Breakfast was superb, lots of choices to choose from. Room - excellent as usual, spacious, beds and pillows are soft. Dinner - wasn't able to try dining, but i've tried amare and the korean before, they were excellent before

The location

The room was not ready or checked properly before we arrived. So we had to transferred to another room.

there was fly hovering over the food. checking out was a bit slow due to many people and less staff.

I love the restaurants in the property, and that the staff are always courteous and professional.

Sound proofing is not so good. You can hear people conversing in the hallway and kids playing in the other rooms.

Staff were courteous and helpful and prompt. Breakfast had a good spread.

The place is old and in real need of a refurbishment.

It was basic but had everything we needed for one night stay before going to the airport. Value for money. Netflix in the room. Blanket was nice on the bed. Breakfast was very nice. Gold cart takes you to the casino.

No Mini bar. Room service menu is not in the room, they bring you one.

Very expensive for what it is - there are two hotels on site, the newer one is perhaps much better but even more expensive.

Breakfast was fair considering the options available for Muslim. Room offered was terrible at check-in. After spending two hours moving from one room to another in the building looking for a better one, we finally were offered identical room but of good standard. That is the room was recently furbished and presentable and clean. The catch I realize was because we booked and paid directly through Booking.com

The room which was offered at check-in was of very poor in standard. Lighting, room furniture and bathroom were of very poor standard and quality. Things were of old quality from flooring to ceiling. The air conditioning would not work, no cooling. They had rooms which are refurbished which are better than the ones not yet refurbished. I don't understand why we are not offered that room first instead of wasting two hours for getting an acceptable. Imagine we went to bed at 4am.

Close to all the places we want to see

Quick stop over between flights. Very easy access to the airport, staff were welcoming and efficient at check in. We had to leave early for a flight and they packed a breakfast and a coffee for us to take with us. Room waa huge, lovely design, comfortable, clean and quiet. Perfect stop over stay. Would return to stay longer!

The staff is really friendly and helpful. Kudos to them. Breakfast is also okay.

The facilities are just too old for the price you pay. You can see the deterioration almost everywhere. It also smells old.

We got a not so nice room. Regular look. Not hotel vibe. We got billated at the old bldng which is not so nice.. Staff was not so friendly parang utang na loob mo pa na andun ka..breakfast was good tho.. room was kinda like a sogo o red hotel lang . mas ok pa nga dun..

Too much people waiting in the lobby area for their company who’s playing at the casino. Lifeguard in the pool not minding his crocs touching the water of the pool.

Location, staff & breakfast

The aircon was not working properly, the maintenance fixed it after we reported it but the room was still warm. There was also issue in the shower, water did not drain easily/properly.

One of the best breakfasts I've had at a Philippines hotel. Friendly staff and a comfortable room for a reasonable price. The hotel is also close to restaurants if you want to order delivery or go get a bite to eat outside the hotel.

The staff is very helpful and kind.

Bathroom floors were slippery, no hot water, no hair dryer in the executive suite, beddings smell musty, constant noise coming from the bathroom.

The buffet for breakfast was good.

A bit pricey for an old hotel already. We were in the old tower.

Toilet paper was the only one on the holder, no extras to think there were 3 of us Air con was fixed and cant regulate temperature No face washers in the room While having brekky, staff kept trying to take our plates, makes me feel we were being rushed to finish our meals. Told them we weren't finish.

Spacious rooms, water pressure was good and with hot and cold. Many selections during breakfast.

Took quite some time to check in since there was also an event. However I'm already done with signing some papers and paid the security deposit before the big crowd was there. I was told that the room was still being cleaned and wait for 10-15 mins. Waited for 25-30mins and the room we were given was different from the one I signed. The check in counter was so crowded that time. On the free golf cart service to and from casino, they should check every now and then if there are people in the waiting area specially at the casino. The golf cart was parked outside the hotel. We waited for some time at the casino but it didn't came so we decided to walk instead. It was night that time so not too hot to walk.

Room is very comfortable and clean! Breakfast was just ok. Amare and Choi Garden is the best! The Casino was also a banger! The staff are very nice and the games are enjoyable.

We didnt try the pool, it does not look appealing for me to swim on.

Carpet in the hallway was stained, dingy and unpleasant odor where room was located. Very little toilet paper left. Guest should not have to call house keeping upon first entering the room. On last day the toilet flush was not closing well… had to giggle it.

Room was big and can fit 4 adults. Breakfast and Lunch Buffet is also top notch and would recommend to everyone. Location is nice and is near Starbucks and other establishments (CDC)

We cannot adjust the aircon's temp and the room was hot. (Even though the Engineering Team already serviced the Aircon at our Unit) We felt discriminated by the staff as if it is foreigners they would hesitate to ask them to change their slippers during breakfast service (Flipflops)
