I stayed at Quest with my family and had an awesome experience. The hospitality was excellent throughout our stay. Jonel was especially helpful, providing great guidance when we upgraded our room. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable. We truly had an excellent stay!

Staff were all incredibly friendly & welcoming, price for the room was reasonable & the room was clean, reasonable size & an amazing shower

The wifi had some issues sometimes in the room which affected some work calls/meetings The room service food quality was just okay, could have been a bit better

We ate dinner at their Wine Gallery restaurant at Level 6. Sorry but the taste of the food was all the same. It looks like they need to change the Chef for an expensive place.

Hôtel assez vieillot, fenêtres qui ne s’ouvrent pas remplies d’humidité et de buée, c’est limite angoissant. Piscine qui ne donne vraiment pas envie avec les odeurs d’évacuation d’air du restaurant en fond. L’hôtel n’est pas juste à côté de l’aéroport de Clark, comptez 15 minutes de voiture

Great team. Wonderful pool and well equipped gym. Breakfast options were excellent. Beautiful golf course nearby.

The service of the staff is good.

Some staff not that friendly. Food is the same so it makes you feel full not willing to eat.

The kids enjoyed the foam party. The bed is big enough for 2 adults to share. It is near to a park and lots of food options thou you need to walk for a few minutes.

The parking space. It's kind of far from the entrance and have to walk for a few minutes. With the hot, humid weather and sometimes raining. Having park further is not convenient.

This is my 4th time staying in this property and I always book it whenever I'm in Clark, Pampanga. They were nice enough to give me a room upgrade too during this stay. They also accomodate my late check out request. Staff are also very polite and accomodating. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Must be the heat outside or the strong hotel fragrance in the lobby or third floor elevator lounge that triggered asthma but overall ok!

Better facilities except the wet carpet near the lift. The lobby AC was dripping.

The lobby AC was dripping on the carpet but the housekeeping peeps werent doing anything to warn guests or maybe put something to catch the droplets of water. Room was crowded for 4pax.

This is a big hotel where all Western standards are met. Beds are comfortable, staff is friendly and helpfull, rooms and hotel are clean. A real hotel like you would expect. Breakfast buffet is good, alse a lot of Western style options like bread, cheese, eggs, yoghurt and all kinds of pastries. At night there is choise for the buffet restaurant, which was expensive in our opinion, but there is also an excellent a la carte option, food was tasty and fairly priced.

Breakfast was great, pool and gym also really nice. Convenient location to airport and some really nice restaurants near the park close to the hotel.

I like that upon check in, we were assisted right away and was given clear instructions on how to check in using the machine and how we can check out the next day.

The food has limited selection and taho is my kids favorite and it fall short to their expectation.

Amazing stay from start to finish! The service was excellent the moment we parked—even the cart driver was super warm, friendly, and professional. Everything about this hotel is top-tier, and the breakfast buffet? Total champion-level. Would definitely come back! ⭐️

Ideal for a stay when on the road to Pinatubo. Amazing breakfast and nice and professional Staff. Rooms a bit small and some noise from the hallway but nothing to ruin a great stay We made the Pinatubo trip ourselves but actually the Hotel offers this also, but we didnt know beforehand.

This is a wonderful property and find for us. Definitely get what you paid for. Bed and bedding was AWESOME! Soft and comfy, bed firm but not as firm as most places we’ve stayed at in the Philippines. Breakfast buffet is also awesome, such a variety of dishes definitely worth the price. Go hungry to enjoy all they have. There was also an upscale steak restaurant. I wish we were staying more than just a night just to experience eating there. There is wonderful pool area with games like a pool table.

Nice location, clean city and surroundings. Room was clean but quite small for a family of 4. Great breakfast! A lot of food to choose from.

Cold water in the pool. Ridiculous rule on the pool that kids under 12 have to be accompanied IN THE POOL by an adult even though there was 1 pool and 3 life guards on duty.

but lucking is toiletries and towels, they only supply 2 and we are 4 stays in the room
