very disappointing, I would have happily paid the carriage costs back to the UK, but to receive no response, kind of taints my opinion of the hotel and the staff. Hopefully this review might elicit a response

Fantastic hotel in a great location near Times Square. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We booked a studio room which was the perfect size for three people. I have to give it a low score as we stayed in February and it’s now 9 weeks later and still haven’t had the deposit returned! Contacted the manager after 30 days but no response. It’s a pity as it’s a great hotel.

I enjoyed our stay but am having problems on my return home. We were asked to make a whopping $100 a night security deposit which on check in I agreed to without any issue. I checked out 3 WEEKS ago and have not had this deposit returned despite being told it would be after a few days. I have contracted the hotel by email, and also via website, several times and I tried to call but the number is out of service. Absolutely no response. Customer service is non-existent which is such a dampener after we had such a good stay. I’m actually forced to make this review in the hopes that anyone at all contacts me. This is a huge issue which has to be resolved, people cannot afford for hundreds of dollars to be kept from them for months at a time. Shameful policies on behalf of hard rock and I expected better. There is also a huge report fee of $40 a night to be aware of before booking too. I can see that I’m not the only person who has had these issues.

The hotel itself is what you'd expect from one of the 'Hard Rocks' and doesn't disappoint. The entrance, restaurant and bar are all impressive in their own ways. The staff are also incredibly helpful and friendly. Each room contains an Amazon Alexa. I had forgotten an adapter and I asked Alexa where I could purchase one. The response came back that someone from the team would bring me one! Within 5 minutes there was a knock on the door with a complimentary delivery. Seeing as the hotel is 5 stars, though, I did have a few 'issues.' First of all, I'm British, and I've never once stayed in a hotel anywhere in the world where there were no tea making facilities in the room. I was disappointed to see that we could only make a maximum of two coffees each morning. I don't drink coffee and this was a real downer for me, especially as I was awake so early with jet lag! I didn't expect that my husband would have to go to the convenience store next door to buy me a tea and bring it back to the hotel. Another first was that there were no china mugs. We were provided with cardboard cups for the coffee. This was absolutely not what I expected for a high end hotel (or any kind of half decent hotel to be honest). The air con was also very noisy and we struggled to sleep at night because of it. Another 'sleep related' issue is that the blind didn't go all the way to the floor, so light poured in to the room. It also looked pretty rubbish that someone couldn't find a blind to correctly fit the window. All in all, an enjoyable stay, and I'd recommend for sure, but there are just a few things that could do with being ironed out.

Made a trip and stayed at the Hard Rock David P was so helpful and stood out with his exceptional service which made the trip easier with all his help. Room was clean and our stay was up to standards thank you Hard Rock and your exceptional staff.
